We stayed in a double room for one night and it was very comfortable. Location is great and very central. The pool area is lovely too.

The bathroom layout was strange with the water from the shower going everywhere making a mess. There was also very little water pressure or heat. Fine for one night!

It was a quaint place right in the center of everything! So close to the domes and just a very cute spot to relax with a pool and nice lounge area. Breakfast was also very nice. There was a tiny bit of confusion getting there so just use the taxi recommended, if the hotel can they will help you with your bags but better they know you’re coming so you know where to go. The staff is very hard working and they put a lot of heart into what they do. Beautiful stay, would definitely come again.

Just a little confusing when you get there, if the taxi doesn’t call the hotel. Then you’re kind of dragging your bags around a little unsure of where to go, it’s close to the drop off but can be confusing and overwhelming with a lot of bags in the hot summer, it’s definitely hard to carry your bags over the cobble stone and stairs and through the crowds of people it’s very busy there during peak summer so just make you coordinate your arrival with the hotel, so if they can they’ll come out and help you.

Throwing toilet paper in bin which is everywhere in Santorini . Maybe a bigger more sealed bin would be better

Best location in Paros, with superb views of the sunset in the upper-floor rooms. Cordiality of the manager. A fantastic breakfast that worth every bite!

We just had a miscommunication prior to our arrival, but it was absolutely solved by the manager.

The breakfast was served in the shade by the pool. The omelette with mushrooms was very tasty, and we also had the Greek yoghurt and fruit, all very good. We spent some time in the pool which is at the back of the hotel very tranquil even though it’s in the busy part of oia, with large comfy beds. The hotel steps out into the busy cobbled streets of oia, which is beautiful and so picturesque. Plenty of eateries and shops to browse. We would highly recommend The museum project and would certainly return. The staff are all really friendly and can’t do enough to help. BEAUTIFUL

Peaceful, cosy and wide courtyard, which is appreciable in the very tight and busy town. Rooms are beautiful and spacious. The staff was super friendly and welcoming, always eager to help!

Clean and location of the property was central in Oia area. And the staff were friendly and helpful.

There was a water shortage at the hotel and it happened a few times which made our stay a bit uncomfortable because we were not able to have a shower.

I wanted this review to be more positive but it is hard to give a great review under the circumstances of our stay. The property itself is placed perfectly for getting good access to Oia lanes and restaurants, as well as meeting points for transfers and pickups. This would have been a better stay had the day we arrived, there not been a sand storm which left, not only the property but also the town in disarray. The sand storm created a flow on issue with water suddenly stopping to the property the day after our arrival. Without turning this into a novel, the resulting actions by the property left us disenchanted by the overall experience. The water was off more than on for our entire stay, we were unable to shower one day, and when we could, the water was weak and almost cold. We could go to the toilet, but it meant not being able to flush or wash our hands, on the day this first occurred the hotel only offered bottled water after I went to them in desperation. The town everywhere were washing their properties down from the brown sand but our property could not. I understood the water and sand storm were out off their control, however their lack of communication and again only offering bottled water after I went to them in desperation made me feel they were not terribly concerned about our wellbeing. In reality, we should have left the hotel to find somewhere else, it was that bad, but they insisted, each time I asked that it would be back on soon and I trusted them. I’ve since made a formal complaint, which is ongoing, the rating is based on their actions and attitude during our stay not the fact it happened. Ultimately we paid for a service that we did not receive and we are now seeking compensation , which they are not entertaining. It ruined my first visit to Santorini which we can’t change now, and overshadows any good feelings we had about the hotel originally.

The safe didn’t work. The top balcony we had access to could not be used due to the sand, the balcony is not private from the neighbouring room. No consistent water supply. Shower pressure and temperature were not comfortable when it did work.

We paid for a room with basic, essential amenities—working water, functioning showers, and toilets—which were not provided. We were told the water outage was an island-wide issue, but that was not true, as all of our friends staying elsewhere on the island had fully functioning water. Our stay was severely impacted. We were constantly hot, unable to shower, and even unable to flush the toilet, which led to a persistent bad odor in an already small room. These conditions made it impossible to enjoy our stay, and yet we received no form of compensation. It is your responsibility to make this right. It’s simply unacceptable for guests to pay full price when such fundamental services are missing. We expect appropriate compensation for the significant discomfort and inconvenience we endured.

Excellent location just couple of meters to the Three Domes. Very clean and good smelling rooms. They have AC and TV that can connect to Netflix. The pool looked great too but we didn’t get a chance to dip since we had to leave the following day. The bus stop from Fira is also three minutes walk from the hotel. Evaggelia from the reception was very friendly and accommodating!

From the moment we arrived, the staff went above and beyond to meet our every needs. The hotel located centrally in Oia is beautiful and covers all the bases of what you need for your stay. Our room was clean and spacious. The pool area was well maintained and all the staff couldn’t have done more for us to make our stay enjoyable, especially Alex at the pool bar and Evaggelia and Georgina on the reception staff. They gave us recommendations and were easily accessible for any help you needed. Genuinely one of the best hotel experiences we’ve ever had, when coming back to Santorini, it’ll definitely be to here!!!

This property is so beautiful, the room was very spacious and clean, from the moment we arrived in Oia the staff are so friendly and helpful they make every effort to make your stay as wonderful as possible. I would highly recommend this hotel to anyone staying in Oia.

Perfect location, two seconds from the three blue dome Instagram picture spot. The hotel location can’t be beat. Georgia was amazing, so nice and personable, made the trip easy! If you need anything, they make it happen- the room was big, bed was super comfy and very clean. Bathroom had everything you need with hot water and clean towels everyday. I honestly can’t recommend this place enough

Everything about this hotel was charming and enjoyable - a real oasis of calm and recovery from the mean streets of Oia. Under a merciless Mediterranean August sun, hordes of cruise ship day trippers and global Instagrammers battle each other for the best selfies. Go outside peak season, if you can. If you can't, go but stay here and retain your sanity. Shout-out to all the staff - front desk, poolside, cleaners. They are the epitome of helpful Zen.

Great location in the middle of Oia while still being quiet inside, lovely pool area - essential in the heat, rooms are clean and comfortable, the hotel provides a bottle of water each day, reception staff give you a map and recommendations for the area on arrival, food and drinks are available at the pool all day.

Rooms are expensive for what you get - but that's the going rate in the area, unfortunately.

Center of Oia

Best location in Santorini. Pool was ideal. Rooms were clean and good size Staff were friendly

Pool bar could have been better as it was pretty basic.

Clean and nice style, nice room - it is in the middle of Oia - you get out directly in the middle of the town

Breakfast was average and given the position common areas are very limited (pool area is small and among buildings)
