I moved to this accommodation after a not so pleasant experience at the previous one. The stay here exceeded my expectations - great service, comfortable rooms, delicious breakfast and the opportunity to relax by the pool in the shade of a tree as a bonus. I definitely recommend it and have nothing to complain about at all! Thank you for making my last day at Santorini so lovely.
If I had to find one negative, it would be the noise in the morning from guests walking down the stairs (my room was below them). But nothing that earplugs couldn't fix.

I wanted this review to be more positive but it is hard to give a great review under the circumstances of our stay. The property itself is placed perfectly for getting good access to Oia lanes and restaurants, as well as meeting points for transfers and pickups.
This would have been a better stay had the day we arrived, there not been a sand storm which left, not only the property but also the town in disarray. The sand storm created a flow on issue with water suddenly stopping to the property the day after our arrival. Without turning this into a novel, the resulting actions by the property left us disenchanted by the overall experience. The water was off more than on for our entire stay, we were unable to shower one day, and when we could, the water was weak and almost cold. We could go to the toilet, but it meant not being able to flush or wash our hands, on the day this first occurred the hotel only offered bottled water after I went to them in desperation. The town everywhere were washing their properties down from the brown sand but our property could not. I understood the water and sand storm were out off their control, however their lack of communication and again only offering bottled water after I went to them in desperation made me feel they were not terribly concerned about our wellbeing. In reality, we should have left the hotel to find somewhere else, it was that bad, but they insisted, each time I asked that it would be back on soon and I trusted them. I’ve since made a formal complaint, which is ongoing, the rating is based on their actions and attitude during our stay not the fact it happened. Ultimately we paid for a service that we did not receive and we are now seeking compensation , which they are not entertaining. It ruined my first visit to Santorini which we can’t change now, and overshadows any good feelings we had about the hotel originally.
The safe didn’t work.
The top balcony we had access to could not be used due to the sand, the balcony is not private from the neighbouring room.
No consistent water supply.
Shower pressure and temperature were not comfortable when it did work.
