The Arches

The bed is comfortable. Walking distance to all sightseeing. Owner is very friendly. I like they provide hanger for washing, iron/etc.

The Nimbor Tower room is quite noise during night time. Some machine behind the window and the fridge is noise at a certain time.

Host was so friendly, she even got us a table at sunset restaurant, room with spa was so cool, clean fresh and lots of little extras....would highly recommend.

For my business trip it was ideal! Room cleaned to perfection everyday. As advertised and the manager super kind and accommodating with all my requests! I highly recommend them.

The room had a metal second door that opened to a inner court. Each evening and night the boiler or some sort of machine made a terrible loud noise, and the ac has a strong light. I had earplugs but still I could hear it.

We had such a wonderful stay at The Arches. The location was absolutely perfect, just a few steps from the heart of Oia, with plenty of restaurants, shops and everything you could need right on your doorstep. Melina was an amazing host. She was so friendly and welcoming, always happy to help, and gave us some fantastic recommendations. She suggested we book a sunset cruise, which ended up being one of the highlights of our trip. We're so glad we took her advice. Melina also met us at the taxi drop-off point to make sure we found the accommodation, which was incredibly helpful after such a long flight. We stayed in the room with the rooftop hot tub, and it was absolutely incredible. Relaxing in the hot tub while watching the famous Oia sunset was an experience we'll never forget. The views were simply breathtaking. Just be prepared to climb a few steps to reach the rooftop terrace—it's well worth the effort but can be a little daunting the first time you climb the ladder. Breakfast was served each morning at a lovely restaurant just around the corner and was absolutely delicious. It was the perfect way to start the day. The staff were so welcoming, and we'd definitely recommend making a reservation for dinner on the rooftop if you can. We couldn't have asked for a better place to stay for our first visit to Greece. The Arches exceeded our expectations, and we wouldn't hesitate to recommend it to anyone visiting Santorini. Thank you, Melina, for taking such wonderful care of us—we'd love to stay here again.
