We had such a wonderful stay at The Arches. The location was absolutely perfect, just a few steps from the heart of Oia, with plenty of restaurants, shops and everything you could need right on your doorstep.
Melina was an amazing host. She was so friendly and welcoming, always happy to help, and gave us some fantastic recommendations. She suggested we book a sunset cruise, which ended up being one of the highlights of our trip. We're so glad we took her advice. Melina also met us at the taxi drop-off point to make sure we found the accommodation, which was incredibly helpful after such a long flight.
We stayed in the room with the rooftop hot tub, and it was absolutely incredible. Relaxing in the hot tub while watching the famous Oia sunset was an experience we'll never forget. The views were simply breathtaking. Just be prepared to climb a few steps to reach the rooftop terrace—it's well worth the effort but can be a little daunting the first time you climb the ladder.
Breakfast was served each morning at a lovely restaurant just around the corner and was absolutely delicious. It was the perfect way to start the day. The staff were so welcoming, and we'd definitely recommend making a reservation for dinner on the rooftop if you can.
We couldn't have asked for a better place to stay for our first visit to Greece. The Arches exceeded our expectations, and we wouldn't hesitate to recommend it to anyone visiting Santorini. Thank you, Melina, for taking such wonderful care of us—we'd love to stay here again.

Melina was a great host. My flight was delayed and did not land til after midnight and she met me at the car to walk me to the hotel at 1am. She recommended restaurants and excursions. She organized everything and checked in on me daily. She felt like a friend who wanted to ensure you had the perfect holiday. You can tell she loves her job. The room was spacious and clean. Very charming. The location was perfect, right near the domes.
The only downside was no view and no pool but I would still recommend this hotel. If you book the suite, you get the private roof deck, view and private jacuzzi.

Close to everything we wanted to see, easily accessible, came with an amazing hostess Melina who went over the top to give us the best time!
As with anywhere in Santorini that’s worth staying, it was a lot of suitcase up cobblestone but incredibly worth it
