Great location, Kostas (hotel manager) was incredibly helpful, even before we arrived. Very responsive too.

It is a busy area but that is to be expected when you are staying just off the main drag in Oia.

Free upgrade and we were able to check out at 5pm and Kostas ordered our taxis to and from the port.

Five star hospitality at an excellent location

Excellent excellent location. Just a 2 minute walk from the blue domes and the main street. Hospitality was amazing. Kostas took care of us as if we were guests in his own home. Room was comfortable and bathroom was spacious. We would stay here again if we were in Oia.

Memorable stay in Santorini, beautiful private rooftop balcony with hot tub overlooking the sunset

Amazing property in the heart of Oia, had very spacious attic balcony with hot tub overlooking the sunset. The lodging manager Kostas was extremely kind and helpful, providing a little itinerary of spots to see and places to eat and drink that ended up being fantastic! He also helped arrange our ride back to port and walked us there to ensure we were alright. Would certainly return here

Arrived at 7 am lugged luggage up a tough steep cobblestone road when told there would be someone from hotel there to assist called 10 times on our way there no answer manager finally came out of door at 9 am. Was told doeent open till 9 all well then asked if our room was not occupied could we have access manager put on a show and acted like it would be tough to have ready but for 50 euros could make it work needless to say after 50 euros slapped down on his desk we were escorted to room immediately which was available at moment we asked mind you we were waiting ready 2 hours for hotel to open

Amazing place in IOA!

Amazing place to stay in IOA. Very spacious and clean rooms. The hotel has a pool and lounge area next to the property. Great for relaxing and to have some drinks. For breakfast, they have a collaboration with a nearby restaurant. The food was very good and very satisfying. You get to enjoy the early IOA vibe while enjoying a great meal. Valentina was very kind to us and she went above and beyond to make our stay perfect. 100% we will stay at The Arches in the near future!

Perfect spot to stay when visiting Oia!

We loved everything about our stay! The hotel was in a great location, we could walk everywhere we wanted to go. The pool next door was such a bonus especially on the very hot days. Valentina (i hope we got your name right) at reception was the most lovely person and helped us out with any questions we had. She told us where to go to get a bus to Thira, recommended boat cruises and restaurants for us and even met us when we arrived and walked us to the hotel, it really made such a difference having someone so lovely showing us where to go and what to do. Bed was super comfy, shutters on the windows kept all the light out so we were able to sleep in when we wanted, air conditioning was great! We absolutely loved staying at The Arches!

The water from the shower ran all through the bathroom and we weren't able to change the water pressure to stop this from happening. It wasn't a major issue just a very wet bath mat after showering.

The room was actually bigger than in photos. The hostess was just amazing. Always happy to help and very knowledgeable of the island. The breakfast was exceptional! The location is perfect!!

The hotel is amazing; even though it's not on the Caldera, the location is stunning a few steps away from the main road. The pool is a relaxing spot, very quite and confortable. The girl at the reception is really nice and professional. Amazing breakfast

Very enjoyable stay, highly recommend

The breakfast is organised in a nice restaurant close to the hotel - is not a buffet, you choose between menus, we loved it. The room was huge, dont remember staying in a room that big. There was a kettle in the room with tea and instant coffee, the room had a small kitchenette with cutlery glasses plates and a fridge. The beds were comfy. Location was not on the caldera but literally a min walk from the main oia street. So not ideal but still great. The pool area looked nice. The receptionist was very helpful and friendly, she offered us good advice eachtime we needed one and even arranged us breakfast - went to the store and bought us different food for the last day when we had to check out early in the morning because of an early flight. Totally recommend.
