Great hotel!

Great location in Oia! The host is very prompt to response to all my questions and help us also with our luggages. We love the jacuzzi. We definitely would like to come back again.

Not so much. Not many restaurants available during winter but it's expected since it's off season.

Perfect in every way!

Everything was incredible, from the arranged pick up and arrival to every aspect of communication. Timis could not have been more helpful. The property is exceptional. We chose it because the location had such a high rating, and the rating is completely deserved--10/10. It feels like you're staying in a postcard. The room was beautiful and comfortable. I can't say enough nice things about our stay. I won't even bother looking anywhere else next time I visit Santorini. It was perfect.

Great location, but room needs improvement.

Excellent location right in the action of Oia. Bus stop is in walking distance too. Liked that there was daily cleaning service included and we were given fresh towels daily. Also, grateful for the large bottle of water provided one the first day. Air conditioning worked well. The host (Timmis) helped carry our luggage from the meeting spot to the room and also at checkout to the bus stop. He also responded quickly when the hot tub wasn’t working and fixed the issue within a day.

The room is down a very steep and unsafe set of stairs. I’m surprised no one has fallen down them (or maybe they have). You felt like you were staying in a basement. One night some stray cats got into a fight outside and we woke up to blood and cat fur outside our door (not the hosts’ fault). The internet barely worked and when it did it was very slow. The first night the hot tub wasn’t getting hot, so we weren’t able to use it for one night. Although the host did fix it for the next day, but we only stayed two nights and were most excited for the hot tub. There were ants in the room around the refrigerator and in the bathroom (I think coming up from the drains). It’s impossible to shower without getting the entire bathroom wet because there is no door or closure. And the floor gets dangerously slippery when wet. We found long black hairs in our “clean” towels both days. The blinds don’t lay flat on the small half windows, so there is a lot of light in the room.

Beautiful stay at a scenic overlook

The staff was the best part. We left jewelry and purses out everyday and never worried or had an issue. We were two women traveling alone and never touched our luggage once to move it from the moment we got to Oia. Timmy and his helper met us at the airport and carried our bags (4x) to the hotel. The housekeeper was trustworthy and adorable, everything was spotless. They’re always watching the property so we would never worry about someone else going into the room or being near our things (we travel with a lot of jewelry). They made the whole trip easy and memorable. (Their airport shuttle is cheaper than a cab btw)

The best romantic place in Santorini Oía!!

We have the romantic unit.It was incredible private.incredible easy to get to,it had you need ,and from our hot tub we a wonderful view.The staff were extremely accommodating.Starting from Timmie and breakfast waitress who make sure we have plenty of coffee and also our room was very well kept. After been there for 3 days we realized the our accommodation were the best!!!

The host Timmis is very friendly, helpful, and knowledgeable about the area very well like restaurant, tours and location to visit accordingly. You just named it and Timmis will make it happen and everything he manages make you comfortable and very convenient. Really happy to have a host like Timmis and hope to see visit again.

The views were phenomenal. The Jacuzzi had hot water throughout and was quite relaxing. The room was comfortable. Our host Mr Konstantinos was super helpful with his recommendations as well as helping us with dinner reservations. Breakfast hostess Karina was also super nice.

Oia is quite touristy with almost no locals around - eating out is quite expensive with most meals for two costing at least 60 EUR plus. Stairs leading down to my room were very steep and this would be a problem for some people. However, our host informed us this is how cave houses in Oia are built. Breakfast menu was limited especially for folks who plan to stay here for 4+ days

Excellent stay! wish we could have stayed longer!

Everything! we had a great stay at Kaleidoscope. The location is perfect just off of the Main Street in Oia, it was great to be in the heart of the town so we could explore before other tourists arrived! our room was very clean and very nicely decorated. the view is incredible and we enjoyed watching the sunset from our plunge pool. Our host was very helpful and friendly. we wish we had stayed longer!

Unforgettable Stay

Kaleidoscope Cave Houses is definitely a magical place with its amazing view towards Oia and at the same time a quiet place to relax next to the vibrant main street. The location is excellent, it is a perfect photo spot itself to take pictures of the city from Kaleidoscope Cave Houses but also only a view minutes away from the famous blue domes, so we walked there quickly before breakfast without nearly any other tourists. And by the way the public bus station is also really close and good experience to take the public bus as well. Konstantinos from Kaleidoscope Cave Houses was very helpful in every situation and easy to communicate over text message, for whatever you can imagine.. like restaurant reservations, excursions, sending taxi for us to Fira to be picked up there or helping in organizing a birthday surprise. Not only Konstantinos is special to Kaleidoscope Cave Houses but also Krina who serves breakfast, both are making you feel heartwarming welcome. We were very happy to meet them! I highly can recommend to stay there!

Blown away by the view and the experience staying at our Cave House.

Great location in Oia, with quite an amazing view. Much quieter and relaxed than staying in Thera. Our studio room was a good size, with a great shower in the room, plus the hot tub was well maintained. Our booking manager was amazing, making sure we knew how to get around the island, and offered help to plan activities.

Curtain for shower would be nice to keep rest of bathroom from getting wet after shower.

Good location at Oia. As we travelled in winter, we rented a car as most of the shops in Oia were closed. For the room, the bed was very big and comfortable. Athena also assisted us with the check in process and was helpful in giving us recommendations.

The room was not very clean. The air conditioner heater was not working properly (had to reset the circuit breaker each time to use it). The room’s standalone portable was spoilt and could not be replaced. The jacuzzi tub was nice, but on our first night the water was clearly not clean (had lots of soap), and as a result we couldn’t stay long inside as we started to itch. The water was changed the next day. The body soap given to us - one of the bottles were already close to empty. There’s also not much privacy as your neighbours are just beside you, and there’s a room used to store cleaning supplies right outside the room, so don’t be surprised if you hear noises in the morning.

Absolutely perfect place to stay in Oia! We stayed in the Blue Sky Suite and never wanted to leave the hot tub- the views are perfect!! Staff was very nice, breakfast delicious, close to center of Oia.. Really we loved everything and were sad to leave after our amazing week there!
