The best staying location at Oia

This location is gorgeous, our front porch view was directly at the blue domes. Fascinating views. Our host was extremely welcoming and caring to make sure our stay was great. We were met by the porter at 1 am as we had late arrival and he helped us with the bags. Same on the way back, we didn’t have to carry the luggage- this is what I was scared about. The inside of the rooms are fabulous, the aesthetic, design and decoration everything was magical. I felt like in the movie. Hospitality of our host was exceptional. Our breakfast was delivered directly by the front door. I am definitely coming back and would wanted to recommend this place to everyone.

Excellent host, Manos & comfortable stay.

Very spacious, authentic apartment with a washing machine & splash pool/hot tub. Manos’ communication was excellent. He gave us lots of local tips and organised a private boat cruise which was the highlight of our stay.

The property doesn’t have a view of the Caldera but is close to the main attractions & sights.

Exceptional Service, Central Location and Beautiful Villa

The location is very central yet quiet—just a minute away from the main street of Oia and the bus station. Special thanks to Manos and his staff, Elaine and Jillian, for accommodating our late check-in at 12:30 PM, even though they were expecting new guests the same day. Our flight was at 5:25 PM, so we really appreciated the extra time to enjoy the villa. The entire place was spotless and aesthetic. Our kids absolutely loved the hot tub—it was perfectly warm, contrary to some reviews saying it was cold. Elaine was especially helpful throughout our stay, and Manos was truly an exceptional host. Thank you so much! We highly recommend Captain’s House to anyone visiting Santorini.

It was an amazing experience staying at Spitia Santorini Villa - we were in the Volcano House. We used the roof deck, the front patio and the pool. The breakfast was really nice and plentiful for us. Manos was amazing at communicating with us the entire time.

We travel a lot and been to many places, but Manos and his team was the best and we've never gotten a service like they provided! 😁 Even if most of it was chat trough WhatsApp, he managed help us with any problem or questions we had.

What a gem of an accommodation!! Manos (the Manager) went above and beyond to help us with every moment of our stay. The best accommodation, I've privileged enough to stay at and fortunate to meet Manos. I loved it! I received first-class service from Manos the moment I booked the accommodation at the hotel until the moment I left. Very friendly and a nice person. The prime location of the accommodation is a big plus. The facilities were top-notch, and the view from my room was simply stunning.

Exceptional

We loved everything about it. We were a short (but steep) walk into Oia, but at a quiet part of the town with best views of the sunset. The room was amazing, as was the plunge pool and patio. Ned was a fantastic concierge and was so helpful and attentive. Even helping me arrange some flowers and a private dinner with a violinist for my wife. It was easily the best holiday we have ever had and really want to come back again.

From the moment you book this hotel, you start to enjoy your trip! Mr. Ned booked the airport transportation for us, and carried our bags for us. The place was perfect, it was big and clean, and even though it was in the center of the tour, it was quiet, everything was perfect, and I would recommend it 100% to anyone who wants to come to Santorini, and I'd like to thank Ned for everything he's done for us!

A dream honeymoon location with the best host ever!

The Sunset Cave House was incredible!! A hidden oasis with some of the most spectacular views in Santorini! We didn't even want to or need to leave our room to enjoy this incredible destination. Ned was the best host we have ever had, nothing was a problem and the communication was excellent before and during our stay. Highly recommend to anyone looking at staying in Santorini and wanting a room with a view and jacuzzi. The room size was great, so spacious and being further out on the cliff it felt a lot more private than some of the other accommodation around us. The perfect honeymoon stay - I would recommend it in a heartbeat!

There was a lot of stairs down to reach the room (completely understandable when looking at the accommodation and build of Santorini and certainly adds to the charm) however, it is definitely something to be mindful of if you have health issues or walking difficulty. The only other minor negative was the cleaners small room to accommodate all of the villas is just around the corner right outside the Sunset Cave House. They do spend a few hours coming in and out of this room daily (breakfast service, cleaning etc) they were always very quiet and didn't bother us, however they are literally right next to the rooms main entrance stairs, so for that time it is definitely not as private.

Out of this world villa in the heart of Oia, Santarini!!!

Where to begin… This villa is one of a kind. Right on the caldera with a gorgeous view of the famous blue domes. Breakfast every morning on our terrace. Plunge pools that relax you after a day out and about. The best host who will answer any and all questions you have (regardless of the time). Also, splurge and do the private boat tour (on the owners boat)… you will not forget it! The rooms are impeccable!

Really nitpicking here: A few suitcase stands to put your luggage on would be awesome. Also… because this villa is in a prime location, there are tons of people trying to take that perfect picture (not much you can do about that). Once you’re inside the door you are guarded from all the craziness outside. My one suggestion would be to put a “private” sign on the door. A few people tried to open it while we were there (although it was locked).

The location is incredible - private front row seats to the perfect sunset! Relaxing in the hot tub is the perfect treat.

Simply a fabulous experience here. The pictures do not do justice to how amazing the views are from this place. Our concierge Ned made sure we were settled in and comfortable the entire time, too. Would highly recommend this villa for anyone traveling with 4 people that wants to stay in Oia with the best view possible, don’t hesitate, just book it!

Good place to enjoy in Santorini! Great staff

The staff- Ned along with Bell boy and cleaning staff were very good and gave us a warm welcome. They answered all the questions and gave us good tips. Everything was arranged nicely. The villa has a nice view of the sea and is perched at a good height. You have your privacy while enjoying the jacuzzi, not many villas have that.

Towels can be replaced daily, as people will use that in the morning and in the evening post jacuzzi.

you do have to fight the tourists trying to take pictures but the view makes up for it. no closet space so they provide a hanging rack in the main room
