The location is the best in the island that’s where everybody comes to see the sunset!

Most important is the location where you get a view of the sunset and close proximity to all the restaurants, shops, main sites. The night after all the crowd is gone offers a relaxing view as well. The host Dimitris is an exceptional host who is super friendly, guides you well and helps you throughout your stay for any questions/ concerns you have. They also offer free luggage pickup/drop to the parking which is a must as the inner streets in Oia are it accessible with vehicles.

Maybe a small upgrade of the kitchen facilities.

We had an absolutely amazing stay at Anemi Villa in Oia! The accommodation was stunning, with spacious rooms, a heated pool, and breathtaking views. The villa was well-maintained — everything worked perfectly, and it was clean and comfortable. The location was perfect: peaceful yet close to everything Oia has to offer. Our luggage was taken to the villa upon arrival and to the taxi at departure, which made everything so easy. Dimitris was incredibly helpful, assisting us with renting a car and organizing our drop-off at the airport. We couldn’t have asked for a better place to stay during our time in Oia. Highly recommend!

One of the best hotels to watch the sunset in Oia. Dimitris is the best owner we've ever seen. He gave us lots of local advice and was always available when we had a question. We will never forget this place and we will definitely come back again.

Location is convenient especially with Dimitris making all arrangement to get there. The place provided picturesque views of the Aegean Sea and Thirassia right from the bedroom. We drank our morning coffee and evening champagne from the porch to enjoy the sunrises and the sunsets. Dimitris provided us a 7* welcome with generous hospitality and helped us plan our stay and activities in and around Santorini. The cave house with modern amenities made our dream vacation come true. Was a relaxing stay. Will certainly visit again.

Location: Best view for the sunset in Oia. Instead of taking place to watch the sunset 2 hours before the sunset and stay with the crowd, you can just watch it with your partner in privacy just from your own balcony. We were not prepared for this when we booked the room :) Amenities: Everything you need to stay in Oia for 1-2 nights, starting from the iron (girls need preparation for the photosesions) to vine glasses to open a bottle just for the best sunset view. Transfer: if you are going to Santorini via ferry, just do not hesitate to book the transfer. Worth every cent: the road is enormously hard, and you just can relax in the most comfort transfer and watch the picturesque views from the window instead of the driving and being nervous. Anyway you no need a car in Oia. Don't pack into the busses with the queues and crowds. Yes, private transfer is less economical, but when you take it, you'll realize why I recommend it. Owner: Dimitris is awesome! Most hospitable owner we ever met. Now I get why the rating is 9.8, completely deserved.

The perfect location to enjoy the sunset of Oia. The cave house is even better than we expected. The host is the best.We enjoyed every moment in the lovely cave house.

Great host, Dimitris greeted me kindly and provided a picture perfect orientation of all of Santorini. Cozy space, fantastic view from inside the apartment and from the private patio. Enjoyed every moment!

If I could give the Anemi more than 10 points I would easily. The view is stunning, we were able to enjoy the coveted Oia sunset from the comfort of our balcony sipping on the complementary bottle of wine that our host Dimitris had left us. The room is cozy, tidy, and has all the amenities you would need in your stay. Dimitris was very welcoming and hospitable and helped us plan our trip to make the most of our time. An easy 10/10 and will definitely be looking to stay again if we're ever back in Santorini.

Nothing, it was perfect.

My trip in Santorini is the highlight of my Europe Tour this March 2023 mainly because of the room itself, the location and the host! We stayed at the Lovers Room, the interior was great and there are even complimentary cereals/snacks and juices. Nothing can beat its location as well as it is in the sunset spot! Just imagine the other tourists are just below our room waiting for the sunset while we are enjoying the hot tub while watching the sunset! Dimitris, our host is also great! He was very hospitable and he made sure that our stay is comfortable. He gave us suggestions on how to travel around Oia and suggested restaurants that are excellent and worth the money! Dimitris has it all as he can also be the tour guide and can also provide transportation services! Don't even think twice and just book this room! It might be pricier compared to other hotels/airbnbs but it is worth it!!!! Stay in Oia and have the best Santorini experience!! One of the best sunsets I have ever seen!!!

We don't have any complaints. We really had a great time staying here. Maybe the only regret we have is staying just for two nights, we could have stayed longer! Thank you so much Dimitris for being a great host! The trip was really unforgettable!

Amazing location and a well furnished cave house with direct sunset views and Amoudi bay views from a private balcony.

We could see the sunset from the balcony of our room.　Hotel is located in city central area, so it's very convenient to go to restaurant for lunch and dinner but not so crowded. Room was very nice and Owner is so kind.

Extremely considerate service, luxurious environment and equipment, if the vacation is unlimited, we want to stay here forever! Even after checking out, the owner and his wife took good care of us and drove us to the next hotel If there's one downside, it's that we don't have enough time One trillion satisfied with the services of restaurants and homeowners

Time goes by so fast, it's not enough

The location was superb, sunset right in front of the aparment. Dimitris gave us lots of suggestions for dining options which was always very good. The apartment was spacious enough for us to relax in when we came back from exploring.

We enjoyed everything. The stairs are slippery at times due to rain but that’s everywhere.

My wife and I had the best honeymoon ever at Hotel Anemi House & Villas in Santorini, Greece! The accommodation was beautiful and clean, with breathtaking views of the island. We were warmly welcomed by the owner, Dimitris Mylonas, who could not have been more helpful. He went out of his way to make sure our stay was perfect, from arranging for transportation to the airport to suggesting amazing places to visit. We feel so lucky to have stayed here and would highly recommend it to anyone looking for a romantic escape in Santorini. Our experience was truly unforgettable and we cannot thank Dimitris enough for making it so special.

Everything was perfect

The location of this villa is superb!! Many villas providing outdoor hot tub have no privacy (can be seen by other people passing by the area) but I noticed that we won't see the hot tub of this villa from outside. We can watch sunset exactly from our villa. It's really an unforgettable experience that we enjoying sunset view from the hot tub while having a glass of vine (complimentary from the host). The Villa is not new but it's well maintained and nice decorated. One more plus point of this villa is that this place has not many steps from the access road, and also not very far from the bus stop. The host, Andy is super friendly & helpful! Thanks very much to the staff Jony (if I remember his name correctly) for carrying the luggage for us.

A small thing that the host can improve is to provide a dust bin in the room. During our stay there is only 1 dustbin in the kitchen (underneath the basin) which is a little inconvenient for us. The hot tub also has no light at night but not a big issue to us.

This is a beautiful villa in deep pink color, a move away from the usual colors on Santorini. Here, the walls are thick & the thickness also facilitates the organic shapes outside & in. The villa comes with an outdoor jacuzzi that is lighted up at night. The property had everything we needed except to prepare a meal. For that, there are several mini-markets nearby. The closest one can be found at the end & to the right of the pedestrian pathway that rums alongside the Orthodox Church, as one heads down from the main pedestrianized street. The villa has a roof-top that is several levels higher than the roof & from where one can get a vantage view nearly all around, especially to the west. Next, who can talk about the property without also talking about Dimitri, as many other reviewers have? He reserved a space for us to park our car at the post office & got his associate to help unload out luggage & transport them to the villa on manual wheeled trolleys. He did the same from the villa on the day we left. That took care of our initial fears of how we were going to do that ourselves over cobbled-stone pathways that were uneven & undulating. It was a 5-minute walk from the car park to the villa. After we got into the villa, he showed us around the premises & which keys were for which doors. Then, he sat me down & went through the recommended places of interest & eating places in Oia in rapid-fire mode, while scribbling on a map of Santorini. I managed to catch much of it though. After he left the villa, we couldn't work the safe in the master bedroom & informed him of that & requested that he showed us the next day morning, which he & his associate did at separate times. That was when we also provided us with electrical adapters when we discovered that our adapters from home couldn't fit into the powerpoint. The villa connects with the main pedestrianized street of Oia via a 2-minute walk.

Awesome location beautiful view of the sunset. Only couple of mins walk to many good restaurant. Dimitris was a awesome host. We could watch the sunset right from our balcony while you see many queuing right above your terrace for the same view. only concern is the stairs(more like a ladder) to the balcony, might not be so suitable for elderly folks, but rest assured it was super stable and safe with all the necessary handles

You can’t beat the location; the perfect way to see the famous Santorini sunset! Dimitris is a gold standard host; he helped arrange all of our transportation and excursions. Was there to greet us and help us get acclimated. He arranged a delicious surprise for my daughter at her birthday dinner and he even went and bought me an extra suitcase in a cheaper part of the island to save some money after I realized I bought too many souvenirs and needed to check a bag. ABOVE AND BEYOND!

This accomodation was a highlight of our entire Greece trip. the apartment itself is excellently located, with a terrace facing directly for sunset each evening. it is big and comfortable. we had dinner booked one of the evenings but decided to cancel it and have a meats and cheese board in the apartment because it was so nice! in the apartment we stayed there was a terrace with table and seating area, an upstairs balcony with some small furniture to enjoy a glass of wine at sunset, a kitchen, large living room with tv and music speakers, bedroom with fan ironing board and wardrobes, large bathroom and there was also a washing machine. bathroom had robes, slippers etc - like a luxury hotel. all of the staff are exceptional, especially Dimitris who gave us an orientation on santorini - where to go what to do. we did a half day tour with him around the island seeing all the highlights, he could not have looked after us better. we also got a transfer from the ferry and Jonny one of the staff carried our bags from the drop off point to the villa which are through some narrow streets of Oia. value for money here is second to none when compared to the other places on booking.com for Oia for 1000 a night - this place is five star service from a team who are passionate about what they do and an apartment that feels like home.

Dmitry did great job to provide all our needs. He is the best! We love the services his hotel provided to us and the location. Everything is perfect!

The position is perfect, right in the center of Oia and beautiful for the sunset. Dimitris is an incredible friendly host, he gave us lots of suggestion for our days, nice places and restaurants. He arranged so that we could leave our luggages in the house after the check out. He also drove us for free from Oia to Perissa although he needs only to go to Fira for his stuff. I would absolutely recommend Dimitris and his houses for your vacation in Santorin.
