We had a wonderful experience staying at Anemi House & Villas. The host was exceptional-very attentive and proactive. He checked in with us regularly to see if we needed anything and made sure we felt comfortable throughout our stay.
Although we arrived early in the morning and our room wasn’t ready yet, the host handled it very professionally. He arranged for someone to collect our luggage and promptly informed us as soon as the room was prepared, which made the wait much easier and explore Oia in the morning.
The room itself is perfectly located in Oia, offering a beautiful sea-front view at a very reasonable price. Waking up to that view was truly the highlight of our stay.
What stood out the most was the outstanding hospitality combined with the prime location. I would highly recommend Anemi House & Villas to anyone planning to stay in Oia, Santorini.

Location was perfect…The sunset view was absolutely stunning from the balcony and terrace. The rooms were neat and tidy with all the amenities in place. Dimitris was a lovely host. He responded to all my queries and gave us an early morning tour despite the tight schedule we had. I will definitely come back and stay again for my next visit.

We stayed in the room that faces west and it is a luxurious front row seat for sunset from the balcony upstairs. The villa was spacious, clean and wel maintained. Dimitris contacted me on WhatsApp and gave me all the instructions and porter info (you do need a porter to carry the luggage from the post office to the villa). He was very responsive to all questions. A breakfast place is right above the villa while the main shopping area and restaurants are also not far. The Castle and windmills are just 2 minutes walk.
I don’t think there’s anything I didn’t like about the property. In general for Oia, if you don’t find parking close by, you could end up walking uphill a lot. There are free lots but if you don’t come between 3-4, you may not find a spot in the upper lots.
