We had the quintessential romantic weekend at Hidden Gem of White Pearl Villas

Greeted immediately by host! Personable, accommodating! Excellent stay

Only two small issues- the bed was just okay. It was sinking in the middle. Needs to be replaced. There are SO MANY cats walking around the property- we have to keep everything closed so they wouldn't bother us. My husband has a sever allergy to cats, so even having them around us diminished the experience.

Like being on another planet

I stayed in the Hidden Gem room, which as the name suggests, really is nicely hidden away, with a private pool, nice patio/lounger, and nothing but the caldera out in front of it. It's a 2-room arrangement in like a 'Flintstones cave'. There's the bedroom, which was quite comfortable, and then a living room with a big couch, refrigerator, coffee machine, etc. Each room has an entrance door, as well as windows out to the patio and the caldera. The whole experience was seamless. Katarina arranged a car to pick me up from the ferry port for an extra charge, and she and the porter were waiting when we pulled up. On that note, the location is kind of perfect, as the road 'ends' right where the drop-off point is, and it's a short walk from there to the villas. There is no having to wheel luggage through town, but at the same rate, the location is perfect.

The staff was a 10☆. If you ask they will be at your door immediately. I have already recommended it to our friends. The bed and pillows were super comfortable and clean. Large shower with rain shower and handle (Just need shelves). The Blue Horizon room with surrounding views was amazing. Ours had 2 balconies that couldn't have asked for more privacy and seating area. Being at the beginning of the famous Oia Blue Dome walk was so convenient to everything. Groceries on either side is so convenient to grab waters, snacks and drinks.

Needs a second garbage can and shelf in the shower to hold soaps and shampoos. It is above Luno Cafe that plays music at night that may interrupt kids sleeping We didn't mind as we were very tired from walking all day and slept through it.

I have never experienced such exceptional hospitality before. They genuinely care about every detail, not only about your stay in the hotel but also about your entire experience in Santorini. They help with what to do, where to eat, make reservations, and arrange everything seamlessly. The room size was perfect, and even the shower area had a beautiful view. You truly feel at home.

The staff from Pearl View Villas was exceptional: very friendly and with lots of care for the wellbeing of the guests. Special thanks to Katerina who organized all our reservations before our trip, with a convenient WhatsApp conversation. The location of the room was perfect, with a breathtaking view on the caldeira. The pool area is beautiful and relaxing. The private terrace is probably one of the best in Oia.

The property has a partnership with the Luno Cafe which provides the breakfast and room service for food. The personnel there could sometimes be more friendly.

Truly magical and exceptional

Me and my partner were slightly confused how he managed to get such an exceptional deal which is why we were nervous but when we turned up… It was like we were on our honeymoon. Not only was the service absolutely exceptional the entire week with recommendations, bookings made on our behalf, et cetera, but the villa itself was so secluded and quiet. Neither of us think we will ever have a holiday like this in our entire life again.

Perfect Holiday! Perfect Place

We stayed in the Mystic Villa. The room was great with gorgeous views and a private pool. We liked the fact that it was tucked away from the Oia high street and still had easy access to it. Dionysis and Katerina were very very helpful and friendly. They also guided us on what options we can avail in Santorini during our stay. The made our stay wonderful. We thoroughly enjoyed the private pool and the views were just perfect! Highly recommended! Missing Santorini n our pool already 😀. The breakfast was served at Luno Cafè nearby. It had ample options and huge portions. Also, they can modify the menu to your liking which we liked the most. Thankyou White Pearl Villas Team. Hope to see you in future!

Loved it

The villa Aegean Magic was beautiful with the indoor pool and rooftop spa. Great location, could walk to many cafes and restaurants and shopping. Dionysis was an amazing host and was very informative. Arli who seemed to do many jobs was awesome, always smiling and nothing was a problem.

The pool filter ran from the afternoon to morning, I believe it was to do with reducing the humidity and we did get used to it.

The included breakfast at cafe Luno was not great for vegetarians. The villas required quite climbing up and down - not an issue for us, however for those with mobility constraints may find it challenging. This is typical of most properties in Santorini. Also the AC did not work initially and Jacuzzi also did not heat up water. They needed to be fixed. We were in a group and had 11 rooms. The villas are in 3 different locations (all close by), however splitting the group was not ideal.

Amazing stay in Oia Santorini

We were met upon arrival at Oia by our host and a helpful assistant to carry our luggage to our room, which made us feel like VIP’s from the start. The room was well appointed and incredibly spacious, and our view was amazing (see pictures). Fresh waters were delivered daily and coffee was always stocked. The breakfast was the perfect way to start our day! Our host was very knowledgable about the area and helped us plan our time on the island to get the most out of our stay, and the best part, he was always just a text away (and yes- we texted him with questions, requests, etc- to which he responded immediately). The property is just beautiful and the location is ideal. We hiked, sailed, shopped and dined- and had a wonderful time. We highly recommend.

-did not have direct access to the plunge pool from our balcony. We had to walk up a set of steps to access. -we booked a sunset wine tasting thru WP. We asked what time should we should arrange for pick up and they said 7:00 pm should be fine. It was way too early. I felt there was a miss with what we requested and what was offered. In addition, the experience did not scale with the price we paid versus what independent booking companies offered. Our transfer fees we in addition to the amount we paid. -we paid for 2 breakfasts for each of days booked. On the last day of our stay, we needed to depart by 6:30 and were told that we could not get breakfast because restaurant did not open until 7:00 am. No other accommodations were offered.

Selection of private villas, each unique and offering different vibes. We stayed at Pure Bliss Villa, was the perfect location with private pool and stunning views. Very convenient for local supermarket, the villa is 20 steps away. We did not use the communal pool as loved the facilities of the villa with private pool. Even though on the cliff, balcony felt private and spacious. The communication with team was 10/10, very clean and comfortable stay. We will be back, thank you!

The steps were very dangerous to our first room in the caldera. The 2nd room had safe steps and a rail above the street but was so much better. The first room was cavelike and had an indoor hot tub which I would not use, the new one had a gorgeous newer outside one on the terrace🥰

An Amazing hotel on an amazing island!

I recently stayed at this hotel and had an amazing experience! The staff were incredibly friendly and welcoming. The hotel was impeccably clean, and the high review rating truly reflects the quality of this place. The view from my room was absolutely breathtaking, and I am genuinely thrilled with my decision to choose this hotel. Highly recommended! It was a 10 for me!

Overall, there weren't many bad things about this hotel, but I do have a few small points to mention. The hotel is a bit far from the main road, requiring you to go up and down many steps to reach it. This can be challenging in the warm weather of Santorini. If you're not very sporty or have difficulty walking up and down steps, you might want to consider another place. Additionally, it would be an improvement to install some small glass partitions between the bathroom area and the bedroom. Sometimes, it's difficult to take a shower without worrying about splashing water on the bed and other areas.
