Beautiful clean accommodation, close to everything but private, delicious breakfasts!

I can’t say enough about this property! It was an absolute dream. This was the cleanest accommodations we are ever stayed at. From the moment we checked in to check out we were well taken care of. The room as wonderful, bathroom, shower, balcony, hot tub and pool were all perfect. Breakfasts were fabulous and plentiful, this property is managed by the nicest man and the food prepared was delicious. I have to say I did an excellent job with choosing this location in Oia. It was 1.5 blocks away from the start of the main walkway in Oia overlooking the caldera. I am so glad I didn’t choose a cliff location, I don’t see a lot of privacy in those. There is a small grocery store very close as well. We will be talking about this accommodation for years to come. Also they arranged transportation to and from the airport/port for a small fee, well worth it. Oh and prior to our departure they packed us a beautiful breakfast to go !

This place really exceeded our expectations and made our week in Oia unforgettable. From the start, everything felt so well taken care of, the location was perfect, just a short walk to the center while still being peaceful and quiet. Breakfast was one of the highlights: each evening we could pick what we wanted and when, and every morning it arrived right on time at our door. On our last day, since we had to leave early, the staff even prepared a thoughtful breakfast package for us to take with us. Having private parking was a big advantage in such a popular area, and the apartment itself was spotless, our room was refreshed daily, and even the jacuzzi was cleaned every day. On top of all that, the staff, from the front manager to the cleaning team, were incredibly friendly and welcoming, which really made the stay feel special.

The apartment was comfortable, clean and a great location. The apartment was a minute walk to the pedestrian area of Oia and the bus stop to Fira. Breakfast was delivered to the room every morning. The host Evgenios was amazing and did everything and more to make our stay in Oia as enjoyable as possible.

Excellent value, wonderful details

Our room was lovely, impeccably clean, and well-appointed — with a very comfortable mattress and high quality sheets. The location could not have been better for accessing the main attractions of Oía — while still being peaceful and quiet in the late evenings and early morning. We LOVED starting and ending our days on the balcony with a sea view. The high quality of the breakfast, and having it delivered at our requested time every morning was unexpected and felt luxurious. The manager was helpful, informative and friendly. The pool was a delightful relief from hot afternoon sunshine.

As a matter of personal taste, I wish the jacuzzi on our balcony was warmer.

The hotel was very well located. It's extremely clean and incredibly beautiful. The staff are super attentive, giving us directions to all the points of interest to visit as soon as we arrived. They are very friendly. They gave us a free room upgrade, which made us very happy with the hotel. The room and the common areas are very nice and clean. The breakfast is exceptional too. I highly recommend this hotel, whether for a family trip or as a couple.

A Dream

Everything was perfect, the location was incredible with a very unique view from our room, but the service and the hospitality were even better! The staff was always nice and caring but also extremely helpful with us. It really felt like home. Panos and Maria literally took care of us from the moment we arrived til the moment we left. Same for the rest of the team, wonderful and smiling guys! Highly recommended.

I usually never leave reviews but our trip was amazing all because of Elitoz Suites and the staff there!! I went with 4 of my friends (all around age 20) and we were BLOWN AWAY by the kindness, care, and hospitality the staff showed us. They would bring us breakfast on trays every morning with whatever we wanted, cleaned every day, ordered us taxis around the island, booked anything we needed help with, and even covered our friends medical bill out of pure kindness after she went to the hospital (listen to the locals and don’t drink ouzo lol). Another plus was that the area in which elitoz suites is located right at the start of famous the pedestrian walkway in Oia. We never had to walk up steps or long distances; we were right where we needed to be. With that being said, Elitoz is perfectly placed right before the start of the pedestrian walkway but away from where all the tourists crowd to take pictures. They went above and beyond any of our expectations and I would recommend this place to anyone going to Santorini!

Fabulously located, super helpful staff, luxurious and a must stay!

What’s there not to like .. amazing staff - Maria welcomed us so warmly and took time to explain the attractions around the island and then gave a full tour of the room .. they even upgraded us as we were on our Babymoon! Both the georges were super helpful and made us sumptuous breakfast everyday .. the staff was super responsive and would normally get back with our requests in a matter of minutes .. the room was super spacious and they cleaned it every day .. the hot tub was amazing and so was the pool !! They even allowed us late check out since we had a late night flight out .. The property is so well located - it’s just 2 mins walk to the main Oia centre.. Overall one of the best stay experiences for us ..

Great Stay in Oia with a few points to improve !

- The hotel is situated just before the pedestrian only path along Oia. But not in a crowded place. So the location was great. - George & George were very friendly and were always open to talk and help out :) - Room was comfortable and big. - Food was good and breakfast packs were also prepared when we went on an early morning hike - The Jacuzzi in the balcony was great. Enough privacy and a nice view of the sea (not the side of the caldera though)

Considering the ratings of the hotel and the fact that I had stayed in another (similar budget) hotel in Santorini, I felt a few points could be improved: - For some reason, the water in the shower was only lukewarm at best - The jacuzzi was great but I had white paint rubbing off on my skin when I got out. So used it only once during my 4 night stay - Breakfast was a little sloppy at times - cutleries were missing one day, the juices were forgotten the other. But the staff was quick to sort it out !
