WOW! Evgenios is amazing. Excellent communication, nothing is too much trouble, provided tips for the area, allowed late check, made sure my husband knew how to watch the World Cup game when we moved to our next hotel etc etc etc Cleaners were fantastic, our room was spotless. I walked around bare foot and the floors were super clean, even on the terrace. Just a short flat walk to the centre, with a really private and quiet pool area. We came back every afternoon when oia became too busy for us and we never saw another person at the pool, it was like we had rented our own pool villa. Lots of oia pools/hot tubs are in the cliff edge and very over looked. We got an upgrade on arrival, which was much appreciated. We had a huge terrace with an amazing view of the caldera. Breakfast was plentiful, so much choice and such a lovely way to start the day on the terrace. We wouldn’t change a thing about this hotel at all! We had actually originally booked this at a premium with free cancellation option because of my elderly father in law. When it got closer to our flight we could have cancelled and booked something cheaper, we are SO glad we didn’t!

The view, the service and the people. 10/10

The location, the breakfast, the jacuzzi on the patio. The room was very large with a couch, coffee table, a cute little dining area with high bar chairs and table and a small kitchen. The staff was great.

There was really nothing that I disliked.
