Fantastic holiday in perfect accommodation.

The hotel is family run. Anna and Marousa are exceptionally helpful and friendly. They will arrange anything from car hire to food delivered to your room or sun lounger. Location is on the edge of Oia which we found to be better than in the center. Short walk to the shops. Fantastic sea views to the North and South. Bus stop is very close to the hotel. Nice private pool to the rear. Daily cleaning and fresh towels, bed changed every other day. Great choice of breakfast delivered to your room.

Because of the beautiful buildings and scenery there are a lot of visitors to Oia.

Superb stay

Anna’s villa is wonderful, a pool with fabulous views over the sea and we loved the breakfast served on our terrace by the pool. The breakfast was rich, fresh and delicious. Last day we had to leave earlier than the breakfast time, but Anna provided it in our fridge the day before so that we can still eat. Also she arranged the transfers for us and gave is tips over the island and we felt taking care of. The best sunsets are actually across the road 5 min walk to the left on the path towards Fira. No crowds, just caldera gorgeous view.

Authentic and spectacular stay!

My 9 year old girl and I stayed in the villa, and it was really an authentic experience! To live in a typical cave house facing the beautiful caldera, and to wake up every morning to those calm and spectacular views was the main highlight of our visit to Santorini. The villa has a jacuzzi fronting the view that you can enter at any time, a table to have breakfast, and two sunbeds for relaxing. The water quality of the jacuzzi is monitored every day. The location is wonderful - 10 min walk to Oia center, next to a bus station (to Fira) and next to a small supermarket. The breakfast is self-served - you have the products in your refrigerator refilled every day. There's a coffee machine and a toaster in the villa. New bottle of water every day. The villa is not at the same complex with the rest of Ianthe's apartments were the pool is, and if you want to relax in the pool, you need to walk there a few minutes (it's common in Oia that the pool is not next to the apartments) and the wonderful hosts will supply you with towels at the pool. Anna and Mausura are wonderful and kind hosts! Very costumer oriented! They are really communicative and have a lot of advice on where and what to do in Santorini. Always meeting you with a smile and a glass of wine! Our stay was so enjoyable that I plan to come back!

The best stay ever in Oia

The villa was beautiful, we had the balcony on rooftop in wich we were able to Watch the volcano and the amazing sunset of santorini. Beds are comfy and we had water in fridge, and in our welcome we were offered local wine. Ana was amazing host, she helped is even before arrival, giving us recommendations of tour by boat and by shuttle. Breakfast also was amazing, tasty and sustancious. We felt like home. I wish I can come back again

A must stay in Santorini.

This property is excellent….. Unobstructed views of the Caldera from the few steps up in front of the room (Rm 3) on the deck and an amazing sunset view without having to leave. The room consisted of a queen bed on the mezzanine level and queen bed, kitchen and small dining area on the lower level, with separate well sized bathroom. Private pool at the rear of the property over looking the Mediterranean. Extremely clean and our host Anna was simply amazing, continually going out of her way to make our stay wonderful. The breakfast was fantastic. Every morning, you just chose what you wanted from the selection available and what time you would like to eat and it arrives at your room on time. Thank you Anna and your lovely team for everything.

The location was perfect, walking distance to all the main attractions and restaurants in Oia. Anna helped us hire a car to see the rest of the island, she was extremely helpful and also helped us with booking a boat cruise. I really loved my stay and the staff. Couldn’t fault it at all. My sister in law was pregnant and Anna went over and above to make sure she had everything she needed as well as making the rest of us comfortable and give lots of tips and tricks for our stay in Oia. There was a lovely private terrace which was perfect for watching the beautiful Santorini sunset. Thank you so much Anna for your hospitality.

Perfect base to take in views at Oia

The location - it was brilliant being near the start of the pedestrianised walkway through Oia. You could see the sea on both sides of the island as Oia is at the end of the island. The breakfast which was included was really good, fresh fruit Greek yoghurt n honey being my favourite

Good stay!

Great location with beautiful views. Did not use the pool as it was icy cold. It was very close to all the things that you would want to do in oia. I would recommend people to also go left and up a few metres where it says walking path to fira to see the magnificent sunset. Everyone wants to see the sunset from oia and it becomes very crowded. This option allows you to see the sunset away from the crowds. Also, try pitogyros for takeaway greek dishes like souvlaki. Sitting down at every restaurant becomes a bit expensive and sometimes you just want to grab a bit and go. The quality of food at Pitogyros was very good. The host was very friendly and welcoming at the hotel.

Highly recommended

Anna and her family really went out of their way to make our stay memorable. She made us feel so welcome. Appartement is clean, high quality sheets and towels. The nespresso machine and panini maker are a nice touch in the kitchenette. The free parking is especially handy for car or scooter rental as it isn't easy to park anywhere else nearby.

Beautiful location, the terrace was gorgeous and so was the actual villa. The staff were so nice and helped us plan and reserve our entire trip once we were there, which was incredibly helpful. And the breakfasts were amazing, a full spread and provided packaged on days we needed it to go. Great location too, not too loud but really close to things, and great view just outside too.

It was really amazing, only one small note that could be good or bad depending on personal preference - if you want a ton of privacy and to be left alone the whole time, not the place for you. they’re very attentive and insist on cleaning daily, which makes for a very clean stay and you have access to their help, but also means less privacy.

The best start to an amazing trip in the Cyklades

Everything was amazing, from the breakfast selection, to the location which is super calm with an amazing view, as well as all the amenities and especially the sympathy of Anna, who was amazing with us. We highly recommend this spot due to the above and the fact that this place has an amazing terrace from which you can see the incredible Santorini sunset. It's also 5min from the center which makes it easy to get to, but avoids all the chaos and noise from the crowd.

There wasn't anything we didn't like.
