Perfect getaway!

Great location! Close enough to comfortably walk to Oia or the bus to Fira, the hot tube on the balcony was wonderful. The staff was also top notch!

The swimming pool was very cold, but otherwise zero issues!

Wow wow wow you need to stay here!

Loved everything. The views are absolutely insane. The privacy on the outdoor terrace was lovely we were lucky that it was very quiet and it was mostly just me and boyfriend there. Very romantic spot. Although I did want a sea view in the accommodation the outdoor terrace made up for it🙌🏼🙌🏼 Great location can walk no bother to Oia and is a nice quiet secluded area away from the crowds for some peace. It is pure bliss here. The staff were so kind and welcoming to us and even gave us refreshments after our late flight in to Santorini. The room is well equipped and toiletries are A1. We will definitely be coming back again to this place in the future.

Great location in Oia. Their terrace had great view of caldera. The hosts were excellent. Communication was great, provided all information before arrival. Very thoughtful and stocked the fridge with essentials. We even got early check in.

Aspa Villas exceeded any expectios, I loved the place!!

I absolutely LOVED ASPA VILLLAS!!! What an incredible experience I hope I can come back to in the future! The property was in an ideal location and my apartment was ideal! The host had food and wine in the fridge! The accommodations in the apartment was PERFECT! I had everything I needed to feel right at home for the next couple days! The hosts were incredible, super sweet and very helpful giving me suggestions where to go for local cafes and restaurants :) I can’t wait to go back!!

We had a wonderful stay at Aspa Villas & Caves! The room was very clean and comfortable, and the view was absolutely breathtaking. The staff, especially Nikoleta, were incredibly kind and helpful throughout our stay. We truly appreciate all the support and warm hospitality. We would love to come back again in the future. Highly recommended!

Everything was wonderful! The only small thing we noticed is that it would have been even nicer if the toilet paper bin had been emptied during our stay.

Everything was amazing. From basics like coffee pods, bread, turkey slices to a complimentary bottle of wine! Nikoleta and her family were amazing and super helpful for everything we needed. Best hotel we’ve stayed at in Greece! Set the standard for us at the start of our trip and we were constantly a little disappointed after 😂 No complains. Only compliments 🙌🏽 ✅ Amazing view ✅ Private Jacuzzi ✅ Excellent hospitality ✅ Fully stocked rooms

Exceptional place and welcome

Everything This particularly well located hotel at the entrance of Oia, is full of charm, room decoration and view on Oia. Comfort rating nothing is missing in the equipment from the ironing set to the coffee machine, through the filled refrigerator and the bottle of local wine. Clean rating is irreproachable. The establishment is efficiently managed by Nikoleta with great kindness and availability. and a staff in his image.

Perfect accomodation on fantastic location with friendly staff. Parking, busstop and supermarket were nearby which was very handy. It was walking distance from old Oia town and you can actually see sunsets from the terras of the room itself

Great location with accommodating hosts.

We rented two units (two couples). Much like a hotel room with kitchenette. There is a modest pool and our room had a hot tub. We didn't use either due to weather, but might be a bonus for some. Easy walk into the heart of town but nice to be a bit beyond the crowds and congestion, especially when the buses from the cruise ships arrive. Our initial departing ferry was cancelled due to wind. We were able to book a different ferry, but until we knew that, the host was willing to accommodate us, even at a reduced rate. Highly appreciative of this kindness. I recommend for couples. It could possibly be challenging with kids.

There is modest sitting room inside the unit we had, but there are patio chairs and tables outside.

Great place were you’ll feel at home in a beautiful setting

Nikoleta’s attention proor, during and after my stay. Super kind and warm and easy going with straight forward communication. Every detail was thought of and ready to just have a great worry free time. The location is great with the bus stopping just outside to go to fira and it is just 10min walk through a beautiful path to the tip of the island in Oia

Don’t stay anywhere else in Santorini!!

Am amazing place to stay in Santorini! Great room with amazing customer service. Definitely a family run, friendly team. We arrived to a fridge full of complimentary food and beverages. The villas back onto the walk from Oia to Fira, are close to the public bus, coffee shops and restaurants as well as being within walking distance to Oia.

Good location, just before the really busy area of Oia, which can be reached by a short walk. Amazing views, private hot tub, hotel terrace with view of caldera and surrounding islands.

Perfect Vacation place.

Property location is perfect, just 10min walk from main Oia’s scenic locations. The amenities in the property are very good, we enjoyed pool, jacuzzi, valley overlooking dining tables. Along with a very courteous staff. Every thing was thoughtfully taken care of by Nikoletta and team. We loved the nuances like welcome wine, parting gift, awesome suggestions. Thank you for making our stay soo lovely. We would highly recommend Aspa Villas to anyone visiting the property. And would surely book them again in our next visit.

Everything was perfect. The owner's welcome emails were most informative making it very easy to reach the location. The young lady at the reception desk was courteous, polite and tireless in answering all my questions and most helpful in providing directions and organising the tours. The location was excellent, close to all amenities (local supermarkets, restaurants, car rental, bus stop) and a short stroll away from the centre of Oia .Neat and tidy, well organised, comfortable, self- sufficient room providing an amazing, breathtaking, mesmerising sea view. The atmosphere was most welcoming and cosy, felt like home. The hostess was warm, cordial, friendly, kind and open-hearted making sure everything was fine and providing a wealth of information about the island. Highly recommend Aspa villas.

Great place to stay and wonderful view of Caldera

First of all the property is very nice with a wonderful view of the Caldera from the property terrace which is amazing. Property has a nice pool, with a jacuzzi. It is right touching the main street and Oia blue dommed church is 800m..which is a quick walk. The view from the terrace is breathtaking. Nikoleta is a wonderful host. She was so nice to keep a welcome wine for us and also stock the fridge with some essentials. She also guided us with best possible parking areas, places to see. Amazing host. Giannis checked us in and he was very helpful. I will definitely recommend people to stay here.

Beautiful accomodation, friendly staff, great location, very clean apartments and stunning views from the terrace. Once we checked in our fridge had wine, bread, orange juice, cheese, ham, yoghurt, milk and bottle of water complimentary to us from the staff overall if I could give Aspa Villas 10 stars I would. Nikoleta and Yanis are excellent hosts and very helpful, when I come back to Oia this is the only place I would like to stay again. Thanks for everything

Perfect stay in Oia

The staff was really nice, they made sure we had everything we needed. They even offered us some supplies in the fridge for the breakfast (not sure it is always like this but this was very pleasant). The room is well furnished with a boiler kettle, a toaster... There were towels for the beach/pool and some other for the shower. It is really well located, a bit in the beginning of Oia where it is more quite. The jacuzzi is really a plus, especially when it's a bit colder outside. Great view from the terrace facing the sea. It is next to the bus stop, practical to join Fira.

Great location!! The bus stop was conveniently located across the street. Also a rent-a-car & taxi company owned by the hotel owner's brother was located next to the bus stop, so the company/hotel gave me a great mobility to travel around the neighborhoods. Besides, not just the room was kept clean but also extra tools(iron & iron table) were thoughtfully made available for the guest(s).

Postion of mirrors and sink installed in the room was too high for me. I'm 5 ft 0 inch. This hotel may need to be more considerate to shorter people/guests (like me) with this point.

good location but no pool or jacuzzi on caldera

the location was great on the caldera and the room was clean .

we were given room 4 which had no view of the Agean coastline as the description mentioned . we had a view of a stone wall and outside our room was sun beds from the pool which meant we had no privacy and had to have the curtains closed the whole time . additionally to this , the photos are somewhat misleading the pool and jacuzzi are not at the caldera. but they are in the entrance near the reception, so unfortunately we did not enjoy the caldera views while being in the pool as we thought would be the case judging from the photos. we were offered at 6pm on our last night a change in rooms, it was a kind gesture but in the end was pointless given the fact we spent our whole time there in a room which was not what was advertised on the listing .
