Friendly staff and very clean place

Anemoessa Villa is a lovely place to stay in Oia. The staff are incredibly friendly and welcoming, and the whole property is spotless and very well maintained.

We stayed in Room 1 and could hear some noise early in the morning, including vehicles passing by. Also, we stayed for 3 nights but only received one 1-liter bottle of water for the entire stay.

Amazing weekend away

Everything from the welcome to the farewell was excellent, Angie went above and beyond on arrival to tell us all about the area, how to get around, where was good to eat and more. The apartment was immaculate and very nice. The pool area was clean and very relaxing. The breakfast staff were amazing and catered for our coeliac and vegan needs. When we left the owner waited with us for the taxi and waved us goodbye. We are definitely coming back to Santorini, and will be staying here again.

A perfect stay where you feel truly welcomed and well taken care of.

I really appreciated the warm hospitality, excellent communication, and the fact that everything we needed for a comfortable stay was available. The villa is beautiful, clean, and well-maintained, with great facilities. A very special detail was that even though we had to leave very early, breakfast was prepared for us, and on my birthday I received a lovely surprise – a “Happy Birthday” message along with a small cake.

There was nothing I didn’t like, everything was excellent.

I loved this villa in Oia, Santorini, thanks to the friendly staff and perfect location!

The location was perfect! It is only a 10-15 minute walk to Oia and a 5 minute walk to Finikia which is a quieter alternative to Oia with fabulous restaurants. The staff were helpful and friendly and they even organised a delicious surprise for my son who had a birthday on our last day at the property. Very impressed with this thoughtful gesture.

I liked everything. Nothing negative to say.

Great little hotel close to Oia

Great location and views. Short walk into Oia. Small supermarket within a couple of minutes walk. Lots of outdoor area to enjoy. Loved having kitchen facilities.

Bed was hard and uncomfortable. Road noise was quite disruptive. The steepness of the road out the front made most vehicles squeal their tyres and really have to rev their engines to get up the hill.

THE BEST!!

The best place where to stay in Santorini. Irini and Angie are so welcoming as the other people of the staff, they make you feel part of a family. Rooms are very clean, cleaned so well every day, you have a small kitchen to cook if you want and the view of the sunset is amazing from the pool. The pool is the cleanest, everything is so comfy. Breakfast is so big, with typical greek food but also continental, varies every day. The position is perfect: only 15 Minutes walking from the center of Oia, bus stop to Fira is very near.

Amazing!

Everything was beyond expectations. The location is lovely, beautiful maintained in every detail, but what truly sets this place apart are the wonderful people behind it. They make you feel like home the moment you arrive. Their hospitality is exceptional - very authentic. Angie offered us great tips in terms of nearby restaurants, activities that enriched our stay. We had an excellent experience.

Beautiful!

The location is near the restaurants and a store where you can buy somethings you might need. It’s about 15 minutes walk to Oia center. I love the bfast that changes every day. There is also a swimming pool and lounge you can enjoy while not visiting other places. Bus stop to Fira is a short distant away.

Wonderful hosts, beautiful villa.

Property was a quiet villa with a stunning pool, tucked away on the edge of the Finikia district. Rooms had their own balconies and nicely renovated bathroom / shower area. Included breakfast was great! Pool was lovely, never crowded. Staff were very kind and helpful, especially Angie. If you are catching the public bus to Oia or Fira, there is a stop on the main road nearby - just be prepared for a short walk up the hill.

Amazing Greek Hospitality

The villa is just a 10 minute walk to the center of Oia. The moment we walked in, we felt the warm Greek hospitality from the reception, to the room attendants and pool attendant. The pool and the surrounding views of the villa is just amazing you would just want to stay and relax there all day! I highly recommend this place if you want to have a quiet and comfortable stay after the hustle and bustle of the city. The receptionists were helpful and recommended a lot of amazing places and how to take the public buses. The room was cleaned daily. Breakfast was varied and you can choose where to eat! And Mr. Cat is just a sweet company. Would definitely be back! Thank you everyone!

Everything was perfect. Just the drainage in the bathroom floor would be an excellent addition however, they provided daily towels for wet.

Overall a very friendly family run business. Easy to walk into Oia or Finikia. Rooms are very comfortable and everywhere

Clean Comfortable Very private Pool is lovely

No where to put your clothes in the room we stayed in which was 18. A few hangers provided and very low hanging no drawers or shelves. No safe place to park a hire car. Car parks around the area are all either to busy and not safe for the car or to far away walk is up a very steep hill.

The staff were so friendly and helpful, always available to give us advice about the local area and recommendations for places to visit. They gave ya a great recommendation in particular for a winery not far away we wouldn’t have otherwise heard about that was a great afternoon. Room was also routinely cleaned to really high standards each day and amenities topped up every day.

Lovely and welcome space!

The property is very well located, on a 10/15min walking from Oia centre, the room was big, clean, we had a beautiful view, the pool was slightly warm. Only good things to say! Breakfast was nice too and Irini the receptionist was lovely, she gave us a very warm welcome, always smiling. We sure had a great time.

The mattress was a bit hard and the shower didn't have a curtain so the water would go everywhere.

Gorgeous poolside villa with a great sunset in walking distance to Oia

Amazing value for money considering it's a 15 min walk into Oia and <5 mins to Finikia. The rooms are very well maintained and equipped. Beds are comfortable. The poolside area was so beautiful and the sunset view was great. The staff were incredibly helpful and friendly - they helped us book transport to the airport, gave us tips for the island and even lent us a charging cable when we forgot ours! The breakfast buffet changes each day so there's variety.

The wifi did not work very well unfortunately, even though there were two possible connections (we tried to jump between them).

Warm and welcoming staff. Beautifully clean facilities and excellent breakfast with wonderful variety and healthy choices. Irini speaks many languages and is extremely accommodating to every request. Location is quiet and an absolute sanctuary away from crowds. A lovely, usable, clean pool area and rooms are gorgeous. We had an amaziing room with a beautiful view over Ios. The room had everything you need.

Wifi could be slow, but this is common in the area. Mattress very firm. This is a personal choice though. A positive for those who like a very firm bed.

All the staff were very helpful and incredibly friendly. My room was spacious and fully equipped with a mini kitchen, table/chairs and an outside terrace (shared with one other apartment). The pool area had great views of the sunset and was quiet and good for relaxing. The sun loungers were very comfortable and there is a jacuzzi. The hotel is very close to a bus stop and pick up point for day tours. Breakfast had a good selection and I liked that you had the option to eat this anywhere on the complex.

Not an issue but note that the hotel is a 15 minute walk to the centre of oía. It is an easy walk with stunning views and many restaurants / shops along the way.
