It was a memorable stay for our group

A great view of the caldera and the famous Oia sunset view is just a few steps away.

Maybe it was because the tourist season is over when we stayed there (for just one night) so we were not able to use the pool and the jacuzzi.

Not worth price, staff rude.

Property was in good location outside of Oia but still close to everything and had nice view of caldera.

Property was small, pictures are misleading about space and location of tub. Staff was extremely rude and unhelpful. Booking says to contact for key meet up days prior to visit but they only answered us 1 hr before we got to Oia. Staff threw out my souvenirs and when I inquired they got extremely confrontational.

Beautiful accomodation, poor service.

Beautiful view, clean and spacious property.

Horrible service. Very low efforts on their behalf in terms of communication. We have contacted them multiple times for various matters, including things they asked us to communicate to them about, all for them to leave us feeling helpless and anxious after they don’t respond to us or respond at the absolute last minute or just way too late. Time and time again we contacted them, relied on them to help us or to accomodate to us in simple ways, only for them to not show up and leave us stranded.

The bedsheet have scratches, very dirty jacuzzi water, the breakfast was awful, the lady Mrs Erzeni was totally not helpful and she was very rude, do not recommend for the amount for money that we paid!!!

It had a spectacular view - that was the only good thing

Location: at least 10 min walk from the nearest parking. The road to the property was full of steps and narrow roads. It can be slippery with poor lighting at night Room: The room had several ducts that were filled with plastic bags. Single washroom for 4 people. Kitchen:Utensils and plates were of different shapes and kinds. Old kettle. Breakfast : very unpleasant. Manager: was very slow in responding to our questions and quires, takes more than 24 hours to answer a simple question

PERFECT !!!

The place is incredible, The views from the room leave you breathless. We loved the hot tub. The staff was amazing, They are aware of everything, Johny is incredible, he picked us up, carried our bags and gave us very useful information for our stay. They bring you a varied breakfast every morning,. We also went to a restaurant on the Perissa beach owned by the apartment owner. We had an incredible day there. super recommended to go.

The location works fine. Calm area with a view.

The pictures aren’t really representative of what I got. There was not enough privacy for the hot tub and the sun beds. The windmill doesn’t look like a windmill. A lot less charming than what I thought I was going to get. Was not worth the price. They talk about reception and breakfast? My breakfast came once maybe at 10 or 11 am? I was gone hiking. I wanted to spend 2 nice nights in Oia but was disappointed.

Loved the property and the view was amazing

The manager was rude when I complained about breakfast. The breakfast was brought to us at 7.10am waking everyone up in the house. It was boiled eggs and cold toasties.

One of a Kind

The property, location and service are exceptional. The property size, location, view, amenities and cleanliness are exceptional. Ms Ezeni our host is very kind, sweet... an exceptional host. There's even a welcome water bottles and sip of wine. The breakfast service was also phenomenal. We're beyond blown away with the experience. Definitely recommend to check them out and will definitely come back again. Thank you again Ms. Ezeni for one of a kind experience.

It was a dreamy stay with a beautiful location of the villa.

Beautiful caldera view and amazing volcano sea view. Main street of OIA is very nearby to the Villa. The stay was amazing and comforting. Though there was some wifi issues and it was difficult for us to connect to our friends and family however I took it as a pros since it helped to enjoy our vacation more without using internet. Ezeni was very helpful and she was available on WhatsApp or calls whenever needed. We felt safe and comfortable in the Villa. I would definitely recommend Amaya to upcoming visitors because I felt that Amaya is so much focussed on making the stay comfortable and happy. It was an amazing location and yes also best for the sunset views.

A truly beautiful view, exeptionally clean, helpful staff 24/7 and the hottub was heated, even in january it was perfect. A dream weekend for a very good price.

one of the worst experience of my life

I booked 2 nights in this hotel，the room they give is not the same as I booked，when I contact the service team，they just give me two options： either they cancel my order and let me book a new hotel or live in the house right now，but when I arrive the hotel it‘s 6pm at night，the wind of the santorini island is very cold，how am I suppose to book a new hotel and leave immediately？But I really don‘t want to live in the different room，then I try to contact their team to cancel my order they just ignore it.My request is very basic：to live the room I booked.They change the room I booked until second day，I thought there won‘t have any problems this time，but hot tub water is cold，the shower cubicle water will only be hot for a while and then it get cold.

Loved our room, beautiful location

Magnificent location Extra friendly staff, including the porter man who met us at the post office explained everything on the way to our room, carried 2 large cases on his own and then stayed with us until the internet, air con and all questions answered before he left us to settle in.

Cats… ok if you like cats, as soon as breakfast arrived so did the cats, we stayed 3 nights and during our first breakfast a cat was coughing and then was sick on our balcony… Something needs to be done about these feral cats. One stage there were 3 cats hovering around… Paid over $300 per night to be dodging cats.

Amazing location and caldera view with breath taking sunsets and sunrises. This villa was off the main tourist attraction so it felt very private and quiet. The villa’s kitchen was well stocked and had all the basic kitchen ware needed for eating/coffee. The three queen beds were very comfortable and sleep area felt spacious although it was open concert cave setting without doors. The manager, porters, housekeeping and everyone was so kind and professional.

Everything was absolutely perfect during our stay but we didn’t like the tiling outdoor. We dont think this is property’s fault but the hot tub water makes it extremely slippery so we would just be very careful when stepping out. Lay down towels to help from slipping.
