Wonderful stay

The caldera scenery from my room is so nice! Nice room design, bed is comfortable, lots of options in the TV.

Water in the jacuzzi is just lukewarm, not hot enough. While the location is really closed to the city center, the entrance is actually from the back side.

Amazing host, Beautiful room, central location, luxury experience

1.Spacious room, 2. Beautiful minimalistic style furnishing 3. Warm and spacious hot tub/jaccuzi 4.Tv, coffee maker, water kettle and iron available 5.Large bed 6.Beautiful view of Caldera 7.Host met us directly in the suite and gave us a warm welcome. They stayed in touch throughout the stay. 8.A colleague took our luggage up. 9. Centrally located and various scenic spots and restaurants could be located easily. 10. Amazing privacy.

1.A lot of stairs to reach emerald suites. 2.No hand soap or microwave. 3.Wifi was pretty bad and patchy connection. Long intervals of no wifi at all. 4.Brealfast is served starting from 8am which was pretty late in my opinion. Maybe during peak season they serve earlier idk. 5.Sunset was not visible directly from the terrace because other buildings were in the way.

Excellent mini vacation in Santorini!

Everything was amazing but the location was prime; close to everything especially the caldera church views and the view was spectacular for sunrise and sunset. The room was great with big size mini fridge ; excellent expresó coffee machine ; luxurious spa robes ; súper comfy King bed and excellent service. Can’t wait to go back.

The room I reserved and the room I was assigned to were completely different

It was clean and had a good view, but I don't want to recommend it. This is because the room I reserved and the room I actually assigned are different.

I checked the photos posted on the reservation site and gps and made a reservation, but when I arrived, they assigned me a room with a completely different location with too many stairs. I took a vacation, but I was so disappointed that the image of Santorini was not good. This is an accommodation I don't want to go back to. Hotel officials hope you don't cheat on the photos and locations you posted on the reservation site and do your business honestly.

Incredible Caldera views.

Location was excellent. Veronica the host/manager was amazing; very helpful and responsive. The unit was beautiful and the patio with pool had an amazing view and set-up.

The pool was a little cloudy unfortunately for our short stay due to a large group there for a longer period before us.

Views were awesome and room was just as good. Information was plentiful and staff were great also. Lost power to the rooms for a short while, but was restored a little later. Not much to complain about. Oh, and although I like cats, there are heaps on the island. Don't feed them. They keep coming back and they leave the area smelling like...

The only downside was the never ending steps to get to the rooms, shops, restaurants and photo viewing points. Worked up a sweat numerous times and some people were a little disrespectful to others waiting for that special photo. People need to realise when there's a queue, don't check photos. Just take plenty of shots and you can view and post in your own time.

Santorini (Oia) is visually stunning. The memories of sunrise/sunset and ocean landscape is stunning.

The views were beautiful. Offers a unique experience on staying in a property situated on a cliff.

Those with mobility issues should not stay here as one needs to navigate through steep path to reach the main boardwalk/walkway. The wifi is non existent / weak. This has more to do with the location as it’s my understanding signal is weak for most residences situated around Oia. If one needs to multi-task work/leisure requiring strong wifi,… this may not be ideal.

Fabulous location with an amazing view. Room was clean and functional. Everything we needed for 1 night!

Clean, contemporary and simple. Location was fabulous just outside of the old town so less busy, amazing view and right next to a gorgeous (and value for money) bakery and coffee shop!

Sunbeds were basic, shower was “meh” and most importantly had the worst nights sleep ever, due to a constant banging from above! Ruined our trip with lack of sleep. Was given incorrect info from host about the emounda bay steps being closed which started off our evening on the wrong foot.

A wonderful peaceful stay within a high traffic tourist area.

The location of this property in Oia is beautiful and whilst being in the centre of Oia you would never know. The cave apartment is located in a spot where other tourists rarely walk by and they are unable to walk directly infront or behind you. Veronika was an excellent host, she organised an early check in, the bell boy to carry our bags (heavy) and booked a dinner for us. We had a wonderful trip in Santorini.

Magical island with magical moments

Location, magical view, silence of the area, attention to details, romantic view, great level of cleanliness, amazing hospitality by Anastasia. She is super genuine, young and active and with a deep love for her Island which makes you fall in love with the place instantly. Great suggestions on what to see in the surroundings and how to do that - always present and very responsive. A great pleasure to have met her.

Amazing uninterrupted views, central location, stayed in the sapphire room, more of a private property with no tourists passing by and Veronica was a great host, she managed a smooth check-in to checkout process from transfers to anything else you needed. Definitely recommend.

Amazing location, beautiful cave style villa

The location of the property is perfect, right in the center of the Oia action but tucked away enough that it’s quiet and peaceful. Could not have asked for a better location! Veronica was absolutely spectacular to work with- she was SO caring, thoughtful and helpful with the planning process of day-to-day activities and transportation. She made it all feel effortless. I communicated back and forth with her for a month during the planning process and by the end of it she felt like family. I hope to see her again one day! Thank you!

we had an excellent time staying at the Diamond Suites. The room is very spacious, comfortable and has an incredible view of the caldera. The Jacuzzi upstairs is incredible. I also have to mention the hospitality and kindness of our host Veronica, who helped us with everything, from tours to tips on how to find your way around the island. In addition, he presented our daughter with a beautiful bracelet.

Beautiful cave house with private jacuzzi and unobstructed caldera view.

This property was a dream come true! Somehow, it looked better in real life than in photos. The room is a true cave experience yet is very spacious and clean. The best part is definitely the outdoor space, with a private jacuzzi, lots of space to lounge and enjoy a meal while looking over the caldera and blue domed church. Veronica was extremely helpful, greeting us with a bottle of wine and helping us with all of our Santorini needs. This property is extremely central yet you get privacy and quiet which feels unusual in Oia. I would highly recommend the Diamond Luxury Suites to anyone staying in Santorini!

Like heaven, it’s paradise

The villa is absolutely stunning with amazing views of the sea, Caldera and of the sunset and sunrise. The jacuzzi is amazing as is the terrace, it is like paradise. Veronica our host was incredibly helpful, kind and supportive. It was our first trip with our 1 year old and we really enjoyed ourselves. She gave us good guidance and arranged all our transport including our day trip. She has a great team and our room was always beautifully clean. We really enjoyed our stay. Thank you so much to Veronica and her team for her kindness, support and guidance.

Exceptional

Perfect location (close to Oia Castle, Blue dome, restaurants, shops etc.), Breathtaking Caldera & Ocean view. Veronica, manager of the property, is very friendly and kind to support our travel. Sapphire Suite room is spacious and clean including the balcony. And a private jacuzzi gave us further relaxing time. Cute cats sometimes came to front of the room. We really enjoyed our stay and didn’t want to go back!! Next time we will choose this accommodation again.

Only one point, there are no coin lockers in Oia. She kindly kept our luggage until 14:00, but after that we had to carry it around by ourselves. So, we recommend that you make your travel schedule considering this point.
