It’s a very beautiful and well kept property.. With the magnificent views of the Aegean Sea. Tons of good restaurants around n just a few steps up to the Main Street from the villa. Good choice.

We had a great time. The place is so beautiful, the view stunning. Mary was very kind and helped us with transportation from the port.

This place is more beautiful than the pictures. Mary was very helpful with everything we needed. She was even there the night of our arrival at midnight after we had a cancelled flight and had to take a ferry to the island. She helped with our bags and got us settled in. I highly recommend this place!!! It is in a perfect location.

Highly recommend! The house was clean, the view was fabulous, and location was great. We were welcomed with a bottle of wine and the breakfast provided was generous. Beds were comfortable. I only wish there had been a light blanket, as the nights were cool and we would’ve loved to have still sat outside on the balcony. The hot tub was a great addition, though the temp was not hot enough to enjoy it at night. We loved our stay.

We had an amazing stay in the Top Caldera suite. It was well equipped and very clean. The hot tub and the view were stunning! The team had great communication and made arranging taxis and transporting our luggage a breeze! Would recommend to anyone!

We had the most wonderful stay at Caldera Houses in Santorini! From the moment we arrived, our host was incredibly welcoming, meeting us in person and helping us with everything we needed. They even went out of their way to arrange transportation and offer great recommendations for local spots to visit. The complimentary breakfast was such a lovely surprise, and the host was always quick to respond to any questions we had. The house itself was beautiful, with unbeatable views. We felt so well taken care of and would absolutely recommend staying here! Five stars all the way!

This house is a paradise in Santorini! The view is spectacular and the jacuzzi outside is perfect for the day and night. The hosts were very nice, attentive to our every detail and the daily breakfast was very good. Parking was also very easy and free at a local parking nearby. Thanks for an overall perfect stay!

This place is just simply amazing The view took our breath away. It’s in the center of Oia but in the quieter area. Very close to marble walkway. We decided to eat in a lot because this place had the view better than some restaurants! And we can also save money and be comfortable. My kids (10 and 12) slept on the sofa bed that turns into 2 twin beds and they are actually very comfortable unlike those traditional sofa bed. Kitchen had everything we needed. Breakfast was very cute and they give you a lot of food. Santorini was so hot to be walking around for my kids so they enjoyed the hot tub and we didn’t mind staying in since this place had the view. Mary was very responsive and helpful. We will miss here!

Excellent Caldera view from the balcony. The best part is its location..less than a min walk from sunset view, photo spots close by. Most popular restaurants, exit for vehicle access is very easily accessible. Highly recommended this place.

The property itself was in a great location minus around sunset hour when the hoards of tourist fill/block the narrow streets, making it difficult to get to and from the property. The view was beautiful and close to everything in Oia. We had a few issues with the host, as the communication was not great and she was a bit short with me. We had transportation and dining reservation issues as well. I would recommend making those reservations yourself.

Mary was the host/contact for this property and she was great at communicating with us every step of the way from arranging airport pickup to showing us the property when we arrived. The property itself is located at an ideal location where is it is just steps away from the action but just far enough away from all the noise. The view of the caldera was amazing from the balcony. The kids loved the private jacuzzi on the balcony. The interior was beautifully decorated. It had a small kitchen and we were able to prepare our own meals if desired. The bathroom was large and don’t feel crammed like other hotels we visited. The only downside is that the water pressure could be weak at times. Overall, we would recommend this property to our friends and families and would definitely stay here again on future visits.

Beautiful location with outstanding views. We had all the amenities along with our own hot tube. Breakfast was delivered at 8:30, plentiful and healthy. The responsiveness of Mary and her staff was excellent. The home is private and quiet. One downside is anyone over 5'10" needs to be very careful with the bedroom doorframes! :)

This is an amazing property! It's very clean and comfortable, and the upstairs "treehouse room" and spa put it over the top. We highly recommend. Our interactions with the reservations staff and concierge were also very pleasant, but we ran into issues trying to book airport transfers coming and going, because both thought it was the others' responsibility. Hardly a deal-breaker though! This property is amazing!

Right from the time I booked this property on Expedia, from our departure, I was impressed with the excellent communication from the Caldera Houses management. I received an email beforehand to co-ordinate our arrival. You're asked to arrive at the Oia Post-office and then call a number. A porter will then meet you, help you with your luggage and walk you to the apartment. The apartment is gorgeous. Spacious, with fantastic views, a hot tub, kitchen, and wifi. Breakfast is served daily and good portions re huge. Katerina came to check us in, gave us tips about how to enjoy the best Thira has to offer, and then called in a shuttle to take us back to the airport. I would definitely stay here again when I visit.

When you end up paying this much for the stay, you expect a lot from the accommodation. There were positives and negatives, I would say definitely the positive was the view from this villa...amazing view. However at this price..this was a total ripoff. The mini pool was always dirty...there were days when it was never cleaned. The water pressure to the bathroom was not there if the neighbors in the downstairs unit used their shower....the bathroom becomes unusable at that point. I was charged extra for my young kids..I would have been ok if they charged me for my 10 yr old but they also charged me for my recently turned 6 year old even though this villa has 3 beds to start with...that is why we booked it. Catherine the manager is knowledgeable and well connected and knows many of the restaurants and can help with reservations. Oia is a beautiful city...sometimes very crowded but very beautiful. If I could go back and change my reservation...I would stay somewhere closer to the town center.... The satellite TV in the villa seldom worked...and when it did work...it had none of the good channels that worked...most channels that were not english only worked. Santorini in general is expensive but I do think we overpaid for our stay. On the positive, the villa was spacious. Plus - Spacious - Great views - Tried to make our stay pleasant - Wifi was very good Minus - Overcharged - Water issues - Not very clean - insects all over, in the mini-water-pool
