318 Oia Villa

Excellent location with only a short walk to the centre of town. Lots of room - each room having its own bathroom was particularly useful. The upstairs room with the sun terrace and sunset views was particularly good

A couple of minor problems with the spa pool and internet in the main building

L’emplacement, le calme, les équipements, le confort, la propreté.

Rien, tout était parfait.

The location is absolutely amazing! The view is incredible. You are minutes away from every breathtaking view in Oia. Walk out your door and you are there! Maria, our host went above and beyond! She made us dinner reservations both nights and met us there to show us around and help us park. My son in law left his toiletries bag and Maria delivered it to us personally!! She designed this beautiful cave style home and had wine for us along with a hot tub, towels and plenty of espresso! Come and stay at this enchanting home! You won't be sorry! It's worth every penny!

The downstairs bedrooms have ac units in the main living areas but not in the bedrooms so you need to leave the doors open to have them cool completely.

The property was absolutely beautiful and perfectly captured the charm and magic of Oia. The location was fantastic, with stunning views, a peaceful atmosphere, and easy access to everything we wanted to see and do. The space was beautifully maintained, comfortable, and thoughtfully designed, making it a wonderful place to relax and enjoy Santorini. A very special mention goes to Maria, who was an exceptional host and property manager — her warmth, hospitality, and attention to detail truly elevated our stay. The breakfasts she provided were delicious and thoughtfully prepared each day, and her recommendations were absolutely spot on, from restaurants and places to visit to suggesting a wonderful photographer. We felt genuinely cared for throughout our stay.

We can’t say there was anything to dislike about the property. If anything, we wished we could have stayed longer! Oia can be busy, but the property itself provided a lovely and peaceful escape from the crowds.
