Luxus VIP Suites

The location and views are stunning and can not be improved upon. The morning sunrise warms the patio for breakfast and it’s an easy walk up the stairs to town. It is the perfect amount of space for a couple looking to get away or for a honeymoon, with a large, quiet king size bed bedroom, Jacuzzi hot tub, and rain shower. Walking out of our front door and directly looking down upon the three large blue domes was a constant eye scratching experience. The cave experience was unique and the generous lighting and fresh new decor made it feel warm and inviting. The entire staff was AMAZING, Sabrina attended to our every need each day, and made dinner recommendations and reservations to wonderful restaurants for us. Petros and Zeta brought our breakfasts on time each morning and freshened our rooms with such nice smiles and warm welcomes. Just a perfect trip in every way!

Absolutely nothing

Breakfast, which we chose the day before, was brought personally to the suite. We had concierge type service (Sabrina, very professional and caring). The room was spectacular both inside and out (whirlpool and view of the Caldera).

Missing umbrella (minor issue)

I like that the property was located at the heart of the 3 domes and it had breathtaking views! It was nice that there were ropes to close off access from general public although you still had some people try to take their pictures in that area. I couldn't say enough about how fabulous our host Sabrina was. She was extremely helpful and extremely knowledgeable and efficient. She was instrumental in making our stay top notch!

Everything was superb!

Everything was excellent! The location was amazing we were right in front of the famous blue domes, which made the stay so special. Our host, Sabrina, was wonderful and always stayed in contact with us to make sure everything was good. We also loved having breakfast delivered every morning. Everything was clean, comfortable, and the service was amazing.

The only thing I would mention is that because the property is right in front of the famous blue domes, there is usually a line of people waiting to take pictures whenever you leave the room. Sometimes people were rude when we needed to come back down to the hotel because they thought we were cutting the line. We would just explain that our room was down there, and it was fine. Other than that, everything was perfect!
