Perfect position- in the town but amazing private view. Loved the privacy one breakfast on our terrace with iconic views. The staff were so helpful but non intrusive

No issues with the property it was perfect for our short stay in Santorini

-Perfect Location in Oia Old Town: Directly AT one of the most photographed spots of Greece ! -Perfect stay in Oia old town as long as you are not bothered by the plenty of people taking photographs directly in front of your little Terrace/ Jacuzzi and by the cat-smell -Dimitri is the perfect host -Very smooth Check-In and Check-Out taking in account that all the luggage has to be carried quiet a distance and many steps

-Both bathrooms have no bidet -No bathrobe -Airplane-like-Breakfast -No milk for breakfast -Our Safety-Box was not working even after Dimitri "repaired" it -As Oia Old Town has a lot of cats, there is cat-smell nearly everywhere

Wonderful location in the center of Oia with view on Caldera. I felt really welcomed and I had a lovely time.

Everything! First of all, the communication with our hosts made it so easy, we were taken care of from the moment we set foot on the island. The team is great, fun and friendly, and made us feel at home as soon as we met them. We had the suite with the indoor Jacuzzi (awesome and fabulous room that allows the privacy outdoor pools wouldn't!!!!!! Not even talking about the view you have on the caldera from the Jacuzzi). Modern room with the charm of Greek cave suite, elegant decor, with a beautiful natural light indoor. The suite was beyond our expectations in every way. But the cherry on the cake was the breathtaking view on the caldera from our terrace. Mesmerizing. Literally in the center of the village, easy access to every restaurant and sites, we still enjoyed the calm and quietness we needed after a day exploring busy Oia. We highly recommend a stay at the Gaia Suites.
