Dimitri was amazingly responsive & helpful! We had a fantastic 2 night stay here. The only downfall is I Would NOT recommend for anyone with any mobility issues due to the amount of walking required to get to the rooms & the cobblestone steep stairs. The amount of cats that hovered around our deck was a little off putting especially when they peed on our floor. We are allergic so not our favorite thing! In all fairness, I think that was everywhere on Santorini…..the room & beds were very comfortable & the staff & service was top notch. We loved being in our hot tub watching the sunrise & sunset both days!

We informed the hotel that we wouldn't be able to have breakfast due to an early flight, and they kindly allowed us to have an early check-in. We really appreciate it. Above all, the location is superb. It's situated right in the center of Oia, with a great view of the Blue Domes. We even used it for a professional photoshoot with a different company, so you can be sure the view is absolutely stunning. While not a major issue, the lighting in the indoor jacuzzi was quite dim, and we needed to use a smartphone light if we wanted to use it at night. Also, there were many cats around. This was a charming benefit for us, but for others, it's worth noting that you might find cat droppings, and if you open the window, you may notice a slight odor. Those who are sensitive to this should keep it in mind.

Our villa was beautiful! Had 2 bathrooms, one in the back was massive and had a bedroom in the back as well with lots of storage space..the main bedroom was spacious and there was a sink/coffee/tea machine. The view out to the caldera was breathtaking! Be prepared to walk up and down the steps to get to your villa but it is so worth it..the villa staff help youbwith your luggage so dont worry about that. Our Artemis villa had a spa pool out the front..there is foot traffic but it didnt bother us at all. Brekky was sent to us each morning which was nice but would have been good if we were able to select what we wanted as the kids were picky and hardly ate anything. The location by far exceeded our expectations! Villa staff were amazing. Made our stay enjoyable and comfortable.

Perfect location to explore oia! We staying in the tromanto suite and the view was unbelievable. We could watch the famous oia sunset from our room! Forever thankful for the help with our bags as the stairs in are no joke. Breakfast delivered to the room each morning was also lovely!

We booked the Tramonto suite for a private sunset view and it was everything we asked for and more! The room had an outdoor area with a hot tub, day bed, and seating for breakfast. It was a wonderful experience seeing the famous Oia sunset in a more private setting. Breakfast was delicious, fresh and plentiful. The room itself had a wonderful cave vibe and was clean and spacious. The host, Dimitris went above and beyond for us multiple times. I was concerned that the hot tub would be too hot but Dimitris assured us that the heat would be turned off. We required car transfers to and from the hotel and he assisted us in booking those. Even after our stay, we needed a car transfer He and all the staff we met were amazing. There were staff members to help us bring our bags up and down Santorini during check in and check out.

Everything was great! central location but still seemed quiet and out of the way from the hustle and bustle of the crowds. Great views in every direction! Dimitri was the best, super helpful with helping us find a last minute day trip that we all wanted to do! Highly recommend!

The hotel is beautiful and has a prime location on the island. The manager, Demetris, is spectacular. He greets you when you arrive from the airport and is always willing to help you when needed. There are many options in this part of the island, but I would go back here because he and his staff make the experience even more enjoyable. It is also very convenient. The mini market, shops, wine shop, and restaurants are all within a few minutes walking distance.

We stayed in the Avra Suite for the end of our honeymoon/my 30th birthday and it was incredible. The view from the balcony was amazing and the room was super comfortable. The daily breakfast that got delivered to the room was generous and delicious. The only feedback I have was that it would have been good to have some clearer check-in instructions, because once we were dropped off nearby, we weren’t sure where to go and weren’t aware that we needed to arrange for someone to meet us at a pickup point. Once we contacted them though, they were incredibly quick to come and help us, even taking our bags. We absolutely hope to return and stay here again.

Would like if they would have it brought to room on plates and a tray. Serving it in a more aesthetic way. Option of fresh eggs served to our liking would’ve been nice too. I had a wonderful experience with this hotel, even though we, unfortunately, weren’t able to make it due to a major transportation strike that caused our flight to be canceled. I was especially grateful that the hotel kindly waived the room charge for the night we missed. Their understanding and compassion during a stressful time meant so much to us. I truly appreciate their excellent customer service and would highly recommend this hotel to others!

The hotel room was hard to find and paths were a bit difficult to navigate so I would not recommend for someone who cannot walk alot of stairs or difficulty seeing at night. The view from the suite is undeniably one of the best. However, people tend to flock in front of the suite no matter the time of day and night to take photos. The suite itself can use a little updating especially the bathrooms. It’s literally groping in the dark, especially at night. I understand that it’s a cave suite but the low single light in bathrooms can hardly illuminate the small space, plus the dark walls do not help at all. Some parts of the bathrooms and kitchenette are moldy. The environmental services staff are all friendly. The desk Manager helped make dining and transfer reservations for us which were very helpful.

Overall it was amazing experience,property was comfortable and “demetreas” went out of his way to accomodate our request. Couple of things i want to mention. 1)standard breakfast is sent to room in take out containers,no choices are give,tea coffee not served and u have to pretty much seeve yourself. 2)the room was infested with ants next to the kitchen window so we have to be careful with handling food.

Stunning views of the Caldera. Oia is the tourist hub, but once you retreat down the hill to your room (and make your way past the lines of people waiting to take selfies), it all kind of fades into the background. Just be aware that it's lots of narrow steps up and down in case you have any mobility difficulties. Dimitiris was very helpful in carrying our bags for us. The room had all the amenities you need and breakfast with the room was delightful. Had a really wonderful stay in Santorini. The Greek people are incredibly hospitable in the face of overwhelming tourism. Adding a personal plea to others to be a respectful tourist. Clean up after yourself, embrace local customs and treat the people who live and work in tourist areas with the dignity they deserve. It makes traveling more enjoyable for everyone involved.
