Dimitri was amazingly responsive & helpful! We had a fantastic 2 night stay here. The only downfall is I Would NOT recommend for anyone with any mobility issues due to the amount of walking required to get to the rooms & the cobblestone steep stairs. The amount of cats that hovered around our deck was a little off putting especially when they peed on our floor. We are allergic so not our favorite thing! In all fairness, I think that was everywhere on Santorini…..the room & beds were very comfortable & the staff & service was top notch. We loved being in our hot tub watching the sunrise & sunset both days!

We informed the hotel that we wouldn't be able to have breakfast due to an early flight, and they kindly allowed us to have an early check-in.
We really appreciate it.
Above all, the location is superb. It's situated right in the center of Oia, with a great view of the Blue Domes. We even used it for a professional photoshoot with a different company, so you can be sure the view is absolutely stunning.
While not a major issue, the lighting in the indoor jacuzzi was quite dim, and we needed to use a smartphone light if we wanted to use it at night.
Also, there were many cats around. This was a charming benefit for us, but for others, it's worth noting that you might find cat droppings, and if you open the window, you may notice a slight odor. Those who are sensitive to this should keep it in mind.

Our villa was beautiful! Had 2 bathrooms, one in the back was massive and had a bedroom in the back as well with lots of storage space..the main bedroom was spacious and there was a sink/coffee/tea machine. The view out to the caldera was breathtaking! Be prepared to walk up and down the steps to get to your villa but it is so worth it..the villa staff help youbwith your luggage so dont worry about that.
Our Artemis villa had a spa pool out the front..there is foot traffic but it didnt bother us at all. Brekky was sent to us each morning which was nice but would have been good if we were able to select what we wanted as the kids were picky and hardly ate anything.
The location by far exceeded our expectations! Villa staff were amazing. Made our stay enjoyable and comfortable.

We booked the Tramonto suite for a private sunset view and it was everything we asked for and more! The room had an outdoor area with a hot tub, day bed, and seating for breakfast. It was a wonderful experience seeing the famous Oia sunset in a more private setting. Breakfast was delicious, fresh and plentiful. The room itself had a wonderful cave vibe and was clean and spacious. The host, Dimitris went above and beyond for us multiple times. I was concerned that the hot tub would be too hot but Dimitris assured us that the heat would be turned off. We required car transfers to and from the hotel and he assisted us in booking those. Even after our stay, we needed a car transfer He and all the staff we met were amazing. There were staff members to help us bring our bags up and down Santorini during check in and check out.
