Mos perfect place in Oia!

We loved everything! Maria was so attentive to our needs and exceeded our expectations. The cleaning staff were awesome and even checked if we were ok during a brief storm and power outage. The suite was amazing, location was perfect and the roof top decks were delightful to use and have privacy. The sunsets were beautiful.

Nice, comfortable and beautiful location.

The place is very clean. The owner, Maria, is very approachable, and whenever you need something, she quickly arranges it for you. The best part was the sunset experience, arranged at a private spot with drinks and snacks.

I honestly can’t say I disliked anything—everything was good. Of course, it would always be nice to have a hot tub at home instead of having to walk to another place, but that’s just a small problem.

Extremely Disappointing Experience – Except for Perros

We were very disappointed with our stay and would not recommend it. • Cleanliness: The room was far from clean. Under the bed there was a thick layer of dust, and the atmosphere was humid and uncomfortable. This is unacceptable for the price paid. • The Host: Maria, the host, was constantly trying to push us into her own arrangements — transfers for €30 when the normal rate is €20, and restaurant recommendations that seemed more about her commission than about our comfort. Instead of feeling welcomed, we felt pressured. • Restaurant Recommendation: She insisted we go to Amodi restaurant, which turned out to be one of the worst dining experiences we’ve ever had. The food was overpriced and of very poor quality. The so-called “free dessert” was a fried dough swimming in a bath of honey — heavy, unpleasant, and more of an insult than a treat. • Overall Atmosphere: We felt like the focus was never on hospitality but on extracting as much money as possible. This left us with a very negative impression of the stay. • The Only Positive: The only truly kind and professional person we met was Perros. He was polite, attentive, and genuinely tried to make us feel comfortable. He deserves special recognition. Final Comment: Unfortunately, our overall experience was a nightmare. Poor cleanliness, pushy hosting, and terrible restaurant recommendations overshadowed our trip. The only bright spot was Perros, who should be praised for his kindness and professionalism.

Exceptional Cave Stay in the Heart of Oia

We stayed at these cave rooms in Santorini and couldn’t have asked for a better experience. The location was absolutely perfect — right in the heart of Oia, just steps away from everything, yet still peaceful and private. The rooms themselves were beautiful and very clean, with traditional cave-style architecture and modern touches. We had the option of a private jacuzzi, which was a highlight — spotless, well-maintained, and perfect for relaxing after a day of walking around the island. The hosts were professional and helpful, and everything was well organised from check-in to check-out. If you’re looking for an authentic yet luxurious stay with great amenities in central Oia, this is it. Would absolutely return.

Nice place in a great location

We really enjoyed our stay here! The place was cozy and well-maintained. The location couldn’t be better – close to everything, yet quiet and peaceful. The host was fantastic: welcoming, responsive, and genuinely helpful. One evening, she even took us to watch the sunset and treated us to local wine and snacks – a truly thoughtful and memorable gesture. Breakfast was average – not bad, but nothing to rave about. Still, the overall experience was great.

very memorable

Location of the property is beautiful with amazing views. Helios has the best sunset view and has a private balcony where you can enjoy the sunset view. The beds are very comfortable and cleaned every day The host Maria is a very sweet lady and gave us a personal touch to our stay she treated us a like family member. She was always reachable. she was providing snacks and drinks which was really sweet. The helpers/porter Mustafa was really hard working man he was very helpful.

- Don’t expect hot breakfast when you book with breakfast read the guidelines in there official website - if you are booking in a group of more than 2 families make sure you check with host directly as the cave houses are located in different locations.

We had an amazing evening with wine and snacks gifted by the facility hostess and served by staff on our rooftop patio where we watched the legendary Santorini Sunset! We felt like we were on top of the world having that beautiful private space for that special moment!

Loved our stay and hospitality of the hosts.

we booked two villas as it was 5 of us. Athens blue and white cave house is great. enjoyed the water facing place with beautiful views of caldera and water. it’s close to everything and convenient. The other unit is the Paradise sunset studio. which was our favorite. it’s a sort of basement apartment but with a beautiful terrace garden and we watched sunset right from the terrace each day. It’s right at the sunset point. the host was super nice. she served us complementary snacks and juice and wine at the sunset time each day, which was super nice. we needed some adapters as well and she was gracious enough to help with those. Highly recommend and will go back again.

The host Maria was very welcoming and friendly! Maria and all the staff were a big part of us having an amazing time in Santorini. The location was also great. The rooms were cleaned and stocked up every day. Santorini can get windy at night so having the hot tub there was also really good and the sunset view from the sunset terrace was good. Everything you need and more is provided at no cost to ensure you have a special stay. I would highly recommend to anyone visiting Santorini.

Great host and fantastic location.

Such an amazing place and host. Maria and her team are great and you feel the comfort of staying with family, even after a short stay. The location is hard to beat, you have people travelling from neighbouring towns to fight for a chance of the view of the sunset from the street below, while we’re relaxing in a hot tub care free with the snacks and wine they brought up. It’s a quiet little area, just 3 minutes away from the excitement of the shops, restaurants and bars. I don’t normally review hotels but that was a great experience and they made a bunch of effort. Food is generally quite expensive from restaurants, but there is a great Souvlaki spot by the bus stop (5 mins away) that you can get a stunning Greek Gyro for €5, amazing.

I found it a bit confusing figuring out which of the houses was going to be mine. I was hoping for the one overlooking the sea with a jacuzzi but I got the other one (which ended up being amazing and I actually may have preferred it) but that part was a bit confusing. Worth emailing Maria before and she will be more than happy to help.

The bed was comfy, the house is super clean. It’s nice to have some easy food in the house so that we don’t need to worry about wanting to snack in odd hours. Wifi works great. Bathroom design is artistic and cute. Shipan is super helpful to everything we needed help for, his hospitality as our host makes our trip exceptional, we are very grateful for our stay with his help!

Be aware that the attached outdoor seat is a bit too humid for sitting due to the weather of some April days. However, it is not a problem if you move the indoor chair outside to sit on.

Beautiful location, grounds, and room. The staff was very friendly and quick to respond to any request. The view is beautiful and placed in one of the best location in oia .I would definitely come back. The Sunset is absoloutely breathtaking . Also you have only to walk 5 minutes to the nearest bus station, rent a car, or hire a cab to get around thats priceless for Santorini. I strongly recommend it !!!! Fantastic stay in Oia!

The place was everything I had hoped it would be. The website pictures do not do the place justice. Its has all the conveniences of home, and its location in Oia is unparalleled. Breakfast and a glass of wine at sunset on the terrace could not have been more relaxing and pleasant. The only sad part was having to leave. I have already made plans to return to this beautiful studio for a much longer vacation. Thank you Maria for having made the stay so perfect!

The host is very kind and served us another special treat at night. We appreciated her hospitality and the guy guided us to the hotel.

I don't know providing uncruncky sereal, rotten fruits and old bread were due to the covid but breakfast was disappointing. Different from pictures and descriptions, no view from the apartment but possible to see the sunset on the roof

I loved everything about our stay at the Paradise cave house. Maria was quick to responding to my messages and emails and prepared a transfer to pick me us up from the airport. We arrived there way earlier than the check in time and she let us check in at 10. The location was amazing because it was right in the middle of everything. The Oia castle was a few minutes walk away but watching the sunset from our terrace was amazing. The jacuzzi outside was amazing too. The staff were super sweet and helped us with our luggage to the suite and also had some food ready on the table and in the fridge. Thank you sooo much for everything. We had an amazing time there. We will definitely book again.
