The villa is lovely and the view is spectacular

Beautiful view from the terrace. The villa is clean and staff very helpful. You have to walk down about 100 very narrow and at times steep steps to get to the villa but the staff carried our luggage for us. It’s walking distance to great shops and restaurants! The jacuzzi was awesome.

A lot of steps, you need to be fit to walk them. Second bedroom mattress is hard and so is twin bed.

Perfect, memorable and special place.

Everything about this place was perfect. Firstly, you could not possibly ask for a better location. The villas themselves are located on the cliff, lower down from the busy streets above, so you really have a sense of tranquility and calmness, even though you're right in Oia. But you're a short hop and a skip away from all the great restaurants, bars/cafes, and shops. The view is incredible - it really is as spectacular as the photos depict. You could not ask for a better view. It was a special trip for my partner and I, and so having a great view with a private terrace was important - this place exceeded my expectations. The property is super clean, well maintained, neat and tidy. The room itself was lovely - a chic, classic, but also modern design. The bed was comfortable, the TV came with prime/Netflix options, which is a nice little bonus. The rooms and property really are good as the photos depict. We were very comfortable and happy in our room. Lastly, Mario was such an incredibly helpful host/manager - reaching out on the morning of our arrival to make sure our arrival to the villas went smoothly, to giving advice on best places to swim, eat, etc., to helping arrange taxis throughout the trip - he was a simple WhatsApp message away. He was a very professional and approachable host. My partner and I loved this place and I recommend it 100%

I liked everything about this place, everything was wonderful. If I really was pressed to find something I didn't like, my partner thought the hot tub could have been a little bit hotter at night time (although, I thought the temperature was very pleasant and warm at night). During the day/evening my partner thought the hot the temperature was perfect - it was only at night, when the weather temperature got colder, that she would have liked it a bit hotter, but this is such a minor issue and I'm still giving this place a perfect score.

Host Mario was amazing! He met us as soon as we got off the bus and helped take our suitcases. He then suggested his personal favorite restaurants to visit and was always available to text if I needed anything.

The only thing was the jacuzzi. I was under the impression it would be heated so when I used it the first time I found it to be too cold for me. Also be aware it is a lot of walking so bring good walking shoes!

Lovely, but get rid of the mangy cats and dog poop!

Lovely view, nice host, great location

You’ve gotta do something about the stray cats. They are all over, even came into the room and shed hair all over the bed. Also dogs periodically pooped on the staid to the villas, and nobody cleans up. Perhaps you guys could take on keeping the stairs clean - walking through poop and mangy cats every time is not the entry you imagine for nice villas like these.

Hotel cueva in Santorini

Traveling solo to Santorini was a dream, and this cave hotel made it even more special. The view was absolutely unreal — every morning I woke up to the most stunning caldera sunrise, and every evening ended with golden light washing over the island. I felt like I was living in a painting. The location was ideal: peaceful and quiet, yet just a short walk to everything — cafés, little boutiques, and scenic spots perfect for wandering alone. The hotel felt like a sanctuary. The cave room was cool, cozy, and immaculately clean. As a solo traveler, I felt completely safe and taken care of. The staff were kind, welcoming, and always ready to help without being intrusive. This place gave me space to reflect, reset, and soak in the beauty of the island. I'll definitely be back — next time for longer! 💙

Beautiful, breathtaking views with comfort and great hospitality.

Perfect location, beautiful cave style room and comfortable hot tub for two. Loads of space and decent privacy too. Pretty close the heart of Oia so it feels like you’re in the main hub. Absolutely loved the property and Mario makes it an even more pleasant stay. From arranging pick up to always being available for any help, highly recommend this place. No issues with safety, comfort or luxury. Will definitely return here when back in Santorini.

I really enjoyed my stay at Virginia cave & I strongly recommend it to Santorini lovers.

Our room was exactly as described in the picture, very specious, clean, comfortable but without breakfast.The host & his brother were very kind, professional & helpful, they gave us good recommendation & helped us with rent a car. The view of the room was breathtaking, exactly as I wanted. I really enjoyed my stay.

My hot tub was not close to my room as I expected.

Perfect Cave Villa Experience!

In the heart of Oia old town but equally quiet and secluded. The villa had everything you could need including Netflix. Short walk (up steps!) To lovely breakfast restaurant.

Location is at the centre of Oia. So thats a plus. Be mindful that there are many stairs to go down to get to the unit, so for anyone with difficulties in taking the stairs, this is something to think about. Definitely not with a wheelchair

Drinking Water was only provided for 1 day even though we stayed for 2 nights. Logically if 2 different people booked 1 night consecutively, the unit would have to provide 2 bottles. Small matter but something that can be improved. Plus bottled water is cheap anyway Internet wifi was a bit difficult to get connected in the beginning. Get help early from the staff

Everything. The view was amazing. The staff helped with everything we needed, from transport to and from the airport to transport with luggage to and from the room. The location is perfect, only 5 min walk from the point where everyone goes to see the Santorni sunset.

Exceptional stay in Centre of Oia

Amazing location in centre of Oia with the view of the Caldera, very clean rooms, Jacuzzi is also clean and a perfect temperature. Our host Mario was extremely helpful and arranged for help with luggage in both check in and checkout, this was crucial as to reach the property you have to go up/down steep steps. Thank you Mario!!

From the moment I booked 2 villas, Manuel was in touch with me to let me know that they could help with anything we needed, and always replied to my emails within a day or less. He was so wonderful to work with. Mario is the manager and he was AMAZING! He arranged transportation, excursions & dinner reservations. I can’t say enough wonderful things about Mario. He always responded to my texts in a timely manner & was always there with whatever we needed. We booked these villas because of there location and views of the caldera. When we would head down to the villas at the end of the day, it was so quiet & peaceful. We never heard the crowds on the street. We Loved this place. We highly recommend staying there.

This was the nicest place we have every stayed. We stayed in the deluxe villa and it was perfect. Spacious room, small kitchenette and the most amazing outdoor space with a hottub, table, and loungers. The view is so beautiful and we had nothing obstructing the amazing view of caldera. The staff are so helpful and friendly. It is very private, but also so close to many restaurants etc. If we were to go back to Oia, I would definitely stay here. The room made our honeymoon the most amazing experience
