The service was excellent. The staff was extremely nice and accommodating. I proposed to my girlfriend here and they helped put with whatever I needed. Highly recommend. The view is amazing from the terrace. Terrace and outdoor dining nook are great!.

Great place for a night or two. The views from the terrace are amazing. The one downside with this hotel is that nothing dries. Everything is “raw” because no air circulation. For one night there is no problem, but I would be very annoyed if all my clothes very half wet after every night/shower for several days. Wifi is amazing. Dont see sunset, but the views are spectacular nonetheless. The hotel has an amazing location for everything Oia. Mario was great and accommodating, early check-in was no problem. However, it felt somewhat weird to have to state my check-out time the day before. Also, Mario booked us a taxi to Kamari the day after, could not change the time the day of - and when we arrived we had a taxi with another guest from the Hotel. Fine, but he told us the price was 45€ before I told the time we would like the taxi - and we didnt see the guest pay for the ride (taxi driver dropped her off at airport before us) and this felt somewhat weird because we still payed 45€. Did she get a free ride? But loved the views and Marios hospitality with luggage storing and tips for the town are worth it.

As the name implies it is a cave , it is clean and nice and unique. The reason i gave it 3 stars is because of the bathroom, there seemed to be a sewage problem and i was instructed not to flush toilet paper in the toilet, but the real problem was it's smell, to be fair i stayed only one night and i didn't have time to discuss it with the staff.

The property was amazing. Just beware there are a lot of steps you have to walk down to get to your room (88 to our room to be exact). Some of them are very uneven, but it was worth it. The view was spectacular. Very comfortable unique property. Also, there are a bunch of stray cats, but they were not a problem, just entertaining.

One of the best experiences we’ve had in all of Europe. The property is perfectly located in Oai, lives up to the pictures and is next to the best restaurants, shopping and swimming locations. Mario was an amazing host and was essentially a built in travel agent; arranging transportation, activities and providing awesome recommendations across Santorini.

Great location and highly walkable to the popular spots. Sunbed and jacuzzi on the patio are absolutely wonderful looking to the sea view. The staff is friendly and carried our luggages for us. It was quite some climb so highy appreciated!

Had an absolutely fantastic time! Mario was extremely helpful and not only did he come meet us to help us find parking, but he carried a suitcase down to our room. He also stayed in touch during the stay to answer any questions that came up. The location itself is fantastic - it is right at a very popular photo site so many tourists are there but it's still secluded as you go down and down the stairs. the view from the hot tub is incredible. the room was fun and very decently sized. there are many good restaurants nearby and much to explore. Lovely all-around!

We booked the superior villa for 3 nights and had a fantastic stay! The room was spacious and the outdoor area was perfect for lounging with the most breathtaking view. The private hot tub was a perfect way to end the night. Located in the heart of Oia, right by the infamous blue domes. Would 100% stay here again and highly recommend.

This property is very beautiful, you room is actually a cave with window- beautifully decorated and with a beautiful view however cant see the sunsets from your room - they dont serve breakfast and if you have difficulty with climbing stairs then the access can be rather painful However the view is worth all the discomfort

Excellent cave building, clean, spacious and decent views(not the sunset). Property is quite a few steps down and the guy from hotel carried the luggage. Overall, highly recommended, only issue (if it’s even one) is cats … lots of them. We decided to sit on terrace for a cup of tea and within 10-15 minutes we’re surrounded by 5-6 cats that jumped from alleys and terraces above the property looking for food.

We stayed at Virginia's Cave Villas for 2 nights, and the property was absolutely amazing. We rented the Deluxe Villa with the outdoor tub, and we were not disappointed at all. The Views, the cleanliness, the service, the accommodation was just top notch. Albert was extremely helpful with everything. He made all the arrangements for us, including the transport to and from the property. Be ready for some steps to get to the property, but that would be with most of the accommodations in Santorini. Overall, a fantastic place and hospitality. Would recommend to anyone looking for a relaxing stay with a nice view of the Caldera.

The suite, the view , the staffs and the service are amazing! Mario is very kind and helpful. He arranged the transportation for us not only to/ from the airport but also to / from the beach. The staffs carried all the luggages for you with consideration for the number of stairs to climb in order to get to the villas. The suite has everything you need including the welcoming bottle of wine. Very clean with beautiful view of Aegean Sea and part of the caldera and blue dome church! Everything just so perfect! We truly enjoyed the stay and I strongly recommend this place!

Amazing! We could have stayed on the balcony with the hot tub the entire vacation. Secluded and honestly, just perfect. We will never forget the view! Note: refrigerator but no stove in case you want to cook. We explored restaurants so it wasn’t a big deal to us but I thought it would be good to know. Overall just amazing!

The room is nice and clean. Very private and the view in our room is spectacular. The only problem is the stairs going up and down. It’s 120 steps to up and down it’s very tiring. Also, they don’t have creamer or milk for your coffee. Otherwise the staff and the property are great

I am giving this property a 5 star rating because the property was clean it self. However, the honeymoon suite did not have the sunset view from the property itself. The best part about our stay was how helpful the staff were. Mario helped us out a lot!!

We stayed for 4 nights and had the most amazing time. The junior sweet is everything you could ask for and more. Mario is on hand for everything, from organising boat trips, table reservations and even prosecco on our door step in the morning. All amenities were there, from towels, slippers and robes to shampoos and toothbrushes. The views are sensational and there was nothing we didnt love. Be prepared to walk a lot, and if you have breakfast included this is a short walk up to the main street but the staff are so friendly and catered for my coeliac food requirements. This was by far the best holiday. Id recommend the junior suite to anyone looking for a private holiday with a gorgeous view of the sea.

Mario and the team were fantastic from start to finish. Responsive and easily contactable. They helped us with our bags and have us a mini tour on the way to the apartment. The view was insane, open your door to the entire bay area, something out of a movie! The apartment itself had aircon, a safe, a fridge and coffee machine. All the amenities were provided, including for the shower and it was perfect for what we needed. The only gripe, if you can call it that, is the fact the shower would run out of hot water after 10 minutes, meaning if 2 of you are to shower, you needed to be quick! It was cleaned as and when we wanted and the cleaning lady did a fantastic job. The private jacuzzi and sun bed area was brilliant and we had a very relaxing time. A small seat and table set in that private area would have been good for eating outside, but we did have a small bench outside the apartment. The location was incredible convenient, right in the middle of Santorini. Would go again and a definitely 9/10. One of the nicest places I’ve ever stayed.

The cave was wonderful...the people were exceptional. Since it's early season, being in the middle of IOS was perfect...apparently the rest of the island wasn't open yet. Getting lost on the crazy stairs brings you to wonderful off path shops...throw away the map and go for it.
