Would Definitely Stay Again

Nano Oia Villas was exactly what we were hoping for. The space was beautiful but also practical and comfortable. Everything was clean, well organized and easy. The view was stunning, especially in the afternoon, and we really enjoyed having our own space without feeling exposed. The hosts were polite and helpful, and communication was smooth from start to finish. Overall, it just felt like a good decision.

Totally worth the money!

Everything was amazing! The villa was beautiful, very clean and exactly like the photos. The view was breathtaking and the location perfect. The staff was kind and helpful, and the whole experience felt relaxing and special. It definitely deserves a 10/10 and it’s absolutely worth the money.

We had a wonderful stay at Nano Oia Villas. The views were absolutely breathtaking, especially at sunset, and the villa was beautiful, clean, and very comfortable. The private terrace made the experience even more special. The staff were friendly and helpful throughout our stay. Highly recommended for a romantic and relaxing getaway in Santorini!

We had a wonderful stay overall. The host was absolutely amazing — attentive, kind, and always making sure we had everything we needed. The room was beautiful, well-designed, and very clean.

The only downside was the heavy construction work taking place right next to and around our room. The noise from drilling, the stones on the pathway up and down to the room, and the workers present from 8:00 AM until the afternoon did affect the privacy and overall quiet atmosphere.

The view of the property is amazing. The location is also very good.

We had to wait over 20 minutes in drizzle for the host to arrive. Even though our taxi driver called him from the airport to meet up at the drop-off location, Post office. It was about 1/2 hour drive from the airport. I told the host that the bathroom door drags and makes loud noise. The bedroom door makes a lot of noise as well. He didn't do anything while we were there. It was a nuisance to wake up family members while you go to the bathroom. The property did not have any bottled water as it was expected. I was told to put the cleaning sign out If I want the cleaner to come in. I left the sign out the second day. no one showed up to make up the room.

the access to the property was from very steep steps, no proper road access, and this made it difficult to get our luggage in since I have bad shoulders and cant carry heavy load there was no water or breakfast provided, given the difficult access to the place, it was an issue

Could be nice with more attention to detail!

The location was centrally located and you did not have to climb down too many stairs to reach the villa compared to other places. Additionally, Ali was super helpful in transporting our bags down to the villa and storing them before and after check-in/out.

Overall, this place, like many in Oia, did not live up to the price. At over $300 a night, we expected a well-maintained and updated villa, but unfortunately that wasn’t the case. There was no hand soap in the bathroom (and it couldn’t be delivered until the next day), the provided soap was 2-in-1 shampoo/body wash and no conditioner, the shower and toilet area were uncomfortably small (anyone taller than 185cm/5'9 will struggle) and the jacuzzi had a loud motor with jets that didn’t always work. The air conditioning also seemed quite old and barely cooled the room. While the villa itself is spacious, we would have much preferred a smaller, well-kept place. With just a bit more attention to maintenance and guest comfort, this could be a lovely stay—but as it stands, it feels like management is cutting corners to maximize profit. Thanks!

Mesmerizing view, great location!

We stayed in the cave villa with caldera view (not sunset view). The location was very central but not easy to find the first time, because there were no signs. Google maps location shows the other villas which have the sunset view. But no complains, because the sea-view was absolutely mesmerizing. The property is behind the Main Street and the lane is a dead end, so not many people going through, although people did visit to click pictures of the amazing view.

We didn’t know that caldera view and sunset view were two different things, so we were a bit disappointed to know that our villa didn’t have the sunset view. But other than that, we had a great stay. The property is a bit expensive, though you are paying for the gorgeous location.

A breathtaking gem in a prime spot of Oia.

Just WOW, this property was truely breathtaking. You couldn’t ask for a more prime view in the whole of Oia. We were lucky enough to have the Honeymoon room which gave us a full panorama view of the islands best area, including the gorgeous sunset- all extra amazing from the hot tub. Plus Vasilis was an amazing host. He organised all of our transfers, carried our bags to the room, checked in on us, was always available answering text messages for recommendations and more.

Perfect location with stunning sunset view and hot tub

This has to be one of the best property I have ever stayed in! We have got a free upgrade by the property, with the most beautiful hot tub jacuzzi around Oia. The property is perfectly clean and comfortable, with stunning view of the sunset. We enjoyed every sunset in the jacuzzi with glasses of wine, avoiding all the crowds in Oia. Great location and very accessible to shops and restaurants. Amazing hospitality with our host Vasilis, who sent us a list of restaurant recommendations. We had a very smooth check in and check out, Vasilis also helped us book for the catamaran tour (highly recommend!) and transportation from the property to airport in very early morning. We enjoyed the stay a lot and we will certainly book again if we are back to Santorini some days later!

A great place to enjoy rine at Santorini.

The villa was lovely. Spectacular views and perfect location. It was clean Beautifully presented and very pleasant to stay in.

As there are a lot of cats in Santorini, at right we could smell their presenze through maybe a vent in the bathroom. But keeping the bathroom on solved that issue. The jacuzzi jets did not seem to work. But the tilter did and we were still able to enjoy it.

The host JULIAN made the experience exceptional because he was so easy to contact anytime via WhatsApp and met all our needs and helped us book tours too and recommended restaurants. It's hard walking up and down Oia so they helped us carry our bags on arrival and check out. Thanks very much.

Amazing views everyday, tremendous host, donkeys and what a sunset!

The main host (Juliano) was amazing in meeting us from the taxi from the airport and taking our main bags to the villa we were staying. Super strong and very friendly. It was Juliano who made our stay one of the most pleasurable holidays we have ever had. He advised us of all Santorini had to offer and nothing was too much for him to help and dirt out any issue. Juliano organised all of our transport requirements while holidaying and was a tremendous help with a catamaran boat trip we wanted to take around the island and to eventually enjoy the amazing Santorini sunset. Juliano is the main reason we would go back to Nano Villa (Eratos villa). The views were amazing as was our conversations with him. Juliano is a big credit to Nano Villas and we want to once again say, thank you so much and good luck in your future Juliano (sorry, Juljano).

Amazing stay in Santorini

My family and I (with kids 18, 16 & 13) had the most amazing experience at Nano Oia Villas in Santorini! The service was exceptional, with the staff going above and beyond to ensure a memorable stay. The villa's location offered stunning views of the Aegean Sea and the picturesque Oia village, making it a dreamy and almost surreal stay. The villa itself was beautifully decorated and equipped with all the modern amenities needed for a comfortable stay. small plunge pool was an added bonus for sure! I couldn't have asked for a better place to relax and enjoy the beauty of Santorini. Julian was amazing! My kids called him King Julian because he was always so helpful. We needed a driver to Fira, he got one. we needed a dinner reservation, he made it! So easy to communicate with him on WhatApp. I highly recommend Nano Oia Villas for a truly unforgettable vacation in Greece.

Would not recommend anyone staying here at Nano.

Location is right in town.

Property wasn’t modern and is outdated. Pictures don’t reflect the unit I stayed in. The hot tub on the top floor is tiny. Washroom is so small it’s difficult to shower. The handheld tap is about 3 feet from the ground. The patio doesn’t have a direct sunset view as described. Was quite disappointed for the amount we paid. The hotel arranged our transfers and it was double the cost it should have been. The view on the patio was blocked by the building on the right side.
