Count yourself lucky if this wonderful home is still available to book.

This is an amazing family home that Dimitrius and his family have recently converted to a rentable villa. It occupies an enviable position on the main pedestrian thoroughfare through the heart of Oia. It is extremely spacious and they are wonderful hosts. Especially recommended for people with mobility issues as there are almost no stairs involved (difficult to do in a city built almost entirely of stairs). A better location than most 5 star hotels and wonderful hosts as well.

Perfect stay with perfect hosts for a perfect family vacation!

Our hosts were very gracious and welcoming! The view, the breakfast, the welcome snack/drink, the hot tubs and patio - all amazing! Our rooms were very spacious and comfortable, the bathrooms and kitchen area met all our needs, and we'd stay here again and again. Our hosts helped with arrangements for laundry, holding our luggage on our day of departure, and our drive to the airport. They were great about anticipating our questions and needs during our stay.

everything was great! Konstantino was such a welcoming person! He made us feel at home and was always attentive of our needs. the view from the villa is great! literally everyone stops in from to take pictures of the view. we would have breakfast outside and ppl will pass and just stare at us but we didn’t care we enjoyed the attention even the jacuzzi was great! I loved that everything was so close by. I will definitely will be recommending to friends and family and if I get the chance to return to Greece we will definitely stay here again! we were a family of 6ppl total.

Overall a good stay in a nice place

The apartment is well located and it was really clean and cosy. The daily breakfast and cleaning service were a plus. The host was always available and helpful.

The jacuzzi was not functionnal when we arrived and it took a day to be solved. The main street is just in front of the flat so there isn't too much intimacy

Exceptional

Simple but great breakfast, we could choos from several options the day before. The host - Constantinos - was super helpful, he asked us what do we want to do, gave us great recommendations, and basically he acted like a consierge, helping us booking transfers and programs. We had a great time! The hotel is right at the center, with a super view, and costs much less than the hotels around. And even if it is located very near the walks, and the centes, the walls are thick and it is super calm and quiet at the night!

It was MAGICAL! If you want to be separated but close to the centre this apartment is the best choice. It was beautiful and comfortable for 7 people! The breakfast was the best also! And the view… no words can describe! We will come back for sure!

Fantastic!

We arrived earlier than the check in time at 9:30am. Konstantinos welcome us in and even brought breakfast for all of us. Also, we left early on our last day at 5:30 am. He got up for us and brought breakfast at 5 am. The weather was not so good during our stay. He made our stay at Santorini so special, comfortable and worthy.

Memorável

O ponto alto da acomodação é a localização e a deslumbrante vista. No início da cidade de Oia, perto do comércio e dos restaurantes. Nosso anfitrião Dimitrius e seu pai foram muito gentis e pacientes conosco e nos ajudaram muito em razão de nossa bagagem ter demorado 2 dias para chegar, por um problema da companhia aérea. O yogurte grego com frutas do café da manhã é delicioso e vamos guardar na memória o seu sabor. Amamos tudo, principalmente os gregos, todos muito gentis.
