Perfect stay!

One of the best birthday vacations we have had! The villa itself exceeded our expectations both location-wise and for facilities - definitely, the best views you can in Oia. But, what impressed us most was the team that runs the villa. The pre-arrival communication was amazing, we also opted in for the airport pick-up and even though our flights got changed, this was arranged with no issue, the team had also prepared a lovely welcome gift and tailored it to our specific stay (birthday holiday). As an ex hotel manager all I can say - this is how you do hospitality!

Little Rock Villa was by far one of the most stunning properties we've ever stayed at. The villa was clean and comfortable and the views are incredible. The location could not be better for exploring Oia and walking down to Ammoudi. The hosts were responsive and helpful and provided a porter to help us get our luggage up and down the stairs, which was a life saver! They also helped us arrange transport to the ferry at the end of our stay. The pool on the property was a favorite and the cozy table seating area outside where we enjoyed our morning coffee was so relaxing.

The stairs are not for the faint of heart but we had read reviews so that wasn't a surprise.

Best villa in Oia

The host was gracious to decorate the villa for my partners birthday before we checked in with complimentary wine, cake ans a hamper. The villa was perfection, the most picturesque location in Oia, and the best service. Felt like home. Value for money too, for that price in peak season to get a location like that is rare. 100/10.

Otherworldly caldera views in a charming traditional style cave villa with modern touches and amenities.

The view from Little Rock Villa is absolutely outstanding. It is in an absolutely prime location just down from the two famous Blue domes of Santorini. I searched for months on Bookings.com to find a villa in Santorini that ticked all the boxes and Little Rock is it: Location, unobstructed caldera views, charm, style, space, modern amenities and service. You cannot beat the location. No photos can do the location of this villa any justice. It’s simply otherworldly. We thoroughly enjoyed relaxing in the new plunge pool which although is not heated, was the perfect temperature during our stay in June to cool down from the hot summer sun. We loved that Little Rock had two balcony areas to relax and take in the incredible view. We ate our breakfast from the top balcony every morning just mesmerized by the view. We also loved how you look up to the two famous Blue domes. This is the location where everyone lines up to take photos and when you stay at Little Rock, you are right there. Staying at Little Rock is like living in a postcard. We were a family of four and found the villa to be spacious and well equipped. We loved the cute traditional charming style and layout of the villa and the thoughtful decoration. We appreciated the welcome basket and little extras on arrival which really made for a fantastic start to our stay. The service we received from Nicolas and the Little Rock Team was excellent. They helped us with everything we needed and gave us great advice and made sure we had help getting our bags down to the villa at the start of our stay and back up again. Special thanks to Sudib who was so sweet and helpful with our bags. There are a lot of stairs to get down to Little Rock but that is part of the charm and the reason why the views are so incredible. I cannot recommend Little Rock villa enough. It was everything you want in a Santorini stay on the caldera, plus, we found it exceptional value for money considering its prime location.

Picture Perfect Villa in heart of Oia

The villa was amazing. We could not have had a more perfect stay. Nicholas and team are wonderful hosts. We feel very blessed to have had opportunity to stay here. Perfect setting for my husbands 50th. The views were breathtaking. I would not hesitate to book this villa again

My happy place

I am absolutely enchanted by my stay at Little Rock Villa. Every moment spent there felt truly magical. I loved how the kitchen was separate and fully equipped, but what made the experience even more special was relaxing in the Jacuzzi while soaking in the stunning views and the iconic blue domes of Oia. It was the perfect setting for a romantic escape. I wholeheartedly recommend this place to anyone looking for a dreamy and unforgettable getaway. You won’t be disappointed — it’s truly a slice of paradise.

Great location with perfect Caldera view

The "Little Rock Villa" is a pretty unique apartment on the Caldera side of Oia. Location and view could not be better. We spent a fantastic week on Santorini here.

Die Lage, ein Traum. Alles vorhanden. Personal sehr freundlich. Alles sauber. Vermieter sehr zuvorkommend. Jeder Wunsch wurde uns erfüllt. Wir können die Unterkunft nur weiterempfehlen. Alles 👍.

Nur am Rande bemerkt, vor der Haustüre der Abwasserschacht hat hin und wieder sehr unangenehm gerochen.

L'emplacement ! Clairement un des meilleurs ! Il y a plein de villas avec piscine comme celle ci mais complètement dans le passage car il y a énormément de touristes qui viennent prendre des photos de l'église avec son dôme bleu, donc ils se retrouvent avec leur terrasse et piscine avec vue sur les touristes... cette villa est dans les dernières donc il y a que quelques touristes qui viennent jusqu'à la villa, il s'arrêtent juste avant au niveau du portail donc on est vraiment plus tranquille que les autres villas ! Juste les photographes font du bruit quand on est sur la terrasse du haut, on les entend moins sur la terrasse du bas avec les transats. La piscine avec vue, le paradis ! Petite villa adorable! Vaisselle top. Kitchenette pas idéal pour cuisiner mais parfaite pour petit déjeuner et apéro Masque et tubas fournis Petit cadeau d'accueil avec gourmandises Nicholas répond super vite aux messages et est très gentil

Les marches pour y aller ^^' heureusement Nicholas demande à Sadib de venir nous aider pour porter les bagages ! Juste Sadib n'est pas très ponctuel, ne pas hésiter à l'appeler. Dommage que la femme de ménage soit venue à 7h30 alors qu'on avait dit qu'on partait à 8h, c'était malaisant et du coup on n'a pas osé prendre le petit déjeuner sur la terrasse Le bruit des photographes (voir commentaire "ce que vous avez aimé")

Toller Ausblick, super Location!

Sensationelle Unterkunft in Oia. Der Ausblick ist atemberaubend. Gleich nebenan findet ein Fotoshooting nach dem Anderen statt aber man ist trotzdem ziemlich privat. Man kann raus schauen aber gefühlt Keiner rein. Der Pool war zwar kalt aber das war tagsüber (September) auch echt gut. Schön eingerichtet, man hat alles was man braucht. Die Kommunikation mit dem Besitzer war mehr als toll. Er hat sich wirklich um alles gekümmert und war rund um die Uhr erreichbar. Man kam sich als Gast wirklich wertgeschätzt vor.

Der Herr, der uns mit den Koffern geholfen hat, war "not amused", dass wir so viel Gepäck dabei hatten (u.a. einen Kinderwagen) und hat uns das auch spüren lassen. Das hätte nicht unbedingt sein müssen. Wir waren ja auch bereit alles selber zu tragen aber das tut dem tollen Höhlenhaus keinen Abbruch...
