Classic Oia cave room with the best view

Beautiful

Beautiful location below the 3 blue domes, less people Traffic, very cozy and comfortable. Amazing architecture and Yannis was spot on with every thing we asked

The power was out the entire night. Apparently it happens in some towns. Not their fault but power was out since 9-10pm until 8-9am. We just enjoyed the stars whilst sitting outside.

Exceptional villa with extraordinary views

Oia Waves was the most amazing stay that we have ever booked, in the most beautiful location. Everything was perfect - from the uninterrupted views of the caldera to the privacy of the villa away from other tourists or guests passing by. The interior is stylishly decorated, with everything you could need. We spent many hours in the pool relaxing the days away - it truly sets the tone to properly unwind. The staff were incredible and assisted us with everything from carrying our luggage, organising transfers, taxis, breakfast, and sending all information for activities on the island. We are extremely sad to leave and will definitely be back. This is a true gem!

Excellent hotel with 2 minor buts

(Almiost) The perfect hotel in OIA. The room was superb, beautiful, original... speechless, but I'm not providing a 10 (but 9 instead) for a couple of reasons that I will explain later. We are a family of four and the room was espacious, with 2 rooms and 2 full equipped bathrooms. Everything seemed to be quite new. Great TV at the large dining room. The room had a private terrace with a nice spa (heated water) with incredible views to the volcano caldera. The owners provide a service that includes a person (johnny) that welcomes you and brings your luggage during check-in and check out

There are 2 things that future customers may need to know: OIA has a main street from which all the little streets begin. Unfortunately, from such a street, you need to take 148 stairs down the hill to reach the room (it's the lowest room in this area). For stay of a couple of days, it's not an issue, but for longer stays, it may be an issue for some families. 2nd issue: we didn't have WIFI connection (there was but didn't work) and no 4G/5G connection. Our stay was in winter when after 6:30 pm there is nothing to 6do and restaurants close at 8PM. We could only read because the TV only had channels in Greek and with no wifi, no NETFLIX, PRIME, ETC. If you need to do some remote office...forget it!! Despite these two inconveniences, we would most probably repeat here.

Perfect

Location is perfect. A few steps away from the centre of Oia yet far enough away that you get piece and quiet. The hotel is the last one along the path at the side of the caldera so nothing blocks your view to the sea. The room was huge and nicely furnished. Yannis was the perfect host. Thanks so much for the stay.

Comfort, chill, cool and cozy.

The scene outside the window is brilliant. The most important is the manager, Yannis, is a very very nice person. I will definitely choose this room again when visit Santorini next time.

O espaço e a vista são fantásticos. Funcionários simpáticos e prestáveis.

Pequeno almoço péssimo; não havia leite, queijo ou fiambre. Tínhamos uma lista da qual podíamos escolher um prato, sendo que não correspondiam ao que vinha descrito no menu. Pedimos pão normal, vinha sempre um pão muito escuro; a mesma coisa acontecia com os croissants, pedíamos simples, vinham com recheio. Solicitámos que não batessem à porta, tendo em conta que a hora de entrega do pequeno almoço era bastante cedo, entre as 8 e as 9h e todas as manhãs nos bateram à porta. Não existe torradeira, o que seria conveniente. Além disso, não havia muita privacidade, uma vez que a senhora da limpeza aparecia enquanto tomávamos o pequeno almoço ou nos estávamos a querer arranjar para sair, sendo que numa das manhãs, começou a varrer o chão enquanto comíamos. Também apareceu um funcionário na última manhã, bastante antes da hora do check out, o qual ficou, literalmente especado no nosso espaço exterior até sairmos (ou seja, em frente às janelas e porta, que se encontravam abertas). Em termos de limpeza, muito fraca; cabelos no duche, lixos espalhados pelo chão e cabelos também nas colchas das camas; as sanitas e lavatório nunca foram lavados durante a nossa estadia, que foi de 4 noites. O wifi funciona mal e há pouca rede no espaço.

Super Lage, private Atmosphäre, herrlicher Jacuzzi mit Meersicht .. rundum ein tolles Angebot

Exellente Betreuung durch den Gastgeber, der sich rund um die Uhr um unsere Zufriedenheit gekümmert hat und auch auf indviduelle Wünsche eingegangen ist (z. B. Gepäckaufbewahrung). Die Koffer wurden die 144 Treppen hoch und wieder runtergertragen. Sämtliches Personal war stets freundlich und zuvorkommend. Gerade dieses Flat war am unteren Rand der Stadt, abseits vom Trubel und der Jacuzzi war stets mit 36 Grad bereit für eine zusätzliche Erholung und darf bei Angebot dieses Flats mehr betont werden. Gerne wieder... der Aufenthalt war ein unvergessliches Erlebnis... DANKE :-)

Für die wundervolle Erhollung muss mann 144 runter und wieder hinauf bewältigen. (Man kann sich schnell daran gewöhnen ;-) )

Vista mozzafiato, staff carinissimo e molto disponibile, il ragazzo di nome Yannis è stato molto accogliente e ci ha aiutato con le valigie!!

Unica cosa negativa, i scalini da fare sono tanti ma se si sceglie di alloggiare ad Oia penso sia una cosa che va tollerata, per il semplice fatto che per il resto sia tutto favoloso.
