Localização ótima, com uma vista maravilhosa da Caldeira. Casa ampla, muito limpa e cheirosa e a anfitriã foi super atenciosa.

Everything was exactly as described. The location is simply incredible, with breathtaking views right in the heart of Oia. The room was spotless, comfortable, and very well equipped. Communication before and during our stay was outstanding—Mary was proactive, responsive, and always helpful without ever being pushy. The luggage porter service is absolutely essential in Oia and was well organized, making arrival and departure much easier. Breakfast was good and delivered reliably every morning. Overall, the entire experience was smooth and stress-free from booking to check-out.

Very little to complain about. If we had to mention something, breakfast offered limited flexibility and was similar each morning, but it was good and this did not affect our overall experience.

The view from the room was fantastic.

Too many steps down the cliff. Need to rely on hotel staff for carrying luggage. Difficulty in calling the hotel staff, as they are only available by chat. Voice call reception in th area is bad.
