Proprietari molto disponibili nel fornire tutte le info e buona colazione a pagamento, pero c'è un ma........

C'è da dire che la stanza che avevo, posta in una terrazza, era molto ben attrezzata ed era fornita di servizi, tipo la colazione, ben offerti dal momento che veniva addirittura portata in camera, ma AHIME' il rapporto qualià prezzo per la posizione della stanza, non ha soddisfatto le mie aspettative poichè la stanza era posta nella parte posteriore di OIA a quel prezzo si potevano trovare delle soluzione più ottimali per stare quei 2 gg, questo ne deduce che il rapporto qualità prezzo scende drasticamente secondo il mio pensiero. Cmq grazie lo stesso della disponibiltà ai due proprietari gentilissimi, ma credo che questo mio commento, sia utile per dare delle indicazioni future ai prossimi guest.

Everything, the view, the room, the staff, everything was absolutely perfect!!

Nothing, could not have hoped for a better experience

Property is located right in the middle of the town of Oia and really close to restaurants and shops. Couldn’t be more conveniently located. The property was very well kept, clean and tidy.

Water supply was a big issue at this property as I experienced the water cutting out on multiple occasions throughout my stay period. Couldn’t finish my shower on one of the nights which made it very uncomfortable after a hot day. We were told that there’s a general supply issue around the town however we went to a local coffee shop to ask if they had any issues with the water and there didn’t appear to have issues. When the water did work though, the water pressure kept fluctuating and couldn’t help but feel like the water would cut out again at any given moment. The jacuzzi didn’t really feel like a jacuzzi as the water temperature wasn’t as high nor did it have the capability to get high according to the host. The views aren’t exactly “like for like” as the listing photos make it out to be. We stayed in the honeymoon nest suite and we had a view of the sunset but by no means was it the “best view” however still private. The access to the property wasn’t fully private as it’s shared with another guest on the floor below. It’s not a locked gate at the front either so people can come and go to the honeymoon nest balcony as they please. We had another random couple try to enter whilst we were there. There was also a lot of construction going around at the time we were there which made it very dusty and noisy at times.
