An oasis away from home!

It was very comfortable and peaceful. The room, bed and shower was very spacious. An oasis really! We had use of a balcony which had a fantastic view of the caldera and at sunset it was extra special. It is not far from anything really. Everything you need is right there ie mini mart, bus and taxi zone, restaurants galore, cosy bars and cafes. The breakfast One on One provide is very delicious and filling.

Beautiful Accomodation in the heart of Oia yet so peaceful!

The property is beautiful and extremely spacious. The pictures do not do it justice, it’s huge! It is in the heart of Oia with everything on your doorstep and stunning views from the upstairs terrace. We couldn’t believe how lucky we were to be staying in such a beautiful place in the centre of Oia yet it was so peaceful! The staff were amazing, helping us with our luggage, giving us restaurant recommendations and answering all questions before our trip promptly. We were two friends travelling together and asked for one of the sofas to be made up as a bed. We expected the bed to be small and uncomfortable but we were so wrong, it was a full size single bed with perfect pillows and bedding, we had a very restful night. We loved our stay and we will definitely book again.

An exceptional Easter

We stayed for five days at the unit. The unit, design, space, location, comfort, cleaning, breakfast, were exceptional. Anastasia is an absolute gem. She helped us have a dream come true Easter. She was on top of every single request, and I had many. The Easter lunch at a local Greek restaurant was the highlight of our trip . She and her team are absolutely great. Best hospitality I have ever experienced.

The best experience I have ever had. It was my first time in Santorini and it was better than I had expected. The suite is brand new, exceptionally clean and in a very prime location. Views of the caldera, detailed decoration, amazing service. Zina made everything better. She assisted us with the luggage and airport transfer, made recommendations for places to have lunch and dinner and other unique experiences such as wine tasting, a helicopter tour of the island or a daily yacht excursion. She was in contact with us throughout our stay to make sure that everything was as we arranged. Breakfast was delivered in our private balcony overlooking the caldera exactly when we requested it. From the exact same spot we were able to view the sunset instead of walking to the castle which is located just moments away. I will definitely recommend it for anyone looking to have their expectations exceeded.

Exceptional

We had arranged a different accommodation which, unfortunately, did not meet our expectations. So, as we were passing by One of One Suites’ front door right on the main pedestrian street leading to the castle, we scanned the QR code hanging on the exterior wall and saw photos and information of the suites. At the same time, a couple happened to come out of the property and we managed to get a glimpse of the inside. We instantly booked it for our stay in Oia as we were amazed by the decor and the location of course. In a few words, it was our most spontaneous worthwhile decision. Aurelia is the biggest cave suite I have ever seen and stayed, with very high ceilings, double sinks and a king size bed. Even the bathroom can easily accommodate 2 persons at the same time. There is nothing to second think. Best accommodation right in the heart of Oia and most helpful team of hosts we could have hoped for.

True Greek Hospitality

The biggest cave suite I have ever seen and stayed in. It has just been renovated with meticulous attention to detail and a great taste. The king size bed, the cave bathroom, the double sinks and the overall ambiance of the suite made my and my wife's experience one of a kind. Views were as pictured on Booking and the feeling of being able to stay in the heart of Oia but at the same time have our own private space was something we had not felt before. We really felt very lucky when everyone who was passing by looked at us as if we had an advantage over them. The entire host team took good care of us. They carried our suitcases, served us breakfast, reserved us our dinner spot and helped with every little bit that turned our trip to the best Greek experience so far. We will definitely be back. Thank you Charis and Anastasia for the smooth booking, check in and check out experience.

Exceptional

Great spot, ample storage space and very good service. Breakfast has many choices ranging from healthy to greek to english. The suite is very comfortable and the aesthetics are even better. The name suits well to the experience and accommodation, truly one of one. The Bluetooth stereo device and the password access to the suite were little details that proved the extent the owners have gone to differentiate themselves. Zina made our time matter. We had the luxury to not waste any time trying to find the right lunch and dinner spot for us or actually book the places, as she handled both the recommendations and the bookings. This stands to prove what a host can achieve if they are genuinely interested in their clients.

Exemplary service coupled a unique location and a brand new suite made the experience one of a kind.

The suite is brand new. Exceptionally clean, very comfortable (one of the biggest on the caldera) and with a unique design. It resides on the most famous street of Oia, steps away from the Castle, the best sunset view and everything Oia has to offer. It's prime location along with the panoramic view of the caldera, makes the accommodation experience, truly, one of a kind. Breakfast was served right on our doorstep every morning with the menu we chose the day before. Fresh ingredients timely served when requested, was all that we could have hoped for. Anastasia, the host, made our days even better. She was very keen to make reservations for us, assist with any directions and recommendations we asked for and made us feel as if we had our own personal concierge. Thank you for this service and experience. We will always cherish it.

広くて、清潔で素敵なお部屋でした。オフシーズンなのでレストランが開いているか心配でしたが、徒歩数分のところにとても美味しいレストランがあり、ランチもディナーもそこで食べました。宿泊予約後、スタッフの方はチャットのやり取りからとても親切で、また、現地で対応してくれた女性スタッフの方もとても親切でした。その女性スタッフの方からこの時期でも営業しているレストランのリストもいただきました。チャットやWhatsAppでの連絡が迅速にできたので安心感もありました。空港↔︎ホテル間の送迎もこちらのスタッフの方経由で予約をしていただきましたが、行きも帰りも同じドライバーさんが余裕を持って迎えに来てくださり、スーツケースも運んでくださったのでスムーズで快適でした。また、是非こちらの宿に宿泊したいです。
