Great spot for our honeymoon! The host was very kind and responsive.

The location was perfect. Lots of privacy and far down on the cliff overlooking the water. The cave itself was really cool to stay in.

Some of the fixtures were old and falling off easily. It is definitely dated and needs some upgrades, however I understand you are paying for the location.

Honeymoon stay

The views were a 10/10. It was a stunning view to wake up to every morning. The host was helpful and responsive. The property is in the heart of Oia but still very private from the crowds. Yes there are a lot of stairs but to get the views and privacy it is worth it. Perfect for honeymooners.

If it wasn’t for the staff who went out of the way to help, I wouldn’t have stayed there

The property had a lack of certain things. Such as a mattress protector, very few utensils and the noise from ventilation system was very loud as it’s right next to the bed. The pain was also flaking at some parts and I believe that in those conditions the price is too high.. having said that, the staff was exceptional and very very helpful and the location was beautiful.

Gorgeous views, beautiful property, privacy, in a prime location, equals perfection

Every single thing. Location, just under the blue domes, meant we could easily pop up the stairs for sunrise/sunset. Also an easy trail to castle for views, as well. Hot tub is amazing, and private as possible (many can easily be seen walking on stairs/paths, but not this one). Views were incredible, and property was beautiful inside, too.

It’s a bit of an uphill climb to get to main path in village, but did not make the property any less enjoyable.

beautiful and very private spot

GREAT FINDING!!! We would’ve liked something in the caldera so it was easier to get into restaurants and watch the sunset from the room, we though that in Kyrkos we were going to be able to but not really. Is more in a residential area and not that easy to access (mostly with luggage! do a favor to yourself and bring the less is possible), but now having been there we are so grateful to have stayed there. it was so private and far away from the crowds. while in caldera you can literally see everyone having breakfast or swiping in the pool.

the bed was SO uncomfortable. very hard the mattress, I’d say is the only negative thing… other than that is great!

Amazing location

The location was far from the crowds, very private and with a perfect view. The stairs were no problem for us. Sam helped us with the luggage, was very helpful and punctual.

We missed a parasol on the patio when the sun was strong. The bathroom has no privacy, you can see everything from the livingroom, and was very wet after the shower.

The location is away from the busiest areas with minimal foot traffic without being too far from food and drink locations. The privacy was excellent and the views were spectacular.

The walk down is tough and can be slippery in spots but it totally worth it for the location, privacy, and the views.

Great location, but a lacking establishment compared to the price

The location was wonderful and the apartment was comfortable size wise.

Unfortunately the couch was not as clean as I would have liked. The sewers smelled from under the kitchen sink and someone was throwing water on our towels that were on the sunbeds every morning. There are many steps to reach the facilities and there was always running water on one of the worst parts of them, making them extra slippery.

Super well located, right below the blue dome churches. Walking distance to everywhere in Oia. The view from is simply stunning (you can even start your private photo shooting right from the terrace). The pool is a highlight, and it’s way bigger than we thought. The apartment itself is spacious and well designed. Sam has been helpful and very responsive during our whole stay. Definitely would come back!

Romantic but details need attention

The layout partially and design is very nice. The view and pool is beautiful. Good aircon. Chilled wine was nice.

I got seriously hurt in my head in the stairs to the studio. The stone paths are dangerously slippery when wet and someone is letting the water run on these paths. The bathroom is very exposed to the livingroom with no curtain. Kitchen is missing some common items. Also some luggage service should be available and info about the apartment. First day we were without tv and internet. Sewers were smelling in the bathroom.

Super Unterkunft bietet alles mit einer kleiner Küche und einem kleinen whirlpool uns hat nichts gefehlt. Das Personal hat unsere Koffer Herunter, so auch wieder hoch getragen.

Das es leider an 2 Tagen nicht richtig gerreinigt wirde, aber als wir geschrieben haben sind Sie sofort gekommen und haben es gerreinigt.

Un lugar inolvidable la piscina con esa vista, nos desconectamos totalmente que era lo que buscamos,

Nos gusto todo, una vista expectacular a unos pasos del Domo azul, todo estaba muy limpio y Yiannis estuvo pendiente de todo desde que llegamos.

Le hace falta un microondas y un tostador, llegamos en una época donde todo está cerrado y deberían considerar tener estos artículos ya que nos tocó comer en la residencia y nos hubiera sido de mucha ayuda.
