Great views and spot. Staff can be very helpful
When I arrived, I was tired from travel, but the staff had me sit down and try to upsell me more before I could get to my room and then explore the island. Upselling is fine, but let me ask for it. The staff was very nice but a bit annoying. Would have liked more peace instead of staff checking in if I need anything every time I saw them. Also rooms aren’t as soundproofed as they say they are.

This hotel is stunning, with some of the most amazing views in all of Oia. Staff was outstanding. Very kind and welcoming. One even gave up his parking spot for us, which was beyond wonderful. Communication before and during the stay was top notch. They have lots of information and recommendations for tours if you need the help. Room was beautiful and clean. Spacious. Bed was comfy. Bathroom was large and shower was great! The hot tub overlooking old castle view area was hands down amazing. We enjoyed it almost every day we were there. We came in off season and so we had a car, but even in March it was hard to find parking, and a long way from the hotel.
Here is my only warning for you: it is a long way down the cliffs of Oia. Situation below Old Castle the views were amazing but the hike to get to anything was tiring. I read the review before I came so I thought I knew what to expect, but it was more then I thought. You have 150 steep steps to get up to the main area of Oia. I did it five times one day and it was tiring. So if you are thinking of staying weigh the views vs the hike, so you know if it’s truly the best for you.

Very easy process! Vlassis was very hands on with the whole process and explained everything to us, assisted with getting luggage to our rooms and explained and answered all questions

The room is not what you except. It doesn’t state is only for very small skinny people. Ridiculous small. I couldn’t fit up the stairs. I am 120 pounds. Not big at all but is just for very tiny people.
