The location, perfect sunset views, breakfast place right next door💕great location to restaurants and blue domes!
The loft bedroom off the kitchen is really meant for young children, or young adults. Not great for a middle age person. Climbing the latter might be a challenge. Needless to say, great with its own bathroom/shower.

Le meilleur spot pour profiter du coucher de soleil de Oia et certainement le meilleur spot pour profiter de l'un des plus beau coucher de soleil au monde !
Maison spacieuse et très bien placé par rapport a toutes les commodités d'Oia
Escalier pour rejoindre le port juste en face de la maison, comptez 10min à pied pour descendre et 20min pour remonter :) très pratique pour rejoindre le port depuis la maison et delà partir en croisière (Attention pour les viré en bateaux, bien prévoir un départ et une arrivé depuis le port d'Ammoudi, qui est le port d'Oia)
Accueil sympathique à l'arrivé et au départ.
Parking gratuit à 5min a pied
Attention la 2em chambre est difficile d'accès et se fait par une échelle meunière et sous les toits, donc non adapté aux très jeune enfants ou personne âgé ! ce qui rend ce logement très agréable pour 2 et beaucoup moins pour 4.
La chambre du RDC est quand à elle très spacieuse et agréable.
Manque d'équipement dans la cuisine tel que grille pain, vaisselle très limité, bref ne comptez pas faire de grand repas dans ce logement, la cuisine et les ustensiles sont adapté pour un encas et tout juste un petit déjeuner, mais pousser la porte et vous trouverez une multitude de restaurant.
Terrasse sur le toit immense qui aurait mériter d'y mettre un SPA car même si le logement dispose d'une petite piscine intérieur, celle ci est non chauffé donc assez froide et en sous sol donc peu agréable car aucune vue.
Personnellement beaucoup d'espace perdu dans cette maison et un aménagement diffèrent aurait pu valoir un 10/10 tellement la vue est exceptionnelle, perso je condamne la piscine en bas et fait une 2em très belle chambre et compense la perte du petit bassin par un superbe SPA sur le toit avec vue sur le coucher de soleil :)

Only the view justifies the the price. The location of the house was amazing and exceptional. The One bedroom (the master room) was perfect. It was large and faced the water and the Caldera. It was the most breathtaking view at sunrise and sunset. The plunge pool was nice but it’s down below in the cave so it had its pros and cons. It was nice that there was another shower down by the plunge pool. It was nice that there was a small kitchen with a full fridge. Another plus about the home was the balcony and the roof deck there were two great spots to watch the sunrise and sunset of the caldera. Please keep in mind at sunset you will not have any privacy since all tourist in Oia descend on this exact spot to catch the most breathtaking sunsets. It didn’t bother us. Finally, it was great that the home was in the a central spot with a coffee and crepes breakfast shop literally outside the front door. There was also a mini market downstairs with the nicest owner so if you need any additional extras, wine, cheese, water it’s right underneath the house.
We were excited about the location based on the pictures we had seen. Unfortunately, the layout of the home is suitable for a couple. We were 6 people, 3 adults and 3 teenagers. We arrived with the belief that there were two full bedrooms and a living room with two sofa beds. Unfortunately that was not an accurate description. The main and the most accurately described bedroom had a Queen and was beautiful. However, the second bedroom was only accessible with a narrow ladder from the kitchen to cave room at the top. This second room had a sink and shower as well. We could not use the room since it was rendered useless the first night due moldy smell. There was no vents or windows or any type of ventilation in that room. So the moisture from having a bathroom in a poorly ventilated space would explain it. We reported our concerns the first day we checked in and told our host representative that we could not use it. The first night my sister in law had to use a thin couch pillow from the outside balcony to sleep on. The next day she decided she would bring down the mattress from the upstairs bedroom but after painstakingly squeezing it through I the small hole to take it down the ladder it appeared to have had stains. We did request a new mattress. They did eventually bring us a replacement mattress the second day. The space where we thought we had a living room with two sofa beds was the most misleading space. It was two areas I would assume were for seating against a wall. Since we didn’t not have the second bedroom upstairs we had to have the 3 teenagers sleep in a U shape in that space. We were also disappointed to find that the main bathroom had a broken toilet seat, the doors to enter the house were not very sturdy and the main front gate/door to enter the building was also broken and could just be forced open even after locking. Finally, we very disappointed that we did not receive the porter service on the day of our arrival.
