Really lovely spot at the quiet edge of Oia. Quiet and walkable without too much chaos of the town.

The location was great - it is right on the edge of Oia, which was excellent so there wasn't constant crowds around our place or loud noise. It was very quiet and peaceful.

The bedrooms were small, which was fine other than no place to put away clothes or settle in.

Ideal accomodation in Santorini

The location and views from this property were amazing. I wish I could have stayed more than 4 nights. The house was cleaned daily. The host is welcoming and gave us great recommendations for things to do on the island. The pool/jacuzzi was so nice. It’s a short stroll through Oia and incredible caldera views. Can’t recommend this home enough. Would go back anytime!

We loved everything about this property!! it is in the best location possible, with views of the caldera and the views of the sunset were the best on the island from our private rooftop terrace. It is also right on the main pedestrian walkway and close to everything in Oia. We rented a car to explore the island and there is free parking close to the house, which is very convenient. The home is new and absolutely beautiful! The staff is incredible and Zina was there to help us from the minute we stepped out of our taxi. We felt like VIPs in the nicest spot in Oia. This is the only place I would stay if we ever return.

The caldera view and the sunset was unbelievable beautiful from the roof of the house and of course from the jacuzzi. We enjoyed the moments, the peace, the harmony and the beauty of the landscape.

The best place to stay in Oia!

We loved everything about our stay at Cape Suite Oia!!! The location is perfect and the staff was amazing! Zina is a fantastic host! She coordinated everything to/from the airport, any maintenance assistance, and even met up and communicated with local restaurants and bakery to make sure my husband's birthday went perfectly. Her place is located right next to the two iconic sunset windmills. It's minutes walking distance to the pedestrian staircase where all the famous Oia photo spots are located. The hot tub on the roof is the best place to see the Santorini sunset, we look forward to going back and will recommend Zina's everyone!

Only a minor opinion! All though the size of the place with 2 bedrooms was perfect for our family of 3, the size of the couch would've been snug for 4 people to relax on. There's unused space in the living area where additional seating along the wall could be. Otherwise, perfect!!!

This was the perfect place to stay in Santorini.

We loved everything about this property! The location was perfect, it was super clean, the beds were comfortable, the kitchen was stocked, the outdoor space was fantastic, the rooftop and spa were a percent place to watch the sunset, and the privacy factor was amazing! Having breakfast delivered and eating outside was awesome. Xina was exceptionally friendly and helpful. She really went out of her way to make sure we had everything we needed and even walked us to a restaurant (that was amazing). Our driver was very nice. Honestly, they could not have taken better care of us. We will definitely stay here again.

Incredible Oia sunset property.

Zina, our hostess, was so helpful in procuring us reservations, transfers, tours… she made our stay incredible! The included breakfast was local and fresh. The location was perfect— at the edge of the pedestrian walk right where the sunset is most beautiful. We came right when things were starting to get busy, and the crowds aren’t as bad at our end, but things are nuts in the city center. The property really is as spectacular as the pictures. Oh, book in for meals because restaurants do fill up especially for groups. Zina can help! Book this if it is available!!

Our weather was a bit chilly, but we came in April— on the rainy day Xena arranged a private tour and we saw the ruins and the Atlantis 9D experience so it was salvaged 🏚️

Perfect stay, perfect view, amazing location

This is probably one of the best properties in Oia to watch the sunset. There is nothing blocking the view, you can see all the way through from nea Kameni to Ios and further back. Hot tub is heated which makes it perfect for Spring/Autumn weather. Located at the far north of Oia there isn't a lot of crowd watching the sunset (and it does get quite crowded in Oia!) which makes it perfect for an isolated and peaceful evening gateway with your partner. Special thanks to Sam and Simos for their hospitality, this is one of the places definitely worth visiting again.

Our host met us at the property and even let us store our luggage before the check-in time while they finished cleaning/prepping. If we needed anything during our stay all we had to do was send a text and they helped us promptly - especially important when you run out of toilet paper!! The house was well equipped in the kitchen as well as with plenty of towels to use at the hottub/beach. The house was very clean and comfortable and the location to watch the sunsets was unbeatable. We would definitely recommend!
