Everything about the property exceeded expectations. The location, the staff, the accommodation. Ljubka was an excellent communicator throughout, and Nikos and the team were excellent in helping transport baggage and give recommendations around the area.
You’d be hard pressed to find a better position on Santorini to capture sunrise over the Caldera, sunset over the Oia castle and views of the blue domes and windmills.

Fantastic location in Oia - amazing views from the room/balcony! Place is located just above the castle from which people take pictures at sunset. Views were even better than I expected based on posted pictures - amazing from each room in our place and even better outside on the balcony. In the morning hours, you could open the windows and hear Greek music being played by a gentleman on the castle. Very peaceful :). Nikos, who met us on arrival, was very friendly and helpful both upon arrival and departure (they held our luggage for us since we had a later ferry out). Taxi/shuttles were arranged for us, and staff helped transport our luggage through the narrow cobblestone paths. This place was on the higher end of what I usually spend on a place, but I definitely think it's worth the splurge for the views and location. Really enjoyed doing the walk from Fira back to Oia one day - took bus to Fira and started at Atlantis Hotel. Superb views of the caldera, towns etc - every time you rounded a turn, the view was different and so beautiful just when you thought couldn't be another great view. So much natural beauty to be appreciated!

Perfect location for viewing sunset and the caldera. Very clean, has all the things you need ie towels, shampoo, bathrobe, slippers etc. Has kitchenette for making coffees and teas; coffee and teas provided. Has a little stove but there are no pots and pans, knife for cutting fruit and veges if you wish to cook. Overall we are happy because we didn’t need to cook anyway.
Has jacuzzi which is a bonus. Quite relaxing to soak up after our boat trip.
Staff were so helpful in bringing our suitecases to the villa. I received a little souvenir tote bag which has the name of the villa. Thank you.
Nil! Just next door property need to clean their roof as there were hoses and stuff which are “eyesaw” when seating on the verandah. Apart from that the villa is beautiful
