Perfect position to enjoy Santorini views

Everything about the property exceeded expectations. The location, the staff, the accommodation. Ljubka was an excellent communicator throughout, and Nikos and the team were excellent in helping transport baggage and give recommendations around the area. You’d be hard pressed to find a better position on Santorini to capture sunrise over the Caldera, sunset over the Oia castle and views of the blue domes and windmills.

One of the best views in Oia!

Fantastic location in Oia - amazing views from the room/balcony! Place is located just above the castle from which people take pictures at sunset. Views were even better than I expected based on posted pictures - amazing from each room in our place and even better outside on the balcony. In the morning hours, you could open the windows and hear Greek music being played by a gentleman on the castle. Very peaceful :). Nikos, who met us on arrival, was very friendly and helpful both upon arrival and departure (they held our luggage for us since we had a later ferry out). Taxi/shuttles were arranged for us, and staff helped transport our luggage through the narrow cobblestone paths. This place was on the higher end of what I usually spend on a place, but I definitely think it's worth the splurge for the views and location. Really enjoyed doing the walk from Fira back to Oia one day - took bus to Fira and started at Atlantis Hotel. Superb views of the caldera, towns etc - every time you rounded a turn, the view was different and so beautiful just when you thought couldn't be another great view. So much natural beauty to be appreciated!

Love it.

Perfect location for viewing sunset and the caldera. Very clean, has all the things you need ie towels, shampoo, bathrobe, slippers etc. Has kitchenette for making coffees and teas; coffee and teas provided. Has a little stove but there are no pots and pans, knife for cutting fruit and veges if you wish to cook. Overall we are happy because we didn’t need to cook anyway. Has jacuzzi which is a bonus. Quite relaxing to soak up after our boat trip. Staff were so helpful in bringing our suitecases to the villa. I received a little souvenir tote bag which has the name of the villa. Thank you.

Nil! Just next door property need to clean their roof as there were hoses and stuff which are “eyesaw” when seating on the verandah. Apart from that the villa is beautiful

Beautiful Sunset Views, close to steps to Ammoudi Bay and relaxing

Niko was extremely friendly and helpful. He met us upon arrival to get our suitcases. He led us to the suite and along the way gave us tips on where stuff was and places to go. He made sure that we got in and the air was on, that we knew how to use everything and didn't have any questions. They even had a bottle of wine in the fridge for us. The view of the sunset every night was amazing and the location next to the steps to Ammoudi Bay was a fantastic. Our girls enjoyed taking insta pics on the balcony during sunset. Would definitely recommend staying here

Dream vacation

From check- in to check-out,everything was well organized and a dream. Nikos ensured everything we needed was taken care of. From the transportation from the airport, to ensuring our luggage is taken into the room. Top tier service above anything I have ever expected or had. The recommendations he made for dinner were superb. The wine in the room at check in was the icing on the cake after a day of flights. This place was a dream, but like I said the people and service is what make this place top notch. Thank you Nikos for ensuring everything was perfect

Great location

Perfect location. Beautiful views. Well-appointed and exceeded my expectations. The hosts helped with our luggage through Oia I to the room. The hit tub was ready to go and our balcony had sunset views. I thought i would be disappointed not staying on a resort, but our room was spacious and perfect.

Not the host's fault, but we didn't have water almost our entire stay. There was some weather that broke a pipe. By the evening of night 3, I asked if they could recommend where we can get showers. They invited us to the hotel property and we got showers. Water issues are a known island problem.

Perfect place to stay - spacious and comfortable with exceptional views!

Not sure which Greek god gave us their favor, but we were blessed when we booked our stay at this villa. The location was absolutely perfect to take in the quintessential images of the caldera and blue domes of Oia and the breathtaking views of the sunset - all from the comfort of our private balcony. Many reviews already speak to the clean, comfortable and spacious accommodations; the convenient access to shops and restaurants; and of course, the friendly, professional and thoughtful staff - especially our friend Nikos - who helped make our stay even more relaxing and memorable! I highly recommend staying here - you will not be disappointed.

All the people in the hotel are super helpful and friendly. They are so nice to receive us late and also let us stay in the main hotel until we leave for our late flight. Every window in the suite has a fantastic view to the caldera and the terrace has the great view of the sunset. The location is perfect.

The bathroom door and the main bedroom door open to the same direction and bump into each other. The sink in the main bedroom is very small.

1. The stunning & amazing views from all windows & balcony of the house. We can watched the sun rise & sun set comfortably at the balcony & avoid joining the big crowds of tourist gathering & waiting to view the sun set. 2. The location of the house. It is on the main street of village with close connectivity to the restaurants & amenities like supermarket & medical clinic. 3. The helpful staff especially our appreciation to Mrs Ljupka who assisted us tremendously during our 3d2n stay. A big thank you to her!

1.The sink in the master bedroom is too small making its use is so restrictive. Strongly to change it to a smaller water tap if possible. 2. It wil b good to equip the house with microwave & washer if possible. 3. The sofa is not comfy with turning in as sofa bed. Suggest get a proper sofa bed for future guests.

Awesome location with hot tub!

Location was awesome! It is right on Main Street with access to both Sunrise and Sunset from balcony. Two hot tubs were a plus. Service was great where we were offered luggage carrying help both during check in and checkout. Unique views from all rooms in the property.

The Kitchenette is fairly small and cannot be used for anything besides tea/coffee. No pans available either.

Surreal views of Caldera, sunrise, and sunset

Sole doro has a great location that got us beautiful views of both sunrise and sunset. It is on the main street, making it really convenient for us to go around. I also loved the fact that it has so many windows opening in all directions and that all the rooms get great Caldera views. The rooms are comfortable and well equipped. The kitchenette is small yet has most things to keep it functional. However, a microwave can be added to the space instead of the wine cooler. Jacuzzi was quite enjoyable with surreal views around. Nikos was very hospitable.. and even got the house cleaned on the third day. He helped us carry our luggage from the post office, but i suggest that a luggage cart should have been provided like many other hosts did. It's much easier to transfer luggage that way.

We loved absolutely everything about this property, the views were phenomenal. The apartment was so bright and comfortable. Everything was well thought out and very luxurious. It was in a perfect location we couldn’t have hope for more for our honeymoon! We couldn’t rate Nicolas and Anastasia enough. Nicolas was so helpful and made our travels very smooth sailing! I can't say enough about this place! I don't think you could find a better location. The views are amazing! There is a beautiful view from every room. I have traveled to many different countries. I can honestly say this home is one of the most charming and beautiful places I have stayed at. There are throngs of people who line up just past this place to take pictures every evening but it isn't noisy at all. We loved sitting out on the patio watching everyone. The apartment is an authentic cave home, but with all of the modern updates and conveniences you need. It has been completely remodeled and is very nice and spacious. All the furniture and beds are very comfortable. There are actually two jacuzzies (each for two people) and separated on different patios for privacy. Is is really an amazing place! We would stay here again without hesitation. We were greeted by Nikos who carried all of our luggage to the apartment and back to the van when we left. Nikos took much care checking us in so that we knew all that we needed to know for our stay. He is very professional and friendly. The rest of the staff are wonderful as well. They checked on us to make sure everything was good, and responded immediately when we had any request. You will be very pleased with this home.

Mesmerizing and Picture Perfect

I am so glad I booked this in time. The best Villa for Panoramic view of Caldera/ Sunrise and Sunset. While everyone lines up downstairs to see Sunrise and Sunset you see from your balcony. Staff especially Nikos are the nicest most helpful people. From Arrival to Departure they were at our disposal. They helped with bringing the luggage to and from room which was huge due to the stairs and winding pathways. everything was around the corner .. We are in love with Santorini and part of the reason are they mesmerizing views we got from this Villa.

The only thing I would have liked to see was breakfast included as most places offer breakfast as part of the stay. This one doesn’t. I would have loved to enjoy breakfast with the views. This is something they should consider including.

Spectacular Views, Clean and Comfortable

There is not a better panoramic view in Oia, perhaps in all of Santorini! You enjoy the sunset and caldera view from any of the 3 terraces, 2 with hot tubs and not shared with any other guests. You can watch the crowds and boats come and go for sunset. Everything is within a short walk, restaurants and shopping. We enjoyed dinners at Kasto, Lotsa and Katina Fish (on Amoudi Bay). Spacious and comfortable enough for our family of 5 adults as our children are 23, 23 and 21. The management team is superb! They arranged transportation to and from airport, handled all of the luggage (which is not easy, as a car cannot get close to any of these units), so it's a walk through some narrow charming streets and up stairs.

Best location on the island for sunset and people watching ,

One of the big attraction in santorini is the sunset, and people watching during the time, the property has Southside facing balcony , so not quite direct sunset view , but there is no better place to do both people watching and sunset on the entire island than this one

Maintenance mostly, the water pressure simultaneously in both showers, functionality of outdoor hot tub and most importantly the constant water drainage in the balcony from somewhere whereby it was difficult to use the full balcony Having said that , the staff, Nico was very helpful and the staff goes way out to make you comfortable They didn’t have to make our beds and clean and restock the second day , which they did and on our end we booked for us and 4 kids , somehow that didn’t get transmitted , but the management was gracious to not charge us extra for additional guests which is customary in Europe

Memorable Experience

Absolutely beautiful location with breathtaking views all round. you’ll see the value in this property particularly when you are looking for Sunset - while everyone is out in queues to go up the castle for the views, this property offers unobstructed views of Sunset from the comfort of balcony. The hot tub facing the caldera is another great amenity - we used it almost everyday. Overall its been enjoyable experience and Nikos has been a wonderful host who was always accessible and ready to help.

minor point (which i mentioned to Nikos already) the tub area was a bit smelly, which was putting us off sometimes.
