I changed hotels three times in Santorini, but two other ones were scam (photo and actual rooms were completely different) but this was the best. Cave hotel unit was very artistic, spacious and clean. You also have nice views from the room entrance. Hot tub was nice to use at night. Swimming pool closes after sunset. Breakfast was so good, freshly baked bread, eggs and hams, fruits and some traditional dishes incl greek salads. You can enjoy breathtaking views in the morning with breakfast and sunset. The street above at Oia is really busy with many shops and restaurants, and walking up and down steps were quite an exercise. :) Due to peak season, need to pay super premium but still happy.
Before you arrive, you need to let the hotel know in advance so that they can send porters to the post office to pick you up and luggage. Impossible to carry your luggage through those steps.

I'm currently still here and I have to say I wish I was staying longer. Despite the many stairs, it's worth it for the views, location and service. Great location. Short walk (up stairs) to the main streets, shops and restaurants of Oia. Very clean and spacious rooms. Our room is quite private with nobody able to walk by our windows. We walk by other rooms and see them in their private outdoor jacuzzis but not so private to onlookers. I debated about getting a room with a jacuzzi but so glad I didnt! We have two separate balconies looking two different directions. The rooftop has great sunrise views as well. And the breakfast is great. Oh! And thank God for the porter who met us at the entrance to main Oia shop area. He brought ll our bags from the taxi to our room! Plus, we would have never found the place without following him through the busy cobblestone walk streets and winding stair paths. He was a God send!
