Excellent and kind staff. rooms were spotless clean and staff responded immediately. staff is not available after 11pm but they remind that to you in advance so this is just informative and not a complaint. Best views of caldera and dreamy sunset views. Only downside i view is that pool roof is uncovered in some part and that can be really improved for even greater privacy but again no external crowds make up for it.

Our family was treated like royalty by Anna and her staff at Marizan Caves & Villas during our stay. The view is worth every penny, as is the service you receive at this hotel. Anna made herself available via text 24 hours a day, which we certainly did not expect. I cannot recall the name of the wonderful man who carried our luggage to and from like it weighed nothing and he ascended all the steps, as well as brought our breakfast to the terrace daily, but he was so kind and gracious. The bedding was very comfortable and the rooms had great air conditioning. We requested laundry service and it was returned within a couple of hours! The quality and taste of the breakfast was wonderful. But the views...they are simply divine. We appreciated Anna providing us with a map of the "village" and directions to get around. We will definitely visit Santorini again and Marizan Caves & Villas will be our first stop!

I cannot think of a single thing I'd change other than, perhaps, signs to help direct you around the resort.

The breakfast delivered to my room offered a variety of choices, and they were all delicious. The view from the room was amazing during the day, in the evening, and at night. The villa was located at the edge of Oia, so it was quiet and not at all bothersome to tourists who had come to watch the sunset. I was grateful that they responded quickly to my questions and requests.

Since it wasn't a particularly hot time of year, I would have been happy if the water temperature in the outdoor jacuzzi had been a little higher.

AMAZING!! We went to Santorini in April for our 25th wedding anniversary and staying in the Cave House at Marizan Caves & Villas in Oil! It more than exceeded our exceptions! From the moment we arrived, Zanet was so helpful. The porters delivered our luggage and Zanet gave us an overview of the island with a lot of recommendations for food. We woke every morning to a beautiful view of the caldera & an incredible breakfast! The crepes with chocolate were decadent. We ended each evening sitting in our hot tub watching the sunset over the Aegean Sea. The Cave House has an 180º view, so you get the best of both worlds... sunrise and sunset. I would highly, highly recommend the Marizan Caves if you are traveling to Santorini!
