Such an idyllic place to stay in Oia, right in the heart, but still felt intimate and wonderful. The room was so comfortable and relaxing.

The views were unmatched and the common spaces were comfortably and spacious
Without fair warning, it’s easy to underestimate how far down the cliff the hotel is located Without the aid of porters, we could NOT have managed our luggage.

We stayed in the Folia suite and it could not have been more beautiful! The cave room was so cozy and the private hot tub and balcony were flawless and bigger than we anticipated- 100% unimpeded views. Skala across the street was our favorite dinner and the staff at Aris was SO kind.
We are young and in good cardio shape so it in NO WAY detracted from our stay, but if you have difficulty walking or have a disability that impedes your ability to walk, do be aware that these caves require 3-4 flights of very steep stairs to get to your unit! It’s a great workout if walking is no issue for you though, and it’s the reason the views are so amazing!
