Villa with the view ( and your own pool)

Great spot in the middle of the hill accommodation in Santorini. View to die for. Pick of the spots in my view. There are a few stairs to get to the individual villas but the porters will move your bags. Better if you are good with stairs. We are mature age and did it fine. Pool and view are a fantastic combination. Breakfast delivered to the villa was very good. Something different on the menu which is always good. The champagne gift on ice was really good quality was a nice touch on arrival. We went out in the morning and night and avoided the crowds during the days. Not hard when you have somewhere to retreat.

Beautiful room with a beautiful setting

Loved the morning view with the delicious breakfast. Loved our spacious bedroom and how convenient it was to the village area of shops and restaurants!

I did not like the black mold in the shower and felt like we were staying in a very well-maintained establishment until you stepped in the shower. The black mold needs your attention immediately!

Perfect stay in Oia, highly recomended!

We loved every single thing from our stay! The views from the room were spectacular, the pool super cozy and private and the room spotless clean and amazing! Breakfast in the balcony is delicious and a beautiful way to start your day in Oia. Staff are kind and helpful, thank you so much for everything!

Sensational.

Central location in Oia was great, staff were amazing, breakfast delivered under the Olive tree every morning was plentiful and delicious. The Villa definitely had the wow factor. Everything met or exceeded my expectations.

View was incredible

Location and views are obviously amazing.. and I do wish for everyone to stay here and experience this at least once in their life. But the price is mad for what it is. We only justified it as it was our honeymoon.. but there are better hotels out there for less than this.. you need keep in mind you pay for the location and the view , hotel itself is quite basic. Room was clean , but a bit outdated. It still looks good enough , but you won’t get that modern feel. No Tv. But regardless the stay was amazing.. pool and the view killed all the bad stuff .. I just wished it wasn’t that expensive.

Furniture seemed a bit outdated .. and would be lovely to have a TV.

A superb and joyous experience!

This was an absolutely superb and joyous experience staying at the Chelidonia Luxury Suites. The location was excellent, the staff were outstandingly attentive, and the room itself was such a beautiful space. Getting to stay in this lovely place touched my heart.

World class in every way

Extremely accomodating and welcoming staff. Secured us airport transfers, complimentary porter service to carry our bags, unbelievably delicious breakfast served on our balcony each morning, housekeeping ensured the room was always well kept and comfortable at all times. The villa itself was one of the most picturesque places you could be in the world. Fantastic sunrise and sunsets everyday enjoyed from the private balcony, private cave pool or if you’re a little lazy you can open the doors and windows and enjoy the view from bed too!

Gorgeous stay

Much bigger than expected, cute and comfortable. Stayed here for a mother/daughter trip for two nights and we spent pit one full day in Santorini, in the room. Enjoyed the pool, the view and relaxed.

Pretty pricey.. I think it’s worth $$ but not $$$$.

Dreamy views

The room was beautiful, and the private mini pool was the perfect size with an ideal temperature. Breakfast was truly complete and delicious. We were welcomed with a bottle of champagne, and the view was absolutely dreamy.

The hotel doesn’t have private parking, which is a downside as it’s very difficult to park in the area. Also, people walk past the room to access other suites so there’s little privacy on the terrace. That said, this seems to be quite common in most hotels in Oia.

we liked everything about it! all the staffs have been exceptional! very helpful and accommodating. Everyone is very willing to go out of their way to help you out. Property also was very private which I really liked so we're not in the eyes of the tourists.

Beautiful

This place was absolutely beautiful. In terms of the staff - excellent communication and very helpful front desk and lovely staff within the hotel. The check for the hotel is not near the room we stayed (as the the villas are dotted down the caldera) but it was easy to find and very beautiful. We were shown to our villa and it exceeded our expectations - lovely balcony with a stunning view of the rest of the island and sea, beautiful cave pool and the room was large and very stylishly appointed. We also had a roof outdoor area to sit and relax on and this was a real treat. We very much enjoyed the breakfast which was reasonably sized with hot options to order. We were hoping to be impressed and we certainly were. A lovely stay

Best of Oia

Stayed here to get married and honeymoon. Room was exceptional and the service from Ned was the best we received in all 12 days across all of Greece. He helped us find additional tours, rental car, & sites to see. I can’t imagine any better hotel in all of Santorini. Ned made us feel like we showed up as tourists and left as friends. We hope to come back!

Using WhatsApp to inform hotel when you’ll be out of the room for service and to arrange breakfast is a great idea however a couple times there was some confusion. Maybe multiple employees using it or just the fact of so many rooms they get side tracked.

Exceptional

Staff was top notch! Argylis and Naned were sooooo awesome and even tiny mistakes were handled quickly and efficiently. We were celebrating our anniversary and they made us feel special. The view is undescribable and worth every penny! Breakfast is absolutely delicious and the room was so spacious and comfortable. Can't wait to return and stay longer than 2 nights 🤗

Memorable

The welcoming was perfect. The manager took time to explain more about Santorini and Oia. He also showed us the room and around the premises. Breakfast was fab with part of it being fix and part à la carte delivered to the suite every morning at a time you decide on. The suite was stunning and very clean. The cave pool was relaxing and the view……. Breathtaking! I could go on for ages but I truly recommend this hotel for a couple of nights it is fabulously unique and special. Worth every penny and perfectly situated.

The only thing I could say is that even if the suite was very secluded and private, some very rude tourists would flee the most frequented spots and come and take photos in the private areas reserved for customers which is rude and sometimes annoying….. but that has nothing to do with the hotel itself

Superb

the staff is warm welcoming, very informative and polite, no language barriers, helpful and cheerful our Villa (Olive Tree, Suite/Villa 10) is very spacious, semi private (just for the fact that sometimes, other tourists could be passing by through other villas and they could look down on you) but there are umbrellas and the Olive Tree does most of the coverage the patio is beautiful, they served us breakfast there the pool is relatively big compared to other villas (of other suites too) and clean (they have a daily pool cleaning service), water is refreshing, not too cold or too warm the inside of the villa is very clean, the bed was comfortable, so was the couch the bathroom floor is made of marble, with cave like design and beautifully made it was our honeymoon and we were happy and completely satisfied big thanks to the staff; Argyris/Mais, Apollon, Nenad we loved your hospitality they ran and arranged everything for us, made our stay much much more comfortable

we wished of there was a kettle to boil some water and have make tea (they did provide us with one but it was upon request)

A more than perfect experience.

Everything was perfect. Since our arrival, Ned and all the staff made us feel better than home. Delicious and complete breakfast, rooms were very comfortable and perfeclty clean, with breathtaking views. Exceptional!!! Definetly will be back!

Best staff, location and view. Outstanding!

What an amazing stay. We stayed there for 5 days and it was simply perfect. The staff were amazing, specifically Mais. He arranged multiple transfers, suggestions for places to go and see and even arranged dinner reservations with better views. They even arranged a surprise setup for our engagement evening! Could not thank the whole staff enough.

Slight steep walk to/from the suites but that is to be expected in Oia and doesn’t take away from the stay.

Would give 20 stars if I could

It starts with the staff, and the warm welcome we received from Mais. Mais, together with Apollon, are what made our stay so special. They arranged everything we need for us (transfer, horseback riding, catamaran tour, food delivery). They are very responsive on Whatsapp, everything we asked for received an answer within minutes. They were always very attentive to our needs. The Suite (Olive Tree) is possible one of the best piece of property in Oia. A wide patio, hamac, bean bags, a plunge pool connected to the room, a wide and comfortable room, shower in a cave, and breathtaking views of Oia from anywhere ok the suite. It is located right in the center but off the beaten tracks, combining privacy and practicality. I would go back there, no doubts, when I visit Oia again. And wholeheartedly recommend it.

Very nice stay

Nice view and nice staff. The room did not have a water boiler, but after asking they brought a canister of hot water and tea! Perfect breakfast!
