Aloia Villas offers one of the best locations in Oia, with views so breathtaking we hardly felt the need to leave our villa. The staff were exceptional — not only helping with our heavy luggage through the winding lanes but also going above and beyond to assist with the most beautiful proposal for my partner and me. If we ever return to Santorini, this is exactly where we’ll stay again.

Amazing, incredible, jaw dropping, etc!

Wow, this was an incredible stay! Our room looked just like the pictures - it was very spacious for the two of us, was perfectly clean and serviced every day, the bed was super comfortable, and the location is amazing! They served us a delicious and custom breakfast on our huge private patio each morning and were available to help with anything we needed. While the property does not face the blue domes, they were literally just on the other side, like a 2 minute walk away. The property does, however, have sweeping views of the amazing cliffside - it was super interesting to sit on our balcony and people-watch. While there are throngs of tourists just above on the main boardwalk, we could not hear any of that from our room and it was peaceful. We loved our own private little pool which felt refreshing when it was hot outside, but warm when it hot cooler at night. Advice: ask the property to arrange your transportation to/from the airport as taxis will only drop you off at the post office and you will need help to find the place. It was astounding to watch the staff hoist heavy suitcases on their shoulders and carry them down to the room, and then back up on departure - we would have struggled and needed several trips! If I ever get to return to Santorini, I will 100% stay here again.

Perfect place to stay in Oia!!!

This place is exceptional!! Price is on the high-end but well worth it! You’ll get what you’ve paid for. You’ll have one of the best views in Oia from sunrise to sunset (though the sun is not visible from here during sunset the sky turns beautiful). Few steps away from one of the blue dome. Situated in a private section (gated). Very quiet but still walking distance to everything. (10-15 mins walk to the castle). Transfer arrangement available per request to and from the airport. We paid €45 (high season) semiprivate for 4 person/ each way. We were welcomed with a wine and a personal note which was nice to see. We’ve stayed for 3 nights at Villa Spyros. Perfect for family! Very spacious with hot tub. Lounge chairs available with a huge sun bed. The view is perfect place to have our breakfast (included) overlooking the caldera. Btw, did I mention that we loved the breakfast selection! Inside you’ll be amazed by the interior setup. Spacious and clean. 2 huge flat screen TVs with Netflix available. Has a couch, small fridge and a convertible table if you want it bigger. Air conditioning is strong! Hot water in the shower is great. We have a beautiful and interesting shower area inside the master bedroom. It even has a bluetooth Marshall speakers available for you. Top notch service! From the receptionist, Fey and all the staff who were very accommodating to our needs. Kudos to everyone! I highly recommend this place especially for family.

MAGICAL!

Sunset/Sunrise views were stunning from the hot tub & veranda of villa #3. The steps to the villa are off the Oia Central Plaza and next to the blue dome of the Stauros church. Considering the location, our villa was extremely private, even though the pathways around it were filled with folks sharing our incredible views, especially of sunset and sunrise.The bed was like a cloud and the walk-in shower big enough for four. Eleni our Concierge and Ben our Steward were impeccable hosts and the made-to-order breakfast on the veranda was bountiful and delicious. If you wish to stay where it's happening, this is possibly the best location in the heart of Oia, mere steps from the Central Plaza, blue dome churches, transportation hub, shopping district and famed sunset/sunrise viewpoint.

Only “complaint” is that the villa is right next to one of the busiest streets for photos and there is nearly constant traffic and noise. We got yelled at for walking through the crowd to get in/out of our villa multiple times.

Bed pillows were hard, but that didn’t matter as we spent most our time sleeping by the pools!
