Our stay at Aspaki was absolutely amazing! Highly recommended!

The location is spectacular, right in front of the Caldera — the view is simply breathtaking. The room was sparkling white, in perfect Cycladic style with beautiful minimalism. Taking a bath in the jacuzzi while admiring this stunning scenery was an unforgettable experience. Breakfast was excellent, with great quality and variety. The staff were incredibly friendly and welcoming — they really made our stay special. We also had dinner at the restaurant, which was outstanding in both quality and taste. It truly deserves to be better known and promoted.

Breathtaking views and attentive staff

My husband and I could not have asked for a nicer honeymoon location on Santorini. From the first welcome drinks and desserts to a beautiful pergola rooftop dinner to incredible hot tub views -- we were incredibly spoiled by this fantastic hotel. The breakfast options were abundant and the staff were incredibly kind, helpful, and lovely too. The hotel was a bit of a splurge for us but was well worth the experience. We'd gladly stay here again if given the opportunity.

There are constant lines outside of the hotel that can be difficult to maneuver around. But it just makes you all the much more grateful for the private views you can enjoy from your room or other areas of the hotel without the crowds.

The room and hotel exceeded exceeded all of our expectations. The view was unbelievable. Staff was super helpful and friendly.

The best view and location of Oia

Everything was perfectly splendid!!! The staffs are so friendly and nice, and check in/out was smooth with drinks. Especially the location, the view and the breakfast! The location — it was literally the center of Oia so it was easy to explore the area. The view — this hotel is super expensive ngl, but it was worth the view as non guests lined up for ages just to take great pics but we could just do that inside the hotel. The breakfast — you can pick any food and drinks from the menu and they were delicious!!! They delivered the breakfast to the room so we had it on our balcony with the best view in Oia.

It would have been better if the transfer services were free as it cost a lot already as I hear some cheap hotels provide free transfers. But other than that everything was perfect!!

Definitely recommended and will come back again

Perfect location for touring around and taking pictures. The rooms are very clean and offered clean twice because toilet paper can’t flushed have to put in a bin with lid. The staffs are super friendly and helpful. The breakfast is buffeted with your own choice, served in room if asked, and the quality is a top notch.

I like the location of the place. Right in the center of Oia. It is a place with great view. Most importantly, the staff are extremely friendly and kind. Although there are a lot of stairs from the parking lot to the hotel, we have help for luggage. Fabulous experience here.

A Dream Birthday Stay at Aspaki – Pure Magic!

We had the absolute pleasure of spending three unforgettable days at Aspaki Hotel to celebrate my birthday — and I can confidently say it was one of the most magical experiences I’ve ever had. We stayed in the Honeymoon Suite, which was simply stunning. The suite opened up to breathtaking panoramic views of the caldera and the iconic blue domes of Oia — waking up to that view each morning felt like a dream. Every corner of the hotel was picture-perfect, offering an atmosphere of romance, serenity, and true luxury. From the moment we arrived, the warm welcome and thoughtful pampering made us feel incredibly special. The staff went above and beyond — especially in helping my husband organize one of the best birthday surprises I’ve ever had. From the little details to the grand gestures, everything was handled with such care and heart. The food at Aspaki deserves its own praise. It was delicious across the board, but I must highlight the fried tomato balls — so flavorful and unique that I ordered them two days in a row! They’re a must-try if you visit. Aspaki isn’t just a hotel — it’s an experience. Perfect for a special occasion or a romantic escape. I left with beautiful memories, full of gratitude, and already dreaming of returning.

Most amazing 5 star resort with breathtaking views and impeccable service

I loved everything about this hotel! Everything was 5 star. The service was impeccable and the views are out of this world. When you get there, you can see how everyone wants to get pictures of this area, but you're lucky enough to stay there. The property is breathtaking. It's one of the nicest hotels I've ever stayed in. We stayed in a suite with an outdoor pool on our balcony. I could have stayed on that balcony all day with those views. It also has a sister property that has coveted sunset views that we took advantage of our first night. No one else booked it that night so we had it to ourselves! We felt like celebrities!

This is a beautiful hotel with phenomenal views. The interior of the room was lovely. Its was very spacious. There were cocktails/mocktails on arrival. A bottle of champagne in the room (with the option to change this to a non-alcohol option). The room was well stocked and had excellent shower products. There was a lovely pool on the sea view balcony. Breakfast was amazing and could be served in your room or in the restaurant!

Santorini is generally quite expensive as such although this hotel was truly amazing, i do feel that it was overpriced. At no fault of the hotel itself, the location means it's a very popular spot for tourists to take memorable pictures (they of course do not have access to the hotel grounds).

Nothing much to complain about. At various time during the day there are a lot of tourists taking pictures in front of the hotels entrance, thus blocking it. You really have to fight your way through. But that’s nothing to do with the hotel👍

Great views! Amazing people and service. The loveliest and most helpful staff.

They only allocate one bottle of water a day to the room, and were rather skimpy with towels - if you asked they did bring more. And, right outside the gate are so many people lined up to take photos. It’s a bit hectic and unsettling. The hotel does a great job to keep you feeling private after you walk through the doors though. The hotel pool is rather small and not an infinity style. The hotel premises itself is tiny and it felt a bit tight- not a lot of public areas to explore.

Amazing views!

Obviously the view! It’s amazing! But the room was also lovely, very clean and comfortable. Staff were also great. Booked us activities and generally pointed us in the right direction with things. Breakfast was great too.

Couple of tiny things…… shelf in shower to put soap so it wasn’t on the floor would have been handy and the only other thing which isn’t the hotels fault is because it’s on the most famous view spot access to the front door was tricky a couple of times! We were queuing from the Main Street to get in. Suppose it’s what happens when the view is so good!

Beautiful hotel and amazing views!

This hotel exceeded our expectations. On arrival we were welcomed with a delicious glass of mimosa and the manager sat down with us to discuss what activities were possible during our stay. The hotel is super clean and everything is beautiful to see. We have never had such a beautiful view and we have been in many hotels around the world. We look back on a wonderful holiday stay on beautiful Santorini!

You will read reviews writing about how beautiful the property is, how excellent the amenities are, and how helpful the staff is. Those reviews are true. There can be no doubt this is one of the best hotels in Santorini. Sitting in a hot tub watching the sun set over the caldera while being served delicious greek food by room service is an experience that may exist nowhere else in the world. We had to leave a day early due to worker strike in Athens. Staff spent hours helping us and other impacted guests find alternative travel arrangements. Staff also helped us find food late at night after all restaurants had closed. Staff never got frustrated and never gave up in trying to help us. They went above and beyond. Truly exceptional service.

Aspaki is the best hotel to stay in when visiting Oia.

The Location: the ONLY hotel in all of Oia with views of both the old city and new city. No way to find a better location in Oia. The pool/patio area should be the set for a movie. The Staff: from the welcome cocktail, to the maps and information, to the constant greetings and smiles, to the absolute comfort they provide, I have never stayed with a finer staff. Bravo on your hiring and training. The Room/Privacy: so unique, so private, cleaned and maintained twice a day and the views from our patio were straight from a magazine. The Food/drink: our dinner at the hotel was the best meal we had during our entire visit. excellent breakfast each morning and everything served with joy. You come and never leave and be so happy.
