Very clean, convenient to all the spots in Oia, beautiful views, and it felt luxurious. We had a wonderful stay and would recommend for anyone interested in staying in Oia.

We doubted if we should book this property due to the lack of reviews, but as we booked the trip 2days in advance there was not many places available, so we booked this place. The location is THE BEST for Oia. It is accessible by car with a big private parking from the back. The terrace face the main high street, but as it is on the top of the cliff it has privacy, which other properties dont have as you over see them. The views are incredible! we spent hours looking at them and we didnt get tired of it. There is supermarket 1minute walk from the property, a taxi shop and two cheap places to eat (Pitogyros Greek Grill and Skiza Cafe). There was a free welcome bottle of wine which was a nice touch, and we have done the check out an hour later at no extra cost due to our flight being later. Daily cleaning was good. Owner could arrange a taxi for 45€ but we booked it online for 29€ (huge difference).
the terrace is a sun-trap with no umbrella, so you could only use it early morning or in the evening. I wanted to sun-bade but it was extremely hot during the day with the black flooring (and its slippery). The jacuzzi had one of the options not working (number 2). And the terrace needed cleaning everyday deeply as it appears to have a thick layer of dust (not sure why but you could see it on the cars too). Inside the property we were unable to turn the TV on (not a big deal as we didn’t speak the language). There is a lot if different lights but there are not thought for applying make up. My partner ended up with neck pain because all the pillows are too big. And we had a huge issue with the shower as the water didnt drain quick enough, so if you were taking a shower longer than 2minutes, the water was comming out the door creating a swimming pool in the middle of the room, not ideal and very very uncomfortable. We informed the owner but we asked them to fix it once we leave as we didnt want disturbance during our stay. Daily cleaning was good but we run out of shower gel and it didnt get replaced. All issues we faced are fixable. We booked a taxi from Airport to Oia for 29€, and the same to come back trough booking.com .Overall was nice place, but overpriced in my opinion. Our next visit will be booked in Fira for our stay and visit Oia just 1day, as you only need 1day to see it.
