I liked the pool, restaurant and service. The garden and facilities around the pool very nice.

The beds are uncomfortable and separate. We are a couple. Noise from neighbors can be heard between rooms. There is no TV on the room.

a lovely stay

it just suited perfectly my situation. As a single mum travelling to mexico i wanted an hotel that i could afford where i could feel safe and get my daughter happily busy, and be in a mexican environment (not just with tourists from abroad, possbily it did help there that i m speaking spanish) . This place ticked all the boxes above, the bigger swimming pool was warm, and clean. The place was quiet and relaxing during day time and the highlight of our day was when my daughter could join in the various sports activity in the afternoons (i feel really thankful she could join in those) She joined in with the sessions with the hotel childminder and made a friend there. The play area was great as well. Food was good , at times i went to eat as well in a restaurant nearby (brisas tera mar) where they were ever so nice to my daughter they even offered her valentine s day cake for free. I have loved joining in the zumba activities of the hotel. On Thursdday evening there was live music and me and my daughter could join in. Cuernavaca has the perfect weather as well and i m definetely hoping to come back to the hotel in the next coming years. A big thank you to hotel coral , i m glad they open their resort and hotel to non members as well and i hope they ll carry on doing that.

Relaxing stay except for the negative comments above

Common areas kept clean, restaurant staff more than eager to please and very polite. Location is very convenient. Mountain views from many areas. Pool where swimming classes are not held daily felt like heated water, very relaxing. Beautiful gardens and well maintained. Restaurant had a good breakfast, and overall good selection of food for lunch and dinner

Room was much smaller than I anticipated, sink didn't drain at ALL which made me wonder how well the room was cleaned, especially the bathroom if the sink wasn't reported to maintenance staff by cleaning staff?? Cold water tap in bathroom sink leaked so bad it ran into the floor. No TV, however, more annoying was the fact that there is also NO PHONE! You have to physically walk quite a distance and up many stairs, or steep ramps just to get to the lobby, for things like WiFi password, which they neglected to provide at check-in. Really irrelevant anyhow, as the WiFi signal is so weak in the room that it was unavailable. WiFi was very important to me as I needed to research and find my next accomodations the next day! Needless to say, you need to go to the restaurant to work. No phone in the room means no room service unless you jump through hoops and use your own cell phone to call main number. You better be able to speak Spanish though!! Or at least enough to get by on.

el Hotel muy bien, sus instalaciones muy limpias, no descansamos por ruido en otra habitación

no desayunamos, pero si la ubicación super bien

la habitación comparte una puerta interna con otra habitación y se escucha todo lo que hablan en la otra habitación, ruidos en su baño, considero eso super mal, no puedes dormir.

La habitación era demasiado pequeña y los apagadores son confusos, nos tardamos en poder hace girar el ventilador, el receptor de la televisión está dentro de una caja de madera,lo que hace difícil que el control conecte. No hay enchufe trifásico

El Hotel ya es viejo y le falta mantenimiento, la puerta de la habitación no cerraba bien, el agua de la regadera no salia muy caliente, los acabados y los muebles son viejos, la cama no es muy confortable, no tiene aie acondicionado y el ventilador de techo esra un poco ruidoso

Pésima distribución del cuarto, las fotografías de la pagina no concuerdan con la habitación real, no hay aire acondicionado, las camas son una porqueria y no dejan descansar al huésped, no hay agua caliente en el baño, el mobiliario esta dañado y viejo, no hay iluminación en la habitación ni siquiera hay un telefono.

Favor de evitar este hotel

Las instalaciones del club cumplen con las expectativas. Tanto las canchas como las albercas son buenas áreas para estar y mas si viajan con niños. Tambien mencionar que el área de restaurante se ve cuidada

El servicio deja mucho que desar. En recepción: Hicimos check in dos horas antes de lo maracado en las reglas, queríamos estar en las instalaciones y no nos supieron dar las instruciones para poder estar en zonas comunes. Solo nos indicaron que nos movieramos. En la noche solicitamos un repuesto de llave y se tardaron 45 minutos en reslovernos. Aparte de cobrarnos el repuesto, nos dieron una llave que no era de nuestra habitación. Tuvimos que regresar a que nos dieran la correcta. Las habitacioes son viejas y no las mantienen actualizadas, también las camas son más incomodas que cama de hotel de paso. Constantemente te están tratando de vender una membresía. Agregen que para pasar a la zona de las habitacioes tienes que pasar por varias escaleras o una rampa interminable haciendolo inviable para personas con dificultad de movilidad. Todos estos detalles no serían tan malos en un hotel pequeño, pero con los aires de grandeza que se da el staff piensas que te hospedaste en un 5 diamantes.

Que para personas con silla de ruedas es un poco incómodo, aunque hay personal que ayuda a su traslado y me tocó ver varias personas de la tercera edad en silla de ruedas.
