Has the potential to be great but is Ok at this point

Location and old “hacienda” style

The bathrooms specially are outdated and they need to also update their space for the elderly. Finally, food was ok and even tho staff tried their best maybe they were understaffed cause every meal seemed chaotic, slow and not organised.

The hotel is nice. Lacks facility for the elderly. Needs a good update in the rooms.

I had seen the pictures of the building of the hotel: 3 floors. The garden and pool looked nice, but we did not use it as it was far from our room. The food was mainly Mexican style.

I had asked for a room on the first floor, as my husband carries oxygen and has mobility problems. At arrival, the building was up a 45 degrees ramp, with no elevator. I had to change the room to the bottom part of the hotel, paying the fee of a suite. Even so, the 50 steps up the ramp kept us from enjoying most of the facilities. We stayed in the room most of the time.

Natural relaxing retreat

Very natural surrounded by gardens and birds. Good atmosphere all green the building is more 70s style old school. Heated pool so nice and the buffet good too.

Just needs a little remodeling here and there.

The price/value relationship using my genius discount. The pool temperature was perfect! Great green areas.

We need to upgrade rooms because the ones selected were bad. They are a little old and need maintenance. The way to go to the pool is a bit long and difficult to walk

The food was great but the service was extremely slow. I needed breakfast before 8 am on several days and it was difficult to get quick service. Simple options like whole fruit or yogurt to go would have been nice.

Location was key for us. The hotel was comfortable and the food was OK. Service was good.

We had a lot of inconvenients. We were given an occupied room. After it was changed, truth is it was not so clean.
