The place is big and obviously very established, everything functions very well.

They do squeeze money out of you any way they can… paying car park, very expensive (and average) breakfast, paying early check-in. A lot of not-so-little extra costs.

Exceptional

The location is surrender by the nature, always fresh air but you get to enjoy the resort swimming pool all day, this is the true resort in the mountain. I was well received with birds chirping in the morning and during the day, crickets at night, tranquility. I was there for one night as a weekend get away although I relatively live just a few street down, I ended up extending my stay for a whole week as this pandemic drove me crazy just staying house and working all day. The facility was very clean, all staff were very friendly and kind, all the food at the restaurant was so good (my recommendation is hamburger and French fry, nuggets, lasagna, chef’s salada, consomé and chicken soup, milanesa, and Yucateco breakfast and continental breakfast!!) there is one person who speaks fluent English kept me a good company as well! This hotel also has day pass to use the swimming pool and restaurants all day if not staying hotel. I would come back again just to sit outside in front of the pool with piña colada or Michelada!!

Value for money and location for the event I was attending was great, restaurant service was quite fast, staff was friendly. Overall good experience, I would recommend in case you need a hotel for one or two days

El hotel es bonito, las áreas verdad bien cuidadas. Y las camas súper cómodas.

Los rebasó la operación ya que al día siguiente que hicimos check in, llegó un grupo como de 100 personas, fue todo un caos!!! La gente de recepción desquiciada y grosera. Las habitaciones ya no tienen teléfono en las habitaciones y el whats que te ponen para comunicarte con la recepción jamas lo responden y el estacionamiento todo un caos!

Fui con mi familia y la verdad todo el personal fue super amable, todo muy limpio y tranquilo. La zona de alberca es muy grande, hay mucho espacio para jugar, para acomodarse a comer y la zona de bebidas 10/10 hay pizza a la leña el fin de semana que vale la pena probar. Sin duda regresaremos

El Hotel es viejo, tenía 25 años que no lo visitaba y sigue igual, luce descuidado, las puertas se abren con llave. El costo por noche no lo vale, hay que modernizarlo. Los alimentos malos y caros.
