It looked nice

The hot tub was dirty. They did clean it... didn't work anyway. They spent 2 hours trying to fix it but ended up not being able to. They did change us to another room, but it was hours before our checkout. The first room smelled like sewage at night or whenever the faucet was running.

The room was confortable. The air conditioner worked fine.

The room needs a lot of maintenance. The towels were old, the door was cut from the bottom, the windows were not clean. In general, it is somewhat expensive for the state of the room.

i liked the service, the jacuzzi in the honey moon suite. the room 63 was awsome. swimming pool for adults was also good. chairs in the pool are far from each other thats great!

no one speaks english in the hotel. The tv in the room has only spanish channels and my husband could not understand anything as he is from India. Is a hotel for locals more than for foreigners.....

Amazing

Incredible staff as I planned my proposol there all helped out to make it wonderful occasion, they took pictures, help me set up, got involved in the proposol, helping me out. Wonderful dinner, truly made it spectacular. Very friendly and polite, great place to chill, enjoy the hottub and the suite, they decorated the room, furfill a special request I made.
