a place to relax and get away!

This property is a jewel, each suite has its own personality and unique decor. Some offer a hot tub.

There are 3 things I didn't like: the swimming pool is really cold so as the outdoor jacuzzi. and they have a beautiful steam room but they charge extra to use it.

A hidden away tropical oasis. Ideal for couples or for disconnecting from Mexico City.

A lovely boutique hotel with loads of personality. Very much a place to go and relax with your spouse. They have created a large lush tropical garden in the middle of a golf residential development. You will relax without a doubt.

Perhaps the one complaint was lowish water shower pressure. It took a bit long for the water to heat up, and then pressure was not great. Nothing terrible, just not ideal.

Great service in attractive surroundings

The restaurant had good quality food and very friendly service. The hotel is much nicer than it looks in the photos.

The pool is not heated

It was very relaxing and the place quite beautiful. Great for a weekend escape!

Everything was very clean and staff was kind and attentive. I loved the lush gardens and the sense of nature that the place has.

It would be nice to have meals services later than 10 pm, in case one gets hungry or wants a drink later.

Beautiful place, excellent service.

Service was AMAZING, Secu is the sweetest most attentive man. The place is magical, the pictures don’t do it justice (would do a new photo shoot)

There is no doorbell (at least not visible) we had to walk up and down the street looking for the correct door until finally we had to call and someone came to meet us. Hot water in our room shower took 20 minutes to slightly warm up.

Habitación y espacios cómodos, servicios regulares

Habitación muy amplia y cómoda. Mucha naturaleza y cuerpos de agua artificiales con una decoración muy relajante.

Bichos muertos en lavamanos, jacuzzi y regadera. La relación costo-beneficio me pareció mal. El costo es el de una habitación en un hotel de 5 estrellas en avenida de la reforma en Ciudad de México, sin brindar la misma calidad de servicios. El costo adicional por el desayuno continental es excesivo. Llegar es complejo ya que se encuentra en un extremo de una privada residencial. En el lugar se encontraban dos personas (la recepcionista y el bell boy, que la hace de portero, mesero y asistente). Solo hay personal y servicio de 9 de la mañana a 9 de la noche por lo cual da incertidumbre qué hacer en caso de accidentes o inconvenientes entre después de esas horas.

“Casa Chu superó mis expectativas. Las habitaciones son amplias, limpias y cuidadosamente decoradas. El ambiente es relajado y se nota la atención al detalle en cada espacio. El personal fue amable y profesional, siempre dispuestos a apoyar. La relación calidad–precio es excelente, a pesar que siempre queremos ver ofertas; si los vale!. Definitivamente un lugar al que volveré.”

“En un inicio pensé que el precio podía mejorar, pero después de ver el resultado comprendí que vale totalmente la pena. Casa Chu es un lugar excepcional: las instalaciones están impecables, el ambiente es muy agradable y se nota la dedicación en cada detalle. La experiencia final fue excelente. Muy recomendable.”

Perfecto para escapada en pareja

El jacuzzi al aire libre es excepcional, una experiencia relajante e intima. Recomiendo contratar el spa para relajarse completamenta.

Al momento de usar el jacuzzi de la habitación, y activar las burbujas, salieron algunos animales de la tubería
