The food is not good and the conditions of the room need improvement. Moreover, I got bitten while sleeping by an insect , and woke up covered by big bites 🥴

some basic needs in the hotel like the wifi password should have been in the room, we had an issue with the toilets in the middle of the night.

it is a good place to stay, but for the price they charge, you certainly can find some plecae else.

The property is good, clean and very nice. it has spaces for everything and the staff is kind.

The pool was broken all the time and very cold and they didn’t told us. They do not have a good variety of things to drink so we had to buy some things. our internal deck had water pipes going through our backyard and we think they have a serious lack of maintenance .

We had a beautiful stay. Very relaxing. The kitchen staff were very friendly and the food was good traditional Mexican.

Very beautiful design of rooms and central garden. The furniture, wood, floor tiles, back gardens with Guava trees. it was all very cosy, relaxing and stylish.

The sink and shower drains were always blocked and the taps to the sinks were in a useless position. I reported this on the first day of our stay and the “Manager” cheerfully just said “We know”.

Las fotos en general no son el estado actual del hotel, el servicio y el staff muy amables siempre.

La vista y el jardín central es bonito. El servicio del staff.

La alberca no esta en un buen estado. El baño tenía varias fallas. Las televisiones no tenían buena señal. El desayuno estaba muy limitado, no había muchas cosas. Me tocó un araña grande en la cama y una cucaracha en el baño.

El personal es muy atento y amable. Los jardines muy bonitos. Si no fuera por el personal, les pondría una sola estrella.

Las habitaciones están muy deterioradas, closets viejos y cortinas llenas de polvo, nos dió un ataque de alergia, el “desayuno incluido” no es un desayuno realmente, es un cafe unos panes de 3 días antes, un poquito de papaya y una cucharada de yogurt y una de granola. La alberca esta sucia y descuidada. Muy caro para lo mal cuidado que está. Precio premium para instalaciones básicas. El Spa ni lo vimos

Tiene una vista hernosa a la montaña. La quinta es muy bonita y tienen detalles muy curados. Disfrutamos mucho la quietud. El desayuno delicioso, la atención super cálida. Esperamos volver pronto!

La alberca es una porquería sucia, el agua babosa tiene como 1000 años que no la limpian las toallas manchadas la cama muy dura las almohadas huelen muy mal, la habitaciones es demasiado pequeña pero exageradamente pequeña que te acomodas tú o acomodas tu maleta la verdad no me agradó para nada

La comida y atención del restaurante es buena. La cama, almohadas son muy cómodas, el baño está bien.

Tardaron semanas en responderme los mensajes a través de booking.com. En WhatsApp me respondían un mensaje y luego me dejaban en visto, tenía que insistir por llamada para que me dieran seguimiento. Quise programar una cena “romántica” para entregarle anillo a mi pareja y una persona me dijo que el precio era de $6,000 pesos y luego otra me dijo que $8,000 pesos (adicional al costo de mi estancia, y ya era precio especial para huésped)… es EXCESIVO para lo que incluye y es lucrar con las intenciones de los clientes. La publicidad es engañosa, anuncian su alberca como atractivo para que vayas y en realidad la ocupan como ojo de agua de adorno, el agua está estancada y sucia, es un riesgo a la salud meterte ahí. La relación precio por noche (casi 4 mil pesos) vs calidad no corresponde. Las habitaciones son chicas, el internet / wifi es inservible, la televisión necesita internet y por lo mismo no se puede ver nada en ella, el control de la TV no servía y tuvieron que cambiarle baterías, los servicios de Spa son carísimos (hasta $2,600 pesos). El lugar es bonito en general, pero no volvería al hotel, muy caro para lo pobres que son las instalaciones y el servicio.
