Incredible location, very nice facilities, staff was very friendly and accommodating, room was clean and comfortable. Even though location is central, you hear almost no noise
Room was incredibly hot. There’s clearly something wrong with their heating system, not surprised by the other reviews.
It’s April, it was around 6 degrees outside and we were absolutely sweating to the point we couldn’t sleep.
There’s a temperature gauge but it’s useless as it seems to not change anything. The window only opens like 2 inches so that doesn’t help much
Shame because if it weren’t for that, would be a 10/10. Hopefully they fix it

I've already given feedback to hotel, fantastic central location, rooms small but comfortable - a bit stuffy as the windows could only be opened 2 inches! Staff friendly and efficient and lovely reception/bar area, would prefer full English breakfast to continental but appreciate this takes more preparation.

Damaged gutter drain outside my window - small rooms , king size bed is two singles pushed together
