Lovely view of the sea, nice balcony, clean room, lovely host

Noisy location (not a problem with the property as such, but outside)

Great location. Staff go above and beyond. Lovely room, lovely atmosphere everything you need.

Limited parking but we did find a side street away from the B&B which was free. WiFi was temperamental.

The location was brilliant

When we arrived we were told booking.com had “cancelled” our booking? The host was happy to accommodate us still but it would take an hour ( not at problem) we were given our room which was a balcony like we asked for. The host went on to say in front of my boyfriend that the birthday decorations I had asked for ( which a message was sent to the host and they replied, another factor as to prove our booking wasn’t still going ahead I thought) put in the bin because it was “cancelled”. There is plenty of evidence to show that the booking wasn’t cancelled - He knew all of our details, the price, requests, check in and out dates. I could still access all of the confirmation emails I have had the whole time, I had no emails to say it was cancelled. I had confirmation codes, PIN numbers ect he never wanted to see any proof of the confirmation just that we shouldn’t have used booking.com. ( I have never had any of these issues before and used it several times)
