Fantastic people and perfect location for visiting Skegness.
Room was nice and clean and the breakfast was lovely.

We didn't have breakfast but will do when we're back in August.
Car park round back brilliant as car park costs expensive.
Owners very friendly and told us about local amenities worth a look.
Overall lovely people, place, room.
No issues with the hotel at all.
The biggest issue is the minority of people on skegness beach who don't take their rubbish home with them and disrespect the beach and area.

Location was brilliant , very friendly hosts , nice and clean, breakfast was lovely
The bed wasn’t the best ,mattress was very bouncy , curtains was not great at keeping the light out , also could I make a suggestion tea in the morning at breakfast maybe offer a mug as cup was very small

Lovely homely feel. Well situated, spotlessly clean. Welcoming and friendly. Breakfast was freshly made and hot, all choices accommodated. Beds were very comfortable.
