I had a very comfortable relaxing enjoyable pleasant stay.

The guest house was lovely, clean bright and ideally situated. My room was also of the above with a very nice shower room! Angelique was very accommodating and such a lovely hostess, and her daughter lovely and polite too! Breakfast was very nice with a good choice of added extra’s plus yummy homemade yogurt! I highly recommend visiting this bed and breakfast guest house😊🤩.

It was a really good hotel, I would recommend it to people looking for a stay close to the beach

The hostess was lovely, she was very friendly and attentive not just to me and my partner but the other guests staying at the hotel. The room was spotless, the bathroom was also held to to same standard and so were the sheets and all the bedding. There isn’t a bad thing I could say about my time at the hotel

Absolutely brilliant

Comfortable stay, close to the town centre, staff was exceptionally friendly and helpful. Felt extremely welcomed upon arrival and during our stay. Room was clean and comfortable. Smart tv, entry in and out 24/7. Cozy bed. Breakfast was delicious, fast and friendly service. Beautiful sea view and sunrise from our room. Would 100% stay here again!

Bathroom lock wasn't working, but no big deal for us as a couple. Could do with looking at though for other guests.

We booked fo the weekend added an extra night due to the hot weather that weekend

Very very clean,the room was at the back of the property. We booked an extra night. Advise to book directly with the property, it’s £10 per night cheaper than Booking.Com

Every thing was fine. Breakfast was cooking fresh and on request, 8:15 to 9pm would have preferred to 9:30 personally.

Room too small and the bathroom was like a matchbox , couldn’t swing a cat in it. No window in bathroom either. Too hot in room also as no air con although staff did give me a fan when I requested . Also the noise from outside with people shouting and talking loudly all hours of the night and early morning not to mention the silly loud cars going past with noisy exhausts and then you get the bin Lorrie’s and delivery vehicles early hours of the morning beeping and making noise right outside of your room too. Had such a poor nights sleep bcos of all the noise it was a joke. Never again ! Even cut our two night stay down to one and went home early bcos of all this. So actually paid £175 for one night really and didn’t even have the breakfast either bcos there is only a 45 min window to eat which is a bit too short, think breakfast was from something like 8:15 until 9. I wouldn’t stay there again I’m afraid but the host was nice

Perfect place to stay in Skegness.

Angelique made us feel very welcome and the room was lovely and cosy and spotlessly clean. The English breakfast was really well cooked and more than ample with cereal, juice, fruit and yoghourt also. We stayed 2 nights and would definitely stay again. The location was perfect, only a stone's throw from the lovely beach and a short walk from the town centre. At night it was very quiet.

Cooked breakfast was perfect. Simple but tasty (and not greasy) with enough toast and jam or cereal round it off. Very friendly, welcoming owners in an ideal location away from the noise of the busiest part of the seafront but still a short walk from everything. Appreciated the guide book in the room which not only had a list of local places to eat, drink and visit but also a bit of honest information on what to expect. Would recommend without hesitation.

Pleasant but rooms need a little more attention to detail.

The owners are brilliant. Great to see the whole family getting involved too🙂 Breakfast was nice and fresh but very little choice.

We had a sea view room (10), the window seals need replacing. The draft was pretty bad which made the room freezing at night. I tried to fill the gaps with toilet roll but didn’t really do much. I ended up sleeping in my hoodie on the last night ☹️ Bathroom was also freezing. Need bigger towels.
